I have given my kyc document in malleswaram 2 times from past 2 months my sb account is not activated

    I bought an Earbuds from Amazon on October and cancelled It before delivery on 28 October and they told me that refund will be credited in bank account till 3 November but today is 24 November but still I did not received it. Refund was initiated by Amazon but not got in Bank account and we talked to Amazon customer service they gave us Refund Reference Number:- 30005112991299218851446
    They told to show this number to Bank and we did it but they told that we cannot do anything. And we again talked to customer service they told to charge a complaint for this because they have initiated the refund form their side.
    IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I made the payment of Rs 34255.00 on[protected]. Amount got deducted from my account however still not credited to beneficiary account. I waiting for reversal of the payment to my account

        I have taken loan whose emi bounced on july. After the same loan has been cleared.
        However IDB has charged me and still charging my account with 590 rs. Please help me here as IDBI Narhe branch officers arent co-operating in this matter

          Hi
          In a single day IDBI bank deducted almost 5900 rs from my account as act rtn charges.
          When visited branch they are not giving satisfying answers.
          I want complete details for the deduction which will be with the proof why they deducted and if they don't have that I want my money refunded back to my account ASAP.
          This is fraud with customers atleast they should give us complete details of it.

              IDBI Deep Discount Bond-Series 1 -1992

              My father has taken one Deep Discount Bond of 1992 series 1, with a issue price of Rs.2700/- with a folio No.DD00085766 and a certificate No. of 00103738, with a maturity value of Rs.1, 00, 000 by 31st March, 2017. Please inform the status of the bond & payment as on date. I came to know from somebody that the bank was given a call in 2010 for redemption of bonds.

                        On 1- Nov 2021 I got a message that amount ₹590 and again ₹590 has been deducted from my account as the ACH RTN CHRG it js been deducted twice on fhe same time total ₹1180 has been deducted. But I have no EMI pending I have already paid my EMI before the due date only so I don't the reason behind this deduction. I would humbly request you to kindly refund me the amount as early as possible.

                              Amazon refunded ₹ 187 on Date 01 - October- 2021 with RRN #[protected].
                              I talked to my branch and IDBI customer care and also Amazon customer care but amount did not credit my a/c no : [protected].
                              Amazon said my amount has been refunded.But bank denied RRN[protected] and amount not refunded.
                              Please see my problem and resolve as soon as possible.
