I made a payment of Rs. 280 on 06th July 2021 from my IDBI Bank Account via UPI. The amount is deducted from my account but was not credited to the recipient. I sent a mail to the bank through the netbanking facility but it is still not resolved.

Kindly help me out with the refund of my amount deducted from my account.

I have ordered a Add me Chunda Pickle Sweet Mango jeera Chutney on 27/06/2021.It was to be recieved on 02/07/2021.But I have returned my product.
Amazon initiated the refund on 03/07/2021 and it was expected to come on 07/072021.
Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the IDBI bank has still not credited my money.
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

I visited IDBI RAC Sector 63 Noida for my Home loan procedure which is in the same branch. I went to the First floor through stairs with my pregnant wife as I could not leave her alone on ground floor. I was waiting patiently for someone to ask a query when an IDBI staff person named Abhimanyu asked my me and my wife get out of the bank as I was 2 minutes early before official time. I told him that bank security staff allowed me to enter the bank and I asked him to consider my wife's condition for going up and down on stairs but he made offensive comments on me and my wife and told security to remove us from the premises. I am thinking of transferring my Home loan as soon as possible from such a pathetic banking staff and toxic people without basic humanity.
