I am your customer from last 10 years. I have a bank account for 10 years but i am fully dissatisfied from your`services.
I used to pick petrol from the petrol pump in chandigarh's sector 28 on 07 may 2018 at 9:35 am then after that i paid with my idbi debit card. When the man first told me the card is declined after swiping the cardthen he swiped the card again & the card is swipped this time. After some time the message came to my phone ([protected]) that my money has been deducted twice from my account. Then i asked the petrol pump person that my money was deducted twice so they refuse to believe then i told them to show me your statement & he removed me his full statement from which my card was swiped.
I saw my card number, so the payment was only showing once then i asked for the statement slip & they give me that slip. Then i called on toll free number on my atm card, some girl picked up the phone and said that we can not help you, you have to go to the bank. After that i went to the bank & the girl said that you call on toll free, your problem has been solved, then i called the toll free number again and another girl raised the phone, i also told them to registor of my complaint but she also refused. I told them to tell me that my payment has not gone to sukhna petrol pump sector 28 chandigarh. The answer came from them that we could not find & said that you wait 24 hours and tell you after that, if not, then go to the bank.
Then i waited 24 hours and no answer came from them. I called toll free after two days and my phone was picked up by prashant & saying that we do not have any information about it. So, i want to know what the customer care is for if they do not have any information. And also said wait for next 10 days. Always pick up the call saying we do not help you in this with bad attitude. I want to know is that my money with the bank or with the merchant. A big issue is this, the merchant will never accept that money is with him. If the bank has it, then there is no problem because it will come back automatically and customer care says we will not be able to assist you and also say we will not file a complaint. After ten days, why would merchant say that he has money???
Please help me to get the right advice & such answers from customer care started coming, we do not know anything. I should be helped by the end and quickly tell me what happened about my complaint.

IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They misplaced my card. Most of the details you entered in a/c are incorrect. I think that all your staff are untrained, unprofessional or illiterate etc. They told me its a government bank not a private bank.
