we submitted all the required document with forecloser on[protected], also we given payment by cheque and miss Manju committed to provide my document after 15 days for that i'm following from day 16th but we not get document till now.
For any document/work BANK taking charges with customer, if we delayed to pay he collect penalty.

Request you Please take action and give judgment to us with penalty.

    Hi,

    I had done few transactions through my debit card on 31st march 2018 and 6 transactions got declined but the amount got deducted from my account. Out of 6 transactions, only 1 transaction got reversed. Please reverse back the money to my account. Transactions details below:

    Sir when I have gone to take the money from ATM I have gone in other ATM to take money money is not come because there is no money in ATM but money receipt has came they are written your money is cutted sir my 4500 money is cutted so please see and written my money please check sir and give the message
    I have done three transaction of Rs.500 on 31.03.2018, all time money deducted but not dispense from ATM. Only 1 transaction was reversed, 2 transaction was not reversed. please do need full to revert rs.1000 for 2 transaction.

              I had deposited a cheque of 4l o[censored]bi, in my account in idbi bank, sushant lok branch on 12th feb. The amount was credited twice to my account without having been cleared by ubi bank. The amount was first credited by idbi bank on 13th feb to my account & was debited on the same day. Then it was again credted on my account on 16th feb & again debited on the same day. However, this time a charge of rs.295 was deducted as there was a signature mismatch.
              Now due to signature mismatch ubi can deduct amount, in fact they have deducted rs.260 for the same. But what is the logic of deducting this at idbi beank's end. The is due to wrong operation at idbi bank's end for crediting the amount twice without having it cleared by ubi bank.
              This has been confirmed by chief customer complain manager o[censored]bi & the same is attached herewith for your reference.
              The matter if forwarded to chairman idbi bank on 21st march but no response received so far.

                I am a regular customer for idbi bank since 10 years now. I have kept all my earned money in this bank thinking that service is good.

                But now in 2018 after many banks scam happened, customer care idbi dollars colony is speaking rudely when i went to get the seal on income tax paid document she said why did you come at 5 pm, i still need to process your tax. And askded me to come at 6.00 pm

                      Sir i have refund money 3000. Paytm to idbi bank account in date 01.03.2018
                      My transaction was pending two days and date 3, 3, 2018. My transaction was succesul in paytm wallet but not deposit in my account. Idbi customer speak wait 7 to 14 days the money automatically added to your bank account. 14 days later the money not added to my bank.. Now date 15, 03, 2018.

                        I have done atm transaction in idbi bank atm on 13/02/2018. I did not received the cash, however it was debited from my account. Bank rejected my claim saying no excess cash found in machine. I asked them to check cctv but they refused. The transaction was of 1000/- and it is loss to me. I contacted them various times however they are not able to resolve the issue. It is my money and want to get this from bank.

                            Sir yesterday i went to idbi bank for changing my mobile no. And also for updating my email id and yesterday i have also generated a new pin for my atm card. But today when i was paying the fees for my application form. For two to three times my transaction failed. And on 4th time it displayed your card has been blocked. Sir kindly unblock my atm card as it is very urgent. I have to pay for application form fees.

                              This has ref. To above subject i would like to state that i have taken 2 nos of home loan against above customer id and i paid timely emi but for march 2018 i transferred fund on 9th march-2018 through neft unfortunately 9th march and 10th march-2018 was bank holiday and fund credited on my idbi account on 11th july so that part payment debited by idbi on 10th july and balance debited on 11th july but also bounce charge debited on my each home loan @ rs.354 per account in this context i would like to request please reimbursed bounce charge and arrange to credit same amount on my saving account as i have a very goods track record with idbi bank and also i have also savings account. It will be very painful to me if you will not consider my pursue regarding above matter.
                              So that once again i humbly request you to please credit bounce charge on my saving account and this will help to me build a strong relation with idbi.

                                    The refund provided by the amazon have still not got credited in my account fully. Some of the amount had been credited, some of the amount is still pending from november, 17. Refrence no[protected]. The amount against this refrence no has been initiated was rs. 5937 but i received only 3567, rest is still pending. The amazon has provided me the proof that the refund was iniatiated in the month of november itself by them. According to them they have checked it properly that the amount have been refunded, so the amount for which credit has not been received is stuck with my bank only. So its a fault on my bank side. Even they have provided me the refrence no. As mentioned above against which they have refunded me the amount of rs. 5937 but i didnt received the amount the said amount. I just recieved total amount of only rs. 3567 and amount of rs. 2370 is still pending since november. Provide me my amount asap. I had contacted the branch and even to customer care but no response from their side.
