Dear sir,
My dad had purchased idbi deep discount bonds in 1992. On certificate they had given in written after25 years when u redeem the bonds u will get 1lakh. Now after submitting bonds to bank they paid us only 22, 000. Why shud i do. When we contacted bank they told us that they have already forfeited the bonds in 2002. We never received any intimation from bank about the bonds. Please mail me on

      Idbi bank बचत खाते उघडण्यासाठी आधार कार्ड आवश्यक असल्याचे सांगते. वास्तविक मा. सर्वाेच्च न्यायालयाने याबाबतीत नुकताच निर्णय दिलेला आहे.त्यामध्ये खाते उघडण्याठी आधार कार्डाची आवश्यकता नाही.ही वस्तुस्थिती असतांनाही संबंधित अधिका-यांनी आधार कार्डाची प्रत मागावी हे सर्वस्वी चुकीचे आहे.याबाबतीत rbi ने परिपत्रक जाहीर करावे अशी विनंती आहे.अद्यापही परिपत्रक प्रसिद्घ झालेले नाही.

        I have made a transaction of rs. 10000 via my idbi debit card to add money into my kotak bank a/c but kotak bank displays transaction failed message and my idbi a/c was debited. I think that after 2 or 3 days it will be refunded. But after lapse of 12 days my money was still not refunded to my idbi a/c. I have talked to customer care and also emailed but no positive response from that side.

        Idbi shows the transaction made to citrus payment gateway. The transaction details is rpay-pos/citrus pay etailing mumbai mhin and transaction id was s40751414.

          My account number is [[protected]]. I made transactions on 27th september 2018 of rs. 2947/- at shadi.com website. The transaction was failed. But the funds were debited on my account. Plz refund my amount rs.2947.00.
          The shadi.com customer care said the transaction is failed please consider our bank and then ask him refund money.
          I was going to plan my payment on shadi.com using idbi bank debit card. But the order was cancelled because of bank transaction is failed. Please resolved my problem and refund my amount...

            Taking lots of efforts i have submitted closing application in idbi bank kalawad road branch in rajkot gujarat they have forwarded request to udaipur branch two weeks ago

            I want to close my idbi account in idbi bank as i am not satisfied with bank and branch service

            Worst website, worst phone call and email response, even face to face talk at branch is useless

            No one listen to anyone

              Sir i using my credit card 30/09/2018 the card number [protected] timing is 9:16 pm the payment is deducted in my card 23962 but not credit in reliance gen.                         Dear sir/madam,
                        I made deposit to my cousin account (Idbi account) of amount 3000 in idbi rt nagar cdm (Machine no - 00bn036301) on 26/09/2018 at about 18:39:19 hrs but the amount did not credited to my cousin account & i got receipt of please contact branch manager.

                        Then since bank was open i asked manager regarding same but she told it happens sometimes it will credit once we get information on same once we take money out from cdm.

                        Since my cousin was need of money for his family hospitalization i directly asked them how much time it takes to credit money to account but she told it happens before 12:30 pm of 27/09/2018 and i also asked regarding loss due to this technical machine failure but i got response that no loss pay. Then i given a latter to credit that amount to my cousin account.

                        My cousin waited till 27/09/2018 12:30 pm but no amount credited to his account. Again i told him to visit branch since i went outside of town once he visited branch again same story it will credit before 4pm.

                        I want to know who will pay transport, health loss during this time due to idbi system failure which not up-to mark.

                          Hi,

                          Kindly refer loan account holder - praneeta chaudhary - sanction no - lajpat nagar / 191/08/2010/37215/vision retail, date 13 aug 2010 - seller.

                          Kindly refer loan account application - sachin sharma - application no - hl[protected], date - 21 aug 2018 - buyer

                          Seller is having a property @ sec 137, paramount floraville, bluebells tower, unit no 1005 against which she has a loan with idbi bank.in order to buy the property it was mutually agreed between seller & buyer, for buyer to take over the existing loan.
                          The documentation for take over of the loan was done on 6th aug 2018, where as the sanction letter for the buyer was approved on 21 aug 2018. During this process as informed by idbi team @ lajpat nagar / nehru place, the property papers of above mentioned premises will be couriered back the delhi branch with in 15 days in order to complete the process of the loan transfer & hence endorsement of the premises in buyer's name.

                          As of now it is more than a month, & both the parties, buyer & seller despite repeated follow ups on phone & various visits @ the mentioned branches have no clue for the delay in courier of property papers from mumbai to delhi.
                          The worst part is during each visit & phone conversation we are informed that even the bank officials do not know the reason for delay, which is a surprise. They try to call someone in order to retrieve information & for some reason no one answers their phone on the other side.

                          This has been the worst banking experience ever. Idbi for us was like any other nationalized bank committed to meet the consumer requirements. After this experience i have lost my trust on the bank. I am worried taking into consideration that as & when this entire fiasco is over i would have to deal with this bank for another 20 yrs of my loan tenure.

                          Also fyi, your team which comes for visit for verification is very upfront in asking for money in order to expedite the process & approvals. Is it maybe for the fact i did not pay them even a single penny, that there is such unrealistic delay in the process.

                          In this entire fiasco, i would not only be suffering monetary loss but also entire delay has left me mentally disturbed. Because of this delay i will have to move to a rented house for which i am sure idbi bank would be least bothered. The extra rental & security deposit that will be paid was absolutely unnecessary & is only being paid because of delay from idbi bank.

                            Of late, it is noticed that in idbi atms soiled/multilated currency notes are being received. The bank authorities are shirking their responsibility and intimating that it is not their obligation to exchange the said currency to the customers, as they have appointed their service provider, who may be contacted, which is against the rbi guidelines. Requires urgent/immediate action against the bank, as there is deficiency in its services....

                              I am holding 2 numbers of the said bond purchased from IDBI in the Year 1992 as per details below:

                                I would like to inform you that i made a transaction with my IDBI MasterCard debit card ending in 0344 on amazon.in on 14th of Aug 2018 for an amount of Rs. 9, 998/- which was cancelled and refund processed by amazon on 22 of Aug 2018 for Rs. 9, 998/- with refund reference number: 75503728235022336666244
                                I called the IDBI bank customer care but the didn't give me any solution.

                                Now around 18-20 days is completed so kindly resolve this issue and refund the money on ASAP.

Every time i try to connect but it won't happen. I'm trying to connect pass this one week. Please check the problem and solve it.
