I made a online transaction of rs. 8276.70 against the school fee for my son. The amount was debited from my account but not credited in the schools account. I have discussed the same with idbi call center. They assured me that the amount will be reversed in my account within 72 hrs but same not done.
Please look into it and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

    The money has deducted from my account but i didn't get the money from that atm i. E., 10000
    I went to bank but there is no response from that bank.
    The money has not refunded till now.
    If the bank is doing in this way then how can we trust the banks and go to atm's for money withdrawl...

      Dear sir,

      I would like to inform you that i made a transaction with my idbi bank VIA upi on amazon.in on 05th of jan 2019 for an amount of rs.606 which was cancelled and refund processed by amazon on 6th of jan 2019 for rs. 606 with refund reference number:[protected].

      Customer id: 76704916

      Taking into consideration normal working days it should have credited into my account statement couple of days back itself which isn't the case till date, so i request you to "file a charge dispute" with "refund reference number:[protected]". Also provide a reference number for the charge dispute filed.

      Also would like to complain on the part of your telephonic customer help team who had always given false assurance of the amount being credited within next 2 days or within 24 hrs, which is not the case.

      They are giving nonsense and unprofessional replies so far.

      IDBI customer care agent provided me Reference no. are as follows[protected] and told me to contact Amazon.
      i have contactaed with Amazon and IDBI both many times but both are saying to contact each other .
      According to your banking policies it should have credited in 10 business at max. But its more than 20 days now and the amount isn't credited till date as of 22 Jan 2019

      Request you to kindly resolve the matter and credit the amount back into my account at the earliest.

            This is in continuation of my last complain on 17th january, 2019 & mail to [protected]@isilindia.com on 7th & 11th january, 2019 without any fruitful response.

            I purchased two idbi infrastructure (Tax saving) bonds (2004c) on 28/05/2004 for rs. 5000/- each. By this time i totally forgot the matter, and found the original bond paper is still lying with me. After checking of my records it seems to me that i have not yet received the maturity proceeds of the above bonds.
            Please let me know the fate of the bonds and advise me the next steps to be done.

              There are some customers using their IDBI Bank account to do cyber crimes around Mumbai..

              I have deposited amount to their account(Contact me through mail i will send the payment details of their accounts), after that they didn't turn up with their products and not in contact with me as well.
              Looks Like Bank Personnel also involved and supporting these kind of fraud activities.

              How can you help me in this regard.

                Dear sir,

                On 2nd jan 2019 i made a transaction through bhim upi from my mobile. I had sent rs 9000.00 to my friend (Sbi). The amount has been deducted from my (Idbi) account, but my friend (Sbi acc holder) didn't received the amount yet. Transaction status shows "approved" for both o[censored]s.

                We already spoke to the idbi & sbi officials. They idbi officials said amount had sent to the receiver on 3rd and no issues from our side. But sbi officials said still amount not credited.

                So herewith i have attached screenshot of bhim transaction details for your reference. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible.

                  Dear sir i have purchased infrastrecture tax saving bond, in year 2003 the total amount of bond is rs. 40000, i have purchased bonds in nasik, after that i left nasik. Address on the bond is nasik address.

                  When i had contacted idbi bank ferguson college branch, i was told we do not handle this bond any more, these are handle by karvy hyderabad, but i was told to give copy of all the bonds, which i handed over to above branch. And i was told we will send e mail to karvy,
                  After few days, i got letter that we had paid this amount in year 2006 and chaque were send in nasik address,
                  But during 2006 i was staying in pune and i had not received any chaque.
                  Karvy might have send this chaque but as i was not staying in nasik i have not received this chaque.
                  Now i want redemption of the above bonds.
                  Please guide me how to get this money from idbi bank, because the bonds are idbi bank.

                      My self ketan panchal. I have transferred amount rs.21, 600/- from my idbi bank to sbi account through u. P. I plat form (Phone pe) on 7th january 2019. I have not received my money in my sbi account. On 7th january 2019, i have got status `pending transaction` on phone pe but amount debited from idbi bank and not credited in sbi. On second day of transaction, i have got status transaction successful on phone pe but couldnt receive in sbi. I have called custome care of phone pe, idbi and sbi but till date issue is not solved.

                      Kindly help for above mentioned matter

But actually corporation bank atm gave me only a slip of "sorry unable to process".in brief my account has been debited by rs.4000. 39 days has been over.                         My idbi debit card is blocked. Message display like due to incorrect entry of otp code it is blocked. Usually if the card is blocked it is unblocked after 48 hours but my card is blocked from last one month due to which I have to face many problems while doing online transactions. Debit card is accepted for Atm transactions but not for online transactions. If I do my transaction by any app message is displayed as cookies are disabled or not accessible but now my cad is blocked for online transactions. Jalna idbi bank manager suggested me to ask for the help of customer care service but customer care suggested me to ask for bank to solve this problem they also cnt help. No customer care or bank manager is ready to solve my problem in such case what step I should take now regarding this need to know from this complain. I hope at least this message with give proper feedback and work truthfully customer.

                            Dear sir/mam, i have transfer home loan from indiabulls to idbi bank on dec 2017, that time indiabulls having no facility of pmy. Hence i have transferred my home loan to idbi. But that time idbi bank was not informed me as the you are not eligible for pmy.                               My name is shakti and i was booking a train ticked two days back but due to some technical issues my money got deducted but i haven't issued the ticket. I talked to irctc they told me there was some technical glitch so ticket wasn't booked and for deducted money i should contact my bank. I called idbi firstly they were not picking phone and after that when they picked they weren't able to answer and asking me to call after two hours, i want my refund asap.

                                I am a royal account holder since march 2015 at idbi bank chinchwad pune
                                Since september trv deduction of rs 389 and 64 paise per month suddenly deducted from my account
                                Till today rs 766 is deducted whereas in fd rules given by bank to me is above 15 lacs in fd no trv will be deducted

And any customer and any manger not to tell this charges. Pls refund my money or give me new atm card.                                       I have swipe my card in hyderabad yamaha show room at toli chowki
                                      I have done 3 time transaction but 2 times failed
                                      And third time succesfull
                                      But from my account 3 time transaction amount debited the amount 1586
                                      And 1586×3=
                                      And it was on 17th december 2018
                                      I have not got till now my refund
