My customer i'd is 85068158

Today on 16/01/2020 received a mesage of balance deduction of 118 rs.

Below is actual message

Idbi bank a/c nn15765 debited inr. 118.00 det:adhoc statement. Bal (Incl. Of chq in clg)

I want clarification why this charges accoured..

I am not doing any transaction with this account..

I feel idbi is miss using its right in name of this charges... That charges...

118 Rs. were deducted from my account though I never asked for bank statements. It must be clear, why this amount was deducted without informing me about it?

      I have raised the imps request with the above id, which is not been credited the the beneficiary account.

      I am expecting either it should get credited or refund.
      I am not getting any confirmation from the bank, i have checked my account statement and it shows as debited from the bank.

      Also i dont know what is the proper procedure to check if this kind if problems happened. How to resolve them or whom to contact.

        Dear team,

        Warm greetings...

        This is to inform you that i have my preffered saving bank account at ibdi bank at iti choraha branch, farrukhabad. We are some customers have an issue regarding atm is that generally it's always close after working hours. It open only for banking hours so what's the advantage of that atm. Even yesterday it was close on saturday so i was unable to deposit my cash at cdm so kindly follow up on this matter and resolve it as soon as possible & justify the reason behind it. I am also sending actual pics of atm that's close on saturday so find it as attachment.

          Third transaction is on 8 jan 2020= 120000 recipient image was send. please stop these transactions from account number NAME: MS SHENETALU CURHA, ,

            Sir, i am getting the[15079]the user is allready disabled for transaction when i enter transaction passward. Please give me any suggestion. I tried to change but asking for debit card details. Which i don't have. I want to make payments. So please let me know how to generate new transaction password without debit card. As i don't have any debit card.

              Dear Sir,
              I was trying to withdrawl money from ATM . ATM name: money spot ATM, Kakrau kothi sabji Mandi around the time 2:36 am at 6/1/2020. When the transaction was completing then suddenly the light of ATM was sutt down and I couldn't get the cash of amount (400). I waited for the light of ATM but the light was not came . So I was gone from there . Same day when I checked my bank balance . I was surprised that the amount (400) he debited from my bank account.

              I request you to please the amount credited in my bank account

                  I had applied an education loan for my daughter almost 5 months ago, but sorry to say that after completing each requirements my application delayed for the unknown reason. I was assured by the local banking staff that the loan would be sanctioned soon. But so far I m not getting any possible response from their end. I am a 21 year old customer of the said bank nd my salary account is also with them. May I know the exact reason for delaying the loan. Apart from this please send me Banking ombudsman toll free no. Nd e mail id so that I can contact higher authorities in this regard.

                    idbi home loan - lost my original title/deed documents

                    IDBI Bank has lost my original title deed in Dec 2017 due to fire accident in Mumbai and never reported this to me till today, i.e., 27th Dec 2019.

                    I have closed my Home loan in Nov 2018, however couldn't follow up with the bank to collect my documents as I was abroad.

                    Now, when I am trying to collect the same, I have been handed a letter that's just typed infront of me saying my Original Title/Deed documents...

                      I have availed home loan from idbi bank. The rbi has reduced the repo rate multiple times in 2019, but even after this reduction of interest by rbi, idbi has not revised its home loan interest. There is not reduction either to my loan interest rate or in emi. When i approached the bank there was no response from the bank.

                      Today I apply for Gold Loan in IDBI bank(Anna Nagar). they told Amount can be transferred within 2 hrs but till now they are not credited to my account but bank employee no response when I called.

                        Upi service is not permitted in my account. I used my mobile, tez app and phone pay app in my mobile but these applications are not being served in upi. I unstall these applications again but did not do it again. And i get a message from the bank "your list account req. Is declined as upi service is not permitted for your account or customer category"...

                        Sir,
                        I SUMI SS, an existing customer of idbi bank ([protected]) hereby want to state that :
                        On 04/12/2019 my a/c balance was Rs5380/-
                        On 04/12/2019 idbi bank debited Rs 324/-, 324/-, (590*8)
                        total5380, and the bank is intimating that there is another 590*2 is pending due to insufficient fund

                        On 02/11/2019 bajaj finance has presented 2 ecs my loan account no: 414PST[protected] Personal Loan), and 4140CDED796065 (Air condition consumerable loan) has been bounced and it has been cleared on Nov 27th.
                        For that the Idbi bank has taken 5380 as Return charge, my total EMI is 7106 which i already paid.

                        Though my a/c balance was ZERO that ecs/cheque of Rs5380- was bounced unconditionally & also bounce charges debited by my bank, which is not fair.

                        I have mailed about this matter to idbi bank, but no reply from their end till now. I have also mailed to bajaj finance & bajaj finance replied that these deduction are levied by idbi bank.
                        I also tried calling to idbi bank, but they didn't gave me satisfying reply.

                        This is a humble request from my side, that please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                        Date of incident : 04/12/2019

                        Desirable resolution : request refund of rs. 5380/- & idbi bank does not repeat this in future with any customer.

                          I have enrolled for education loan in idbi bank branch jalna in tge year 2017 for my ug course. While applying i asked them whether their bis any intrest subsidy scheme they said me no. But when i came to know i belong to economical weaker section and i am eligible to the intrest subsidy scheme but unfortunately i have paid 30 months intrest on my loan amount. And now i made disbursment for my 7th sem. The dd is been given by bank but their is slight change in the name of college. So they said it will tale 20 working days to complete cancellation process. But as such it is my final year i need to go for my internship program from10th december. So i cant wait so long. Please help, e in this

                                idbi home loan- lost my original home documents- 0086751000013819

                                I have had an IDBI home loan from Jan 2009 and have been promptly repaying my EMIs and am just 12 months away from closure. It pains me to receive a speed post where it says that IDBI has lost my original home loan documents as it is damaged in a fire accident in Mumbai. SDML (Stock Holding document Management Services Ltd) With great effort I have been closing my EMIs and to have this happen is a terrible nightmare for me, a first time...

                                  2000 amount debited from my account to ach dr. Bse cif[protected] bd bse limited but i have no knowledge of this... Why is my amount debited... I give no any right to any one for autodebit... I want all detail of it... Please provide... All the information regarding above mentioned subject. It's very urgent i fell very bad that i am a customer of sbi. Kindly solve my problem if there is no any option taken by the bank i will sue against the worse service and unnecessary debit amount. Nd refund my money as soon as possible
