I am pritika pathak d/o prabir pathak, as i earlier mailed you regarding the harassment i'm facing in idbi konnagar branch for my education loan below 4 lakhs. I didn't get a single response. But i like to say that my educational loan through vidya laxmi portal has been rejected by the branch head and he (Mr. Santosh pandey) remarks that we are requested to close our loan, which is not true. We didn't ask him to reject, whereas he asked for some unnecessary documents which are against the rbi guidelines. When we refuse to submit those documents as it's against the law, he said he will reject my loan. But we asked him to give a proper cause of my rejection. Which he didn't and lied that we requested. For the very first day he kept lying to us, he misled us even though he spoke to us inappropriately. He bullied me saying that i'm having diseases and also harassed my father.
Asking for an educational loan is not wrong, it's my right as a student. I should get the full support to pursue my education and build a better future. But i guess idbi is not aiming for that thing. Sad!!.
Please take a strict action against these situations, so that other students don't have to face this. As this sort of person can destroy many students' futures as well as life.

      Dear idbi in this pandemic despite applying moratorium, i was charged 7000 in the name of ecs by bajaj, and when i complained to bajaj they say talk to the bank for return of ecs, i have already emailed so many times, nothing is happening, all other banks are helping but idbi is not even bother to help, because it is not customer centric. Kindly help me.

        I, pritika pathak d/o prabir pathak tried to apply for an educational loan in idbi bank, konnagar on 18th june 2020. As per the bank manager's (Mr. Cheraian xalxo) instruction i submitted all my necessary
        Documents that are required. He also visited my house for verification and then i got an acknowledgement of loan application acceptance on 6th july 2020 which was signed by him. After that branch manager got transferred on 10th july 2020. New manager (Mr. Santosh pandey) joined on 27th july. When i requested him to meet me, he lied that he is in quarantine and will join at the end of august. On the other hand he has already joined 2 days before. (I have his whatsapp text). I visited him the very next day and he was there, we had a conversation and without seeing my paper he asked me to apply in another bank. At our request, the next day he saw my paper and he asked for some documents which are beyond the rules of rbi vidya laxmi scheme. As my loan is below 4 lakhs, as per the vidya laxmi scheme no third party guarantor/mortgage is needed nor any parents itr files. As i belong to a poor family, my father doesn't have any fixed jobs. But still the manager is asking for those documents which are not needed as per rbi rules. What manager is claiming he can't even show me in a rule book. But i have shown him the rbi rules. And when we talked about this, the manager suggested me to take a gold loan instead of helping me with this. Then he came up with a conclusion that he will reject my loan as i did not submit any guarantor nor itr files of my father. After that it's been 4 days he didn't reject my loan nor accept it. He didn't even put any remarks on vidya laxmi portal. When i tried to talk to him he misbehaved with me, he blocked me from whatsapp, not replying to my text msg. Not a single cooperation has been done by the bank till now. They even harass my father. It's going to be 3 months and i'm not able to continue my study. Please help me to get this loan. I also like to inform you that i visited today, and we had a conversation with the manager mr. Santosh pandey. As i asked him about rejection of my loan, he kept saying that he already rejected my loan but it's been a week there is no official updates not even vidya laxmi portal. So i asked him to give me an official notice that my loan has been rejected and with a cause. But he started shouting at me, and talked in an inappropriate way, where my mother is also there. He misbehaved with me. He used the term "i am having a disease". When i said i will wait for the rejection notice and will visit him tomorrow. He directly said not to come anymore. There is no cooperation from idbi bank konnagar. It's been 3 months, they are harassing us and today misbehaved with us. As a citizen of this country, i want to get my educational loan as i am having my merit and i deserve this. But they are misleading me and because of that my carer will be stopped. Please help me out with this. I also launched a complaint on national consumer, my complaint number is 2164405.

          I missed my emi payment, presently I am jobless, I had applied for moratorium but I don't know how they present emi Aug-2020. Hence may I request to you please refund, the ach rtn charges of 590 has been leived.
          With the current situation i request idbi to refund the deduction amount.

              I am home loan borrower of idbi bank, pimpri chinchwad, pune branch
              At the time of disbursement i have submitted my original share certificate of co-op housing society in the month of december 2019. I still have not received it, bank is not responding to the phone calls also no bank official is attending the complaint, i personally went to bank and enquired about it but they are saying that we will call you once it is received but since last 8 months nothing has happened

              You are requested to look in the matter please.

                A.. Chandrasekaran taken the above said bond (Distinctive nos., [protected] - [protected]) on 28.05.2004 and the same was matured on 20.04.2007. But i have not received the maturity amount so far. Pl. Inform how to get back his money?

                  Dear sir,

                  There was a upi refund initiated from amazon on 8th july. It's been more than 3 weeks and i still have not gotten it.

                  The refund was worth rupees 16, 999.

                  Taking into consideration normal working days it should have credited into my account statement couple of days back itself which isn't the case till date, so i request you to "file a charge dispute" with "refund reference number:[protected]

                          Dear sir
                          I am dr. Shabir kumar anant, faculty of chhattisgarh kamdhenu university, anjora durg, on our campus, your idbi bank has been situated to serve our university employ, but the service your bank has provide is unsatisfied and unfair. I am so much mentally harassed from your bank, unauthorized deductions, high rate of interest, delay in each service, etc. I have given more than half crore business to your bank in the form of house loan, auto loan, personal loan still your bank never work in favor of the customer.
                          I have a housing loan of rs. 20 lakh from your bank and due to some interior work i need more amount for the same. So i had applied for the top-up of rs.5 lakh in january 2020. I am waited more than 5 months for the loan but still your bank refuse. After that, i had decided to take over my loan to sbi and within a 7 days sbi, raipur has been released the amount of rs. 19 lakh in the form dd on 1/7/2020. I had submitted the dd of rs.19 lakh in your bank on 2/7/2020. During this period my one more emi has been deducted on 10th of july. This is very shocking that it takes 15 days to close my loan account, and i don’t understand and god knows when i got my original documents. I have a simple question to idbi bank if you have taken my dd of rs. 19 lakh on 2/2/2020 why you have taken interest from 02/7/2020 to 15/07/2020 and still your bank will not be refunded my balance amount. The delay of processing is not from my side it is from your side. Your bank just cheated me in the name of covid 19 and harassed the customers. The whole world was doing work in this pandemic condition, but your bank never cooperates with us. I feel very bad and i also going to complain it to our hon’ble vice chancellor some serious action should be taken. At last its my humble request, please refund my access amount, and also the access interest which you have taken which is delayed by your side, and return my original documents as soon as possible. Please give a response regarding this.
