The ach-rtn charges of 590inr has been levied. With the current situation I would really appreciate for a refund from IDBI Bank...

Without reason deducted 590 in account, i made dd setup for loan but emi still not came but deducted told like ach chfg of 590

Recently today evening, 27/05/2022 IDBI bank deducted amount of 590 and I am requesting for refund... Please!!

I got a message

IDBI Bank A/C NN01243 debited INR. 19.10 Det:Dirdb_RTN_CHG_040121_BAJAJ_FIN. Bal (incl. of chq in clg) INR. .00 as of 24MAY 16:50 hrs.

I do not have any pending EMI's. My loans are already completed.

Why the money has been deducted. I am sure if I put money on my account it will deduct whole 590.

I transferred 2 lakh from my IDBI account using IMPS through mobile app to HDFC Bank account today on 21st May. Even though app said transaction failed, still money got deducted from my account and did not get credited in target account also.
Now money is not available with me for further use. Requesting to help on this to get money back to my account ASAP.
Such incidents has happened in past also for many users. Please force bank to take corrective actions to prevent it further for other users also.

Dear sir, you are don't send my cheque book, where are my cheque book?

2 times my balance was deducted of rupees 590/- and now I need refund ASAP.

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I have taken loan for Mobile and Earpods from IDFC First Bank
The April month EMI amount has been paid on 2nd April 2022 but IDFC portal wrongly raised and bounced check 4 times
Reporting to IDFC First Bank they refunded Bouncing charges
IDBI also raised bouncing charges ACH RTN deducted 3 times on 11 May2022
I reported to the Mugappair IDBI bank, there is no proper response or procedure guidance
They were like we'll take it again for the 4th time deduction.
The way they treat me is not nice.
The way they answer is not the way to treat customer.

Paying EMI on time is a mistake or what?
How can on time payment cost me so much ?

I want my bouncing Charges back soon

ACH RTN CRG has been deducted even though I did not default any ECS. Please initiate refund

I had applied for rate reduction on my loans (3 loans). Their services are very poor and the solution is far from satisfactory. Hence I decided to transfer my loans to a different lender, where i could get better service and good interest rates. IDBI is dodging for more than a month now by not issuing me with my outstanding amount letter in spite of repeated requests.

IDBI deducted 590 rupees as ACN RTN charges. I checked my apps, it shows all my emi’s are paid. I’m not sure why the deduction is done. I request IDBI to please refund my deduction amount.
