I had applied for total 02 bonds dated 27/03/2004 for idbi flexibond 21 series

I only have acknowledgement copy (No. K9618160) but no bond received till maturity i. E.26/03/2014

Pl help me know procedure for claim

I lost my debit card a month back. I called a customer care for blocking the card and also for generation of new one. they told me my card will get dispatched within a week at the registered address with the bank, which i also confirmed on the call. I have paid all dues related to my home loan account and asked rac to close my loan account in mar. As per rac it was expected to receive all my original documents within 15 days. Now account is closed but after more than 35 days i have not received my original documents.
Upon contacting rac every time there is no receipt of documents & have no updates on progress. The customer care nobody responds....

My account got froze without intimation given by bank. That already my aadhar card and pancard details are updated. At least before freezing the account bank official need to send any kind information. All my emi - ecs is going to returned. And who will pay the bounce charges? Why i should suffer. My customer id 75896701 hold a salary account in tilak chowk branch kalyan. I need a solution for this. Due to this i even did not get my salary....

We have make a wrong payment by google app on dated 20.02.2019 and we written complaint in idbi bank omax mall sohna road gurugram and after we have continue follow up but we still not reverse my payment. Wrong payment detail as followed :-

The quality of customer service at the IDBI bank Banaswadi branch is worst of the worst compared to other banks like SBI. The clerks dont respond to any queries, they are busy on their phones, they dont even acknowledge that without customer they would have to shutdown the bank.Even to get your passbook printed they ask customers to come after 14:30 and even then make you wait for atleast 30 min .
