Because of some medical emergency, I was not able to keep enough balance for the SIP instalment, I missed the sip and later on bank deducted Rs 590 in the form of ACH RTN charge, please initiate my refund as soon as possible

    Idbi deep discount bond '96

    Sir,

    My father bought IDBI DEEP DISCOUNT BOND '96 Folio No. PDDB 3398179 with Issue price of 5300.

    In 2021 I submitted my bond at maturity whose face value was Rs.2, 00, 000.
    I received only amount of 19, 872 only.

    I called IDBI and sent mails to Karvy but no reply as of yet. Please help in receiving the remaining amount as per face value.

                    From 15 days I'm unable to login in net banking system and also not able to reset password. The error code is [106803]Your i-netBanking login is disabled for security reasons.Please contact bank for more details.

                    I mail 10 times at [protected]@idbi.co.in. And visit 2 times to my home branch but they are unable to solve the issue.
