Since more than a year facing internet banking login issue where the below mentioned errors appears;
1) 106803 Your i-netBanking login is disabled for security reasons.Please contact bank for more details.
2) [211051] User id is disabled please contact bank administrator.

We have visited the branch for its solution number of times but till date no solution has been provided by the Bank officials (IFSC Code-IBKL0001255).

      In November 2021 I have deactivated my auto debit facility of insurance premium and on yesterday 01st Feb 2022 I was having balance in my account and suddenly I received sms that my a/c is debited Rs.590 for ACH Return charges twice when I mailed the customer service regarding this they replied that the opening balance was below the payment but when I gone through my statement the balance was much sufficient. I don't know why these bankers are looting us.

        Dear Sir/Madame,
        I received a letter from your bank with reference number
        CIN: L65190MH2004GOI148838, IDBI/2021-22/CPU-RAO/INSURANCE/70287 dated[protected] received by the undersigned on 25January2022.
        I have taken the loan in 2014-15 and have been paying loan installments regularly without default monthly till date. suddenly after seven years I receive above letter demanding insurance documents of the property. though I have insurance of the property for five years I like to know why this requirement rose now after seven years. Also last but one para threatens me that if I don't produce documents within seven days your good offices will take insurance and debit to my account. I strongly oppose this as without my consent you cannot deduct the charges that too after seven years.
        please stop using threatening language and provide why the same was dot asked initially when loan was taken.
        I visited the Branch but they have not in a position to help. Also giving meager time of seven days and sending letter by post is not understood.
        I checked with the bank only amount left is approximately Rupees 4, 23, 644 0nly. Now I wish to pay off the balance loan amount and clear the loan immediately.
        request kindly attend to my querry ASAP.

        I am Chandra sekhar from Chennai. I am also facing the same issue with threatening letter from IDBI insisting on property insurance I have taken loan in 2008 and paid my EMI without default till date. I too have no response from Branch and are of no help in this regard.
        I request your reply on whether the approach of IDBI bank on the subject is acceptable, whereas I understand from my sources that the property insurance is not mandatory as per RBI polices.

          I missed my SIP amount of Rs 3000/- dated 25th Jan and an ACH-RTN-CRGS of Rs 590 was levied by IDBI bank. I request the bank to kindly return the deducted amount based on current scenario and also this was the first incident of non payment.

            IDBI Deep Discount Bond Series I of 1992

            Address: A/P BAMBAWADE, MAIN BAZHAR PETH TAL- SHAHUWADI, DIST- KOLHAPUR

            Have taken one Deep Discount Bond Series I of 1992 series in the name of Sunita Ganpati Jagtap with an issue price of Rs.2700/- with a folio No.DD00174921, Please inform the status of the bond & payment as on date. I came to know from somebody that the bank was given a call in 2010 for redemption of bonds.
            In the above circumstances, what is to be done & whom to contact for getting our money back....

            I had an Home loan in IDBI bank and was paying the amount regularly at 10th day of every month. But last previous year (2020) in pandemic situation, IDBI bank introduced the moratorium from April 2020 and the EMI amount not debited. It is now impacted on my credit score as its mentioned as late/delayed payment. Could you please correct it ? or let me know if any thing required at my end.

            Already raised this issue to CIBIL and they replied back that they are not responsible for updating the account details information in CIBIL score until bank confirm

                Dear Sir,

                I had made an investment of Rs. 5, 300 in IDBI Deep Discount Bond '96 ( Folio No. FDDB 1205696). I had been promised Rs. 2, 00, 000 upon maturity on March 18, 2021 as per the bond certificate. I contacted IDBI through e-mail for my bond redemption and I received reply from Kfintech.com, which I believe is IDBI's registrar company. They told me to submit all the necessary documents along with the original bond certificate, but I didn't received the full amount instead I was only credited with Rs. 19, 603. Therefore I request you to credit the rest of my matured amount at the earliest, else I would be compelled to take this matter in the house of court.

                      I have an bank account with idbi bank which is at
                      Chandra Tower, Dimna Road, Mango, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand 831018. And my permanent address is at West Bengal and I have opened and account at jharkhand and due to document address verification I am not able to use my account any more, but many times I went to idbi home branch they gave me solution to transfer the account but my nearest branch they are not accepting my request.

                              I have my SIP on 18th of every month, due to insufficient fund available in my bank account, the bank usually charges 590 rs. but many times they have charged me multiple times.
                              this month, they charged me 590 X 2= 1180rs. I just want to complain against the system. If cheque is bounced once due to insufficient fund, why y'all charge us multiple times?
                              This issue has not happened for the first time, it has been several times like 3-4 times. Also, when I talked to the customer help dept. they said they got some system failure from their end so couldn't track the charges.
                              I would request consumer forum to look into this matter.

                                My cust id is 82996861.
                                I have tried to make inet netbanking payment and used PhonePe UPI option to BPCL gas refill booking.
                                Amount Rs. 903 has been debited on[protected]; 11:10:14.
                                Reference -- UPI/[protected]/BilldeskBPCL.
                                But not received by BPCL. (ebharatgas portal shows 'failure').
                                Kindly arrange to refund the debit amount.
