I had bought a HP Laptop charger from my mom's account on Amazon - Order Ref[protected]Spet 2017) through IDBI Debit card which was linked to 2 accounts. Then I closed the account and cancelled the debit card. On APril 2018, the laptop was found defective and Amazon issued a refund to the same payment method used for purchase. I called up IDBI Customer care for help to which they replied to get the UTR no. & contact the branch. The branch has not provided any help; then I mailed the customer service. They too asked for all details but are not replying since 2 weeks. As per Amazon, If we don't have an account with the bank anymore, they'll issue a refund cheque to me. Please help. IDBI bank has not provided a complaint id too for tracking.

      unable to do net banking transaction due to error (11021 error in input data)

      I am getting[11021] error in input data
      Message while giving the correct customer id and password for internet banking. Please help me to resolve this problem. I am unable to do any transaction through net banking. I had this problem for last 5-6 days, i can't understand what can i do for resolve this problem? First time i am getting this message, pl. Help me....

      Message while giving the correct customer id and password for internet banking. Please help me to resolve this problem asap as i have checked on every browser like chrome, internet explorer, safari, firefox in different devices and every where i am getting the same error message

      It's been 3 days i am getting this same error.. Repeatedly.. Please resolve this issue asap

        I am a savings account holder of idbi bank bearing account no. [protected] at pattambi branch, kerala. I had applied for a home loan in the bank. During the initial queries they never mentioned anything about any miscellaneous monetary charges. After i applied for the loan they initiated their formalities. But the thing is that they started from the reverse direction. They began with those procedures upon which they can demand charges.
        The bank began their procedures from doing the technical evaluation of the property. Secondly they started their legal formalities. And lastly at the final stage, the bank decided to check my eligibility which they should have done in the beginning itself. And after that they told me that i am not eligible for the loan.
        But for that the bank charged from me rs. 1770/- as technical evaluation charges and rs. 1200/- as legal charges. So the conclusion is that i paid rs. 3000/- just to check my eligibility for the loan.
        Now another question arises. If the bank is charging me for legal opinion and technical evaluation charges and if i am paying for the same then it should be my legal right over the legal opinion report and the technical evaluation report.
        So when i asked the bank for the same to be handed over to me, they refused flatly saying that it is against their policy. Again the conclusion derived is that the bank has the right to take which is rightfully of others but they cannot give what is theirs and they have the audacity to demand charges for the same.
        And finally as the cherry on the cake moment is that the bank is also charging me rs. 100/- as charges for closing the account.

          I have saving a/c in your DADRI branch.
          They misplaced my card. Most of the details you entered in a/c are incorrect. I think that all your staff are untrained, unprofessional or illiterate etc. They told me its a government bank not a private bank.

            Dear sir,
            I had made the investment in the idbi bank in deep discount bond. The policy was that after the investment of 5’300 in 1996
            I would get a matured sum of rs 10’000/- in the year 2000 on 1st of august., sum of rs :- 25’000/- in the year 2006 on 1st december., sum of rs:- 50’000/- in the year 2011 on 1st september., sum of rs :- 1’00’000/- in the year 2016 on 1st june., sum of rs : — 2’00’000/- in the year 2021 on 1st april.
            Now i got to know by one of my friend that the company scrapped the policy on 1st august 2000. The company did not send any intimation at my address. Informing me that this bond had been discontinued. So what about the amount i deposited in the idbi deep discount bond

            So kindly repay me the amount with the interest.

            The bank did not intimate me so they should at least pay the interest at the bank rate. It's your responsibility to intimate the customer about the scrapped policies.

                freeze my account without intimation

                I am dealing with IDBI bank [Chembur Branch] since last 12 years,
                I have Three Current Accounts and yearly million of turnover doing but still without any intimation or notice they freeze my main Account of Cann Copier Services P. limited. I was out of the country when came back many customers told the transfer is Bounced when I checked with 'customer care' they told since last 12 days account is freeze for not providing KYC documents....

                I was customer of idbi bank, surendranagar bearing salary account no-[protected].
                My account is closed on 9 april 2018.
                I have refund issue from flipkart. They told me that your amount is credited to your account. They share me transcation detail as below.

                We would like to inform you that your refund from flipkart of ₹ 719 is successfully initiated with the transaction id: p1804231359274181001425 and the arn no is: 74332748116811571330363 on 23/04/2018.

                If the amount is not credited, we request you to contact bank with the arn/rrn. I have contacted my near by idbi bank with arn but they told me that due to account is close they can not do any thing with arn and they told me that amount is goes reverse to credit source.in this regarding i have contacted with flipkart they told me that seller did not get amount reverse. So. You have to raise chargeback issue with bank. How i get refund please help me to getting refund.

                  I harish s chhabria, have rented my shop premises which is situated at j. B nagar for atm purposes but since 6-7 months i am not receiving the rent amount on time. The amount should be credited to my account within 10 days of every month, but i am receiving after 20- 25 days. Even today its june but still i haven't received my rent which should be transferred in the month of may. The manager of the marol - andheri branch where my account is settled gets away with it by giving excuses. Please help me out.

                    Hi, i have requested regarding updation in registered mobile in my account no [protected] on dated 29.05.2018 which is non home branch, but concerned employee ask me to visit home branch. After that i have call at my home branch on dated 30.05.2018 at landline[protected], they suggested me this can update at any branch after written request from customer but non home branch not ready to accept written request. I have also ppf account with idbi due to non updation of registered mobile i am not able to invest of rs 150000 in ppf due to this issue..

                          I am nikhil sunil doiphode. My bank account number [protected]. Ifsc code ibkl0000661 and the branch is badlapur. There is only one idbi bank branch in badlapur city and there is only one atm machine in the entire city. Bank administration does not provide us the right services by charging service fees from our customers. Always atm machine is turned off. We have to pay extra charges using our atm machine from other bank. You can charge atm fees from your customer if you can not afford it. If i do not get the full facility from you within 1 month after registering the complaint, i will file a claim in the consumer court. And you will demand compensation for not paying services

                              I made transaction with merchant online with idbi debit card but on same day i deside to cancle my purchase.

                              Merchant refund me my amount on my original payment method. Amount deducted from merchant side he gives me arn no after that i didn't get my refund back in a particular period which mention

                                My name is arvind muralidhar ghanekar; i applied for reverse mortgage from idbi bank pune-swargate branch on 3rd april 2018. The sales manager who assisted us during the process of application filing was mr. Saurav singh from idbi bank pune-swargate branch. We had submitted all the requested documents of our apartment required for reverse mortgage process on 3rd april 2018. I submitted two cheques as part of fees/legal charges /technical charges for reverse mortgage. The cheques amounts were rs 11800 and rs 4720.

                                After 2 weeks on 21st april 2018, we were asked to come to idbi bank to submit few more missing documents required by legal team for further processing of reverse mortgage. When we reached the bank, the branch manager/head mr. Upadhyay called us to his cabin and told our reverse mortgage file is rejected.in addition to this, mr. Updhayay promised us that the 2 cheques collected for admin/legal fees totaling to rs 16, 600 will be refunded by next week in our idbi account. The refund did not come in a week’s time, when we went to idbi bank again to claim for this, mr. Updhayay then changed his words and told that legal charges of rs 4720 cannot be refunded back, he will only try to get remaining amount of rs 11800 refunded back to our idbi bank. But till date, i have not received my rs 11800 back. We were not even given an opportunity to submit missing documents of reverse mortgage as mr. Updhayay rejected the file much before that.
                                Please refund my rs 11800 debited on 19/04/2018 by idbi bank towards reverse mortgage processing. There is absolutely a lack of coordination and communication /lots of internal differences between sales manager, branch head (Mr. Updhayay) and the legal team. Mr. Upadhyay had made false promises to us on 21st april 2018 that rs 11800 will be refunded within few days. He told rs 4720 legal fees is non refundable but promised us that rs 11800 will be refunded back to us.

                                Today is 19th may and i still have not got my rs 11800 back from idbi bank. Is this how idbi bank makes money from senior citizens by first collecting money towards processing of reverse mortgage fees and later rejects the reverse mortgage application and does not return the money as promised???
                                I am a senior citizen with limited monthly income hence i need my rs 11800 back which was collected on 19 april 2018 by idbi bank as fees of reverse mortgage but as mentioned above the reverse mortgage file was rejected by mr. Updhayay (Branch head - swargate branch-mitramandal chowk - pune) on 21st april, 2018. Kindly treat this as an urgent complaint. Please ensure that i am refunded the rs 11800 back in my idbi account as this is my hard-earned money.

                                  Money is deducted from my account while using the paytm account.. But my order placed on paytm is failed... After complaint at paytm service centre they give reply that paytm didn't get money from bank account.. They have checked and found that paytm has not received amount against this order and there is no confirmation from bank yet.in case you have done transaction through net banking or credit/debit card, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded to your source account by the bank. This process is governed by the bank itself.

                                    I am your customer from last 10 years. I have a bank account for 10 years but i am fully dissatisfied from your`services.

                                    I used to pick petrol from the petrol pump in chandigarh's sector 28 on 07 may 2018 at 9:35 am then after that i paid with my idbi debit card. When the man first told me the card is declined after swiping the cardthen he swiped the card again & the card is swipped this time. After some time the message came to my phone ([protected]) that my money has been deducted twice from my account. Then i asked the petrol pump person that my money was deducted twice so they refuse to believe then i told them to show me your statement & he removed me his full statement from which my card was swiped.
                                    I saw my card number, so the payment was only showing once then i asked for the statement slip & they give me that slip. Then i called on toll free number on my atm card, some girl picked up the phone and said that we can not help you, you have to go to the bank. After that i went to the bank & the girl said that you call on toll free, your problem has been solved, then i called the toll free number again and another girl raised the phone, i also told them to registor of my complaint but she also refused. I told them to tell me that my payment has not gone to sukhna petrol pump sector 28 chandigarh. The answer came from them that we could not find & said that you wait 24 hours and tell you after that, if not, then go to the bank.
                                    Then i waited 24 hours and no answer came from them. I called toll free after two days and my phone was picked up by prashant & saying that we do not have any information about it. So, i want to know what the customer care is for if they do not have any information. And also said wait for next 10 days. Always pick up the call saying we do not help you in this with bad attitude. I want to know is that my money with the bank or with the merchant. A big issue is this, the merchant will never accept that money is with him. If the bank has it, then there is no problem because it will come back automatically and customer care says we will not be able to assist you and also say we will not file a complaint. After ten days, why would merchant say that he has money???
                                    Please help me to get the right advice & such answers from customer care started coming, we do not know anything. I should be helped by the end and quickly tell me what happened about my complaint.
