    The e deva employee was very lethargic and rude in handling the consumers.
    I was waiting for a long time But still the work is not done .She was very rude in handling the consumers .At one point when people started questioning about the delay she was responding in a rude way

          User ID is disabled [211051] please contact Bank administrator

          I was using IDBI internet banking.now when I login it it shows error User ID is disabled [211051] please contact Bank administrator. I physically visited branch and requested to enable internet banking on 11/03/22 but my internet banking is not enabled till now.and i am unable to use internet banking.
          I am actively using mobile banking.

          Pls look and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

          HI Team, Since a year so many RTN charges deducted from my account of 590 rupees each time. Already informed many time but not refunded. I need all my money back for this year and previous year. otherwise I will raise case on court.

                In my account I had 4, 500rs but suddenly the banks debiting the charges of
                ACH-RTN-CHARGE - 590rs for 4 times I don't know why they have taken please refund it back to account because it's needed for an emergency even I can pay u in next month if it is needed

                  I did a IMPS transaction and the amount was debited but transaction failed. The beneficiary account didn't receive the amount. If I am doing an imps why you guys can't reverse back the transaction immediately. In 21st century we arestill struggling with such a problem. I had an emergency hospital bill payment and because of this I am stuck now. What should I do they are not even ready to take down the complaint.. private banks are so convenient and easy. Worst experience with idbi always.

                                  As per the RBI rules the ECS outward and inward charges leived by the IDBI Bank is free I have attached the screenshot of the PDF please request you to refund my debited amount of Rs 7080 back to my account
                                  Otherwise charge small amount and resolve my problem fast and refund the left amount back to my account I want refund any how charge one or two times but within one day 12 times I want my refund amount
