महोदय मेंरा खाता संख्या [protected] idbi भीमताल में संधारित है दिनांक 26.05.2019 को टेलीफोन का बिल जमा करने पर रूपये 1212 की कटौती हो गयी लेकिन बिल जमा नही हो पाया। और bsnl से मैसेज आया कि your payment of rs. 1212.00 is failed on bsnl portal. Reason : invalid bank responce
अतः अनुरोध है कि कटौती की गई रूपये 1212 की धनराशि खाता संख्या [protected] में वापस करने का कष्ट करें।

    I have deposited an idbi cheque in chakala, andheri east atm on 16th may 2019.
    My home branch is also in andheri east.

    Till today (21st may 2019) i am waiting for cheque clearance. I am in follow up with the customer care since past 3 days and they seems to have no clue what this would have happen. The branch number provided ([protected]) is out of service. Cheque no : 635870

    Want to know where is my cheque?
    IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Before I was able to use Google pay, phone pe but now whenever I try to use I get a message as
    "Your List Account req. is declined as UPI service is not permitted for your account or customer category."

    Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

      I am one of your customer named praveen kumar mahto holding account in one of your branch i. E darbhanga (0723) with account :-[protected].
      I had given instruction to do neft to the following details:-a/c no:-[protected]
      Ifsc code:-brbn0ehjul, bank of baroda jalandhar a/c name:-rahul grober dt:-20.04.2019 of amount of rs.40000/- for which i have the acknowledgement slip which is attached
      When amount didn’t received by rahul grober, we on enquiry from darbhanga branch it was stated:- it has been credited to wrong account instead of a/c no:- [protected] they have credited to a/c no:-[protected].
      We have a long relation with your bank and this type of service is not acceptable at all. At the instance of 1 month of time span my amount of rs.40000/- is no where neither in my account nor in rahul grober account where is the money. You need to look into the matter seriously and on urgent basis. Rs40000/- is not a small amount.
      Its been almost one month time we are forced to reached you to get our claim amount. Rs.40000/-. It is the mistake of your staff. We required our money back otherwise i will be force to take harsh action. Credit my account with amount of rs.40000/- immediately without any more delay and revert me back soon.

        I have my savings account in your bank at nashik city br. My a/c no is [protected]. On 10 th of may2019 i received a msg from lic office that idbi bank has rejected my monthly nft lic annuity deposit of rs.1320/- without any reason. I personally enquired into lic office. They have given me reference no. As follows: — utr no n[protected] (Any other reason}. I also enquired i in idbi bank nashik city br. Office, and submitted above utr no. And requested to find out the reason of rejection.

          Since 3 months (March, april, may 2019) from my IDBI bank acno.[protected] has charged total amount of rs.1770 for just one missed emi of rs.2696/- for march, 2019 month. I have asked several times to know the reason and the required return/ecs mandate charges applicable for emi amount of rs.2696/- but no response from bank people
          I have followed idbi bank several times to revert ecs mandate charges 3 months subsequently debited from my bank account unnecessarily for one missed ecs.

          Please resolve the issue atleast from your end

            मेरा Idbi बैंक ने खाता है। ये हर masssage का चार्ज काटते है। मेरा पिछले बहोत महीने से मेरा बैलेंस 0 था। बैंक की ओर से msg आते थे अगर आप 2500 बैलेंस मेन्टेन नही रखोगे तो चार्ज लगेगा अब मुजे तो चार्ज 20-50 रूपीस लगता था पर फिर उनोने 118+ चार्ज लेते है 1 महीने के। तो मेसे पैसे कटे पर ये बैंक वाले msg भेज सकते थे के आप के इतने पैसे कटेंगे अगर बैलेंस मेन्टेन ना हुआ तो वैसे भी एक एक msg का ये चार्ज काटते है।sbi वाले 17+ चार्ज लेते है 1 महीने का।मेरी complain ये है ये हर msg के चार्ज लेते है तो इनको जानकारी पूरी देनी चाहिए ना, अगर ये msg मुजे भेजते तो में डर के कारण पैसे तो डलवाता या खाता ऑफ करवाता।अब मुजे तो 20-50 चार्ज लगता था । हेल्प me

              Sms charges of 17.70/- deducted twice in the years for both of our bank accounts (mine & mother), I have bank account in other but they will charge only once in year, But what about IDBI previously it was not there this first time I have seen please explain me why it is like this.

                I lost my debit card a month back. I called a customer care for blocking the card and also for generation of new one. they told me my card will get dispatched within a week at the registered address with the bank, which i also confirmed on the call. They dispatched the card to some other address in bihar, and my registered address is in Madhya Pradesh. I went to the home branch when i did not receive the card they told me the card has been dispatched to some address in bihar which was fault at their part as
                1) They dispatched the cheque book 4-5 months back on my registered address which is in M.P.
                2) My adhaar card address is also of M.P.
                3) My KYC is also complete and contain the address of M.P.

                so my question is
                a) How did they manage to send the card to some other place in bihar. This is how IDBI is keeping the records of their customer?
                b) It's been a more than a month i haven't received my debit card and despite calling customer care regularly they keep asking me to wait for next 2 days but i get the same response to wait everytime i call. so when am i going to get it?

                This is such a deficiency of services as per 2(g) of consumer protection act.
                also isn't maintaining a proper information about the customer is breach of RBI rules & regulations.

                    returning of home loan original documents after home loan closure

                    I have paid all dues related to my home loan account and asked rac to close my loan account in mar. As per rac it was expected to receive all my original documents within 15 days. Now account is closed but after more than 35 days i have not received my original documents.
                    Upon contacting rac every time there is no receipt of documents & have no updates on progress. The customer care nobody responds....

                    My account got froze without intimation given by bank. That already my aadhar card and pancard details are updated. At least before freezing the account bank official need to send any kind information. All my emi - ecs is going to returned. And who will pay the bounce charges? Why i should suffer. My customer id 75896701 hold a salary account in tilak chowk branch kalyan. I need a solution for this. Due to this i even did not get my salary.

Give me compensation from bank

                                  I have a home loan account in idbi bank. The service of the bank is worst. After requesting many times still they have not started my emi. Even they deducted same amount twice from my account in a single day whereas they paid to the builder once. They are completely irresponsible. This created extra harassment to me. They are not communicating properly. I have submitted all of my contact details but i am not getting any information over phone and/or email. Please don't go for idbi homeloan, they are simply worthless.

                                  My account is with your Bikaner Branch. Ac No. is [protected]. On 16.2.19 Rs. 17.70 deducted toward SMS Charges & then again on 11.4.19. I neither demanded to send the same nor I have rec'd any SMS yet. Plese stop such charges and refund the amount deducted so far.
