Sir/madam, i have saving account in idbi bank ending with 5948 of tilak chowk branch, kalyan west, thane, maharashtra.
My saving account is since 2014 in your idbi bank and from past 2 years i have not maintained balance and i agree to cut the charges levied by bank of 118 rs. At early morning an amount was being credited into my account in my saving account rather as i needed it urgently due to lockdown but when the amount recieved in account after 2 mins i got msgs and my phone starts vibrating in msg tone. When i opened it, msg was being recieving of debit amount of rs 590 over 6 times and other charges too. My balance is now only 520/- rs. Seriously? I don't even recieved e-mail or home letter regarding bank has applied charges for my account. And in this touch lockdown i urgently need money and idbi debited all my money in this crisis. I believed so much in idbi that i use to refer others. What should i do now? Even i called customer care they are not attending ivr since 12 mins+ and ended by asking mobile number that they will call you and still haven't call has been recieved. I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible 🙏🏼 i need money on urgent requirement.

    This has reference to my House Loan no. 002/[protected] taken from IDBI Bank Hyderabad in the year r 2011 for the purchase of my flat at the following address, against deposit of my original documents/title deeds pertaining to my mortgaged property.:

    CZECH COLONY STREET-1, SANAT NAGAR, HYDERABAD, 500018.

    i am in receipt of your e-mail dated 17.1.2020 whereby IDBI have brought to my knowledge about the alleged fire accident that had purportedly taken place in the storage premises on 11.12.2017 in which my original documents were kept and all my original documents were lost in that fire accident.

    In this regard, you are requested to direct IDBI Hydderabad to furnish the certified documents by Registrar

      Dear sir,
      I made a transaction on 19 march for amazon with my debit card ending with 9159. This order is cancelled due to lockdown and my parsel return to amzon facility. They said my refund is initiated but not credited in my bank account. Order price is rs 1600 from that i make a transaction of 1510 rs from my debit card and 90 rs are deducted from amazon pay account. That 90 rs are refunded on 30 march but remaining 1510 are not credited in bank account plz sort out this.

          This is regarding refund amount of ₹1498
          which was processed by Amazon on April 2nd 2020.
          But, till now it has not reflected in my a/c.Iam not getting proper response from bank staff nor from IDBI customer care .I hold an account in IDBI Tamil Nadu Hosur branch.
          I hope my problem get resolved through this

                Non receipt of maturity amount of deep discount bond folio no: fddb 1445037 certificate no: 01505897 distinctive no:[protected] face value rs. 2, 00, 000/-
                I have not received the amount against following deep discount bond as per the schedule of payment mentioned in the certificate as under:

                On august 1, 2000 rs. 10, 000/-
                On december 1, 2006 rs. 25, 000/-
                On september 1, 2011 rs. 50, 000/-
                On june 1, 2016 rs. 1, 00, 000/-
                It is surprised also that no information is provided by the bank, kindly send all the information regarding this bond repayment to my following my present address and email address:

                      why rtn charges many time

                      Dear sir
                      I have a loan bajaj finance and covid-19 reson that this month not get a salary timely that reson my emi bounced but bank charges again to again same month and debit more payment in my account i ask to bank when one time you have charges so why again to again charges.
                      Mere account ko khali kar ke choda bajaj wale bhejte rahe idbi wale charges lagate rahe.
                      Meri payment wapis karwao sir bus apse hi umeed hai....

                      Due to lockdown.. Central govt announced of relaxation of emi for 3 months..

                      I have attached my idbi bank account with lichfl home loan with nach process,,
                      I have regularly paid emi... But right now due to lockdown,, i have much financial crisis and even central government announced of relaxation of emi of this 3 months...

                        Dear support,

                        I received the payment from the amazon due to my item return to the amazon. They credited to my account still bank not refund the amount.

                        Waiting for bank response every time they reply the reference number and all the details still no reply from the bank. They were asking me the same thing again n again no output.

                        Amazon confirmed them payment is done in jan but still not credited to my account.

                        I raised the complaint to the bank idbibank=[protected]' dispute for not receive payment still no reply.

                        Please request to refund all the amount asap.

                                  Myself, bibek thakur ([protected]), having salary account in idbi, salt lake secor-5 the worst ever bank.
                                  All transaction regarding nft/imps/mobile banking facilities declined from 01.04.2020 to till date. Action taken by me-
                                  1. I have called several times to customer care but no response found.
                                  2. I have called my home brance. They said let me see but till date no progess and now they are not picking calls.
                                  3. I have given written complains to e-mail 3 times. After each mail they mail back to me that problem has been resolved but not actually.

                                  Now in this lockdown situation i am totally helpless as i cant do any digital payment as it is my salary account.
