While filling exam form 5000rs from my idbi debit card we’re deducted but the page said transaction failed. Upon contacting university they said this payment had not reflected into their account and asked me to contact the bank authorities for assistance.

Complaint marked as Resolved Instead of helping me out. I’m getting fake calls trying to make me transact money out of my account. As if I’m that stupid to fall for this trap. This is a trash website. Never again will use it.
IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
