Hi,

I have been charged 10 times towards EMI bounce charges on my account-[protected]. My internet banking also disabled. I have been trying to reach to them but not succeeded. I have taken a PL from KOtak & already requested for Moratorium, but they did not stop ecs & the emi got bounced. Later my IDBI account debited un-authorized transactions by the bank.

I am a borrower at idbi Powai branch, have been at receiving end even though I have promptly repaid the EMIs, in fact I have paid in advance, several mails to idbi customer care have sidelined the core issue, i can share all correspondence or you can have access from customer care.

I missed my emi payment as the salary got delayed.
The ach rtn charges of 590 has been leived 5 times in last 2 days. Though I have already paid the amount.
With the current situation i request idbi to refund the deduction amount.

Hi Team,
I am chasing this from 2nd Feb, why the Bank has negligence on this, i want to write a complaint.For the foreclosure letter, they updated me as it will take 2 o 3 days, i have raised a request on 2nd Feb but still no response.

I hold a demat account in IDBI Brabourbe road branch and had requested for transfer of all my investments to CDSL in September abd all all investments were transferred bit mot the SGB.Following up since kast 5 months but these bank officials hardly do any work and are mostly missing on their Sears and when available saying that it would take time.This is height of inefficiency and should be looked into by the SEBI and bank head.
Please look into the matter

I was supposed to receive a refund of the amount Rs. 5490 by 28-dec-2020. but still, I have not in my Bank Account.
Amazon has already shared a refund detail while giving a refund reference number (RRN) which is[protected].

Kindly initiate/release the payment of the refund amount which is mentioned above as soon as possible. ( i have done the transaction using UPI from IDBI)

I am attaching herewith the details of IDBI Double Money Bond, 1997 which was purchased on 31/01/1997.

Recently i was clearing my old documents i was found the original certificate of the policy so i need to know whether this was collected if not collected is this till valued to collect money, kindly advice.
