I have visited the branch for address change as newly shifted. I am only having registry of my new address. Its a valid proof. The staff can do verification at my new address, take my pan card and do the needful. But the branch manager did not do any thing. He did not tried to find out the way to help the customer. This is just harassing the customer.

I am ac. holder of IDBI Bank with saving ac. No. [protected] and Customer ID No. 92512219.
I wish to mapped this ac. to NPCI and to Get my LPG subsidy in this ac. But till date i.e. 20.08.2018 it shows that NPCI mapping is not done and Aadhaar is not seeded with this A/C.
Please solve this problem ASAP.

Dear sir,

My ATM pin was disabled but after generating a new pin, I get the msg to activate the new pin at a nearby atm. I am out of country, any alternate method to activate the pin? Also my transaction password has expired and I can't generate a new one without the ATM pin! Please help.

      I am getting[11021] error in input data
      Message while giving the correct customer id and password for internet banking. Please help me to resolve this problem asap as i have checked on every browser like chrome, internet explorer, safari, firefox in different devices and every where i am getting the same error message. Every time i try to connect but it won't happen. I'm trying to connect pass this one week. Please check the problem and solve it.

        Today i made a fd and got the cyber receipt but a condition was attached that if i do not submit aadhaar my fd would be reversed - how can a private sector bank insist on aadhaar when other documents have already been submitted? I registered myself to sbi buddy app and my full kyc was done by simply submitting my driving license and no restrictions are laid on my operations.
        I fail to understand why these private bodies are insisting on aadhaar and the government or uidai are not intervening and complying with their duties? In a democratic country the government is for the people and not for some organisations and persons-i really hoe the government keeps its ears and eyes open and takes immediate steps to safeguard the interests of the common man

            I have taken a education loan in december 2013.during my college i was told to pay interest of education loan, so i paid the interest.but till now i have not get education loan subsidy. whenever i used to ask about it from branch manager he used to told the subsidy will be given to my account. my name is not even in list of student who will get subsidy.the branch manger dont have idea what to do and how to do.now how should i do so that i can get my education loan subsidy.

              I am captain prasad who had taken rupees 80 lakh in 2014 and completed paying full loan on 10-07-18.
              My house loan account is [protected] and saving ac is [protected].
              As on date the original documents of house has not been returned to me even after reminding on several occassions.
              It is requested that same is ensured safe return earliest before i leave station by saturday 28-07-18.

                      मैं राजन कुमार आई.डी.बी.आई का चालू खाता धारक हूँ।
                      बैंक के मैनेजर रोज कुछ न कुछ नए नियम बनाते रहते है, पहले तो वो सिक्का नहीं लेते थे तो मैंने एक दिन भी सिक्का जमा नहीं किया। मगर इधर दो दिनों से वो अब 10 रूपये के नोट तक जमा नहीं ले रहे है।
                      इस कारण से हमलोगों को बहोत परेशानियों का सामना करना पर रहा है। हाजीपुर में जब से शंकर झा आये तब से हाजीपुर शाखा में रोज रोज कुछ न कुछ नियम कानून बदलने लगे इस कारण से हम व्यापारियों को बहोत ही परेशानियों का सामना करना पर रहा है।

This to inform you that IDBI bank imposed me a penalty on dated 02.07.18 & 04.07.18 of Rs. 590 ECS return Charges for dated 02.01.2018. But i had sufficient bal at around 13:15 hrs for the day.                           My sip was to be debited on 25th but they (Ibkl0000185) instead of debiting sip, fired fine of 590 inr early in the morning. Also, they have been charging lot of other charges of 5.90, 11.80, 29.30 inr and others on every transaction.                           It’s disgusting that, they provided me online complaint docket number WEB/22515301 last week, now their own website displays comment box on submitting for asking status of the complaint that, "please enter valid number."

                            Dated 11 may 2018 we received less amount from atm and complained next day through phone banking. On 30th may 2018 i visited the idbi indira nagar lucknow, u. P. Branch and given the written complain. Next day i get sms that your complain has been resolve.
                            Dated 30 may 2018 i visited the concerning branch and given the again written complain but till now not get any update or call from your team.
                            Kindly provide the cctv footage to insure your organization that i am correct.

                              I transfer 400 rs through idbi go mobile app to imps one off my friend transaction id:s 87348628 but that time that app showing some error but amount was debited. I ask to my friend amount created on your account but my friend told not yet created. So i pay again the same app transaction id:s 87724176 that amount created to my friend.                                 I visited in kodaikanal dominos pizza (26 th may) and pay may bill through my debit card amount 136 rs, but that amount was debited, but that time that machine showing same error. So they asking cash so i pay that amount to paytm. And they are told that debited amount automatically refund in 7 days. But till now i can't get my refund. When i get refund

                                  Kindly let us know how to redeem our money for the flexibond issued in year-1996, we contacted one of the idbi bank personally and they told these bonds are not issued by banks but some other facilities. This is the worst scenario we faced from the idbi bank, we never taught we would get such a bad response. It would be better if you help us in this matter. If we dint receive proper response from idbi i will suggest my colleagues/friend not to make their accounts in idbi as it is not trust worthy bank. Waiting for your quick response.

                                    Idbi bank is charging me rs 354 rupees annually for using debit card. They have deducted this amount on june 17th 2018 for the financial year of[protected].

                                    I called immediately to customer care to cancel the card and refund the fees. But the bank is not doing that. Both idbi customer care and branch said that they are unable to process the refund but they can charge the customer for services that customer is not using. There is no document or notice from bank that the card you are using has an annual fees.

                                    On the website of idbi bank there is no such information. https://www.idbi.com/gold-debit-card.asp

                                    Bank is illegally deducting customers hard earned money, without prior notice and when asked for refund they are not able to process it.

                                    If customer care, their manager and branch are unable to process the refund then who has given them the power to deduct customer's money without taking permission from the customer.

                                    IDBI customer complaint form doesnot work. We cannot submit any complaint on idbi website.
