Sir yesterday i went to idbi bank for changing my mobile no. And also for updating my email id and yesterday i have also generated a new pin for my atm card. But today when i was paying the fees for my application form. For two to three times my transaction failed. And on 4th time it displayed your card has been blocked. Sir kindly unblock my atm card as it is very urgent. I have to pay for application form fees.

    This has ref. To above subject i would like to state that i have taken 2 nos of home loan against above customer id and i paid timely emi but for march 2018 i transferred fund on 9th march-2018 through neft unfortunately 9th march and 10th march-2018 was bank holiday and fund credited on my idbi account on 11th july so that part payment debited by idbi on 10th july and balance debited on 11th july but also bounce charge debited on my each home loan @ rs.354 per account in this context i would like to request please reimbursed bounce charge and arrange to credit same amount on my saving account as i have a very goods track record with idbi bank and also i have also savings account. It will be very painful to me if you will not consider my pursue regarding above matter.
    So that once again i humbly request you to please credit bounce charge on my saving account and this will help to me build a strong relation with idbi.

          The refund provided by the amazon have still not got credited in my account fully. Some of the amount had been credited, some of the amount is still pending from november, 17. Refrence no[protected]. The amount against this refrence no has been initiated was rs. 5937 but i received only 3567, rest is still pending. The amazon has provided me the proof that the refund was iniatiated in the month of november itself by them. According to them they have checked it properly that the amount have been refunded, so the amount for which credit has not been received is stuck with my bank only. So its a fault on my bank side. Even they have provided me the refrence no. As mentioned above against which they have refunded me the amount of rs. 5937 but i didnt received the amount the said amount. I just recieved total amount of only rs. 3567 and amount of rs. 2370 is still pending since november. Provide me my amount asap. I had contacted the branch and even to customer care but no response from their side.
          IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I'm holding IDBI DEEP DISCOUNT BOND'96 Issue price 5300 Face Value 200000.Distinctive No.[protected]. DAte of redemption 01.06.2016 .

          I have not redeemed the bond at above mentioned date please guide me the process of how to redeem it now, whom to contact.

            error 11021] error in input data

            Message while giving the correct customer id and password for internet banking. Please help me to resolve this problem asap as i have checked on every browser like chrome, internet explorer, safari, firefox in different devices and every where i am getting the same error message

            It's been 10 days i am getting this same error.....

            I have purchase a guru samsung mobile from amazon and i had cancelled my order and amazon have refund 1625rs. On 17 feb.2018 but i had not receive my amount yet. And amazon told me that we have refund your money to the idbi bank. I have already complain to idbi customer care and i sent mail also to idbi bank customer care.

              Charged 708 inr without any explanation or inspection.

              The statement mentions "hl property inspection charges" for a charge of 600.

              Followed by two more statements with charges of 54 each. Both attributed as gst.

              Looks like a scam to me.

              Anyways, if they have an operational need of inspection, they should bear the cost.

              A google search points to other customers who were also duped by this
              IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I was requested in your Atm 2000 Rupees on 18 Feb 2018 at 8.21 am amount cut in my Account but I am not received. I was submitted refund form in IDBI Bank Badyachi Wadi on 20 Feb 2018 but this amount not refund.
              I have been following with IDBI Grievances offices for explaining what they are doing under property inspection.

              Based on your reply I feel IDBI bank is doing an ethical transaction and cheating their customers in the name of property inspection.

              I definitely need more details from IDBI Bank to know what exactly was done under the your bank's new policy of property inspection.
              I want to know if your bank really did a property inspection and incurred some costs for the same which then your bank debited from the customer's account.

              I need answers to these questions.

              1. Did your bank conduct any siteproperty visits to assess various property risks?
              2. Did you get any signature from the customer on the property inspection assessment report when your bank officials visited their property?
              3. Did you visit my apartment building and go inside my apartment to inspect any risks to the property?
              4. On what date and time did IDBI Bank complete my property inspection?
              5. Is the customer responsible to pay for a bank induced transaction which they never asked for?
              6. Did you notify your customers well in advance, that you will be taking their money and not provide them any proof of statements or receipts for the money you take in name of property inspection charges?

              I expect a large bank like yours to be more transparent with their customers and should be ready provide as much details needed to rule out any impressions of any wrong doings.

              They are general in nature & not specific to the issues raised by you .

              Ø The property inspection charges are introduced by the bank recently as a part of Banks internal policy. As per the policy, the property inspection to be done once in every 3 years and the inspection charges to be recovered from the customer. The information regarding the property inspection charges are well informed in advance to customers by way of email and SMS, before debiting the inspection charges in their respective accounts.

              Ø As a part of policy, the initial inspection charges are debited centrally by CPU for all the existing loan accounts. The subsequent charges will be levied by the respective RACs every 3 years, once the inspection is completed.

              Ø The officer / Valuer will be visiting the property once in every 3 years and submitting a report. Subsequently the charges will be debited to customers once in every 3 years

              Ø As per the recent policy, subsequent to loan disbursement the property inspection to be done by the RAC once in 3 years and a property visit report to be updated in records/file. If there are any deviations observed in the mortgaged property the same to be taken up for necessary explanation / action.

              Ø It is a policy of the bank to inspect the mortgaged property in order to cover various risks.

              Ø Since it is a bank induced transaction, Bank is not providing any receipts for the same.

              After reading your reply it looks like IDBI Bank has tried to inform their retail loan customers of this property inspection charges via SMS or email.

              I never received any SMS or email about this charge and was not aware of it until the amount was deducted from my bank account.

              We have referred the concerns of similar nature ( application of HL property inspection charges) to our corporate centre .
              We reproduce here with the reply received from them .

              “SRA Product team at Corporate Centre has been receiving queries with respect to property Inspection charges debited to existing customer’s account.

              In this regard, this is to clarify that circular regarding introduction of new charges has been issued on 15th November 2017. The intimation for revision in service charges has been sent to the customers vide SMS dated 20th November 2017and Email dated 24th November 2017 for visiting our website www.idbi.com for more details, as per BCSBI norms. The details of revised charges were hosted on Bank’s website also. Once again, communication has been sent to the customers on 21st December 2017 through SMS and Email . Moreover, revision in service charges for retail loans have been displayed on the ATM screen. Please inform the customers that property inspection charges will be levied once in three years as per extant guidelines of the bank.

              The charges applied to your account pertains to Property Inspection Charges, which will be levied once in three years .
              The charges are debited by the centralized system .
              The application of these charges are based on, our circular on Structure of Schedule of Charges for Structured Retail Asset Products Applicable w.e.f. 15th November 2017

                    I was going to dispense 20000 cash from atm machine of idbi bank, vijay stambh, bhopal...
                    Ist case i dispense 10000 rs. (Because that was the limit) and cash was dispensed.
                    2nd case i was again going to dispense 10000 rs. And it said that "limit reached" and no cash was dispensed at that time.. But again 10000 rs was deducted from my account... Please help soon

                        money debited from account for imps but not credited to beneficiary

                        I am a savings account holder of IDBI (customer ID[protected] and I transferred money from my account in the morning on 21st Feb 2018 to my account in HDFC bank through IMPS.

                        Since IMPS is supposed to be instant transfer but the money was not deposited in the beneficiary account by 4:15 PM, I called IDBI customer service.

                        I was told that it will take upto two days for the money to be credited to the beneficiary...

                          On 8th feb i swiped my debit card for rs.1000/- at thane. When shopkeeper swiped my card i immediate got sms for deduction of rs.1000/- (Transaction details - visa-pos/msw*ghunghat mumbai) from my account for rs.1000/- but at same time shop keeper shows card decline on his machine.
                          I wait for 24 hours for refund from bank but didn't get refund. Then on 9th feb i launched complaint to customer care. They had inform me if shop keeper's bank will not received payment then i will get my money within 10 days. My complaint no. Is 117/205/86168.
                          But till date amt of rs.1000 not received by me nor by shopkeeper.
                          So you are requested kindly look into this matter and refund my rs.1000/- immediately.

                              I would like to inform you that i made a transaction with my idbi visa debit card ending in 2181 on amazon.in on 24th of jan 2018 for an amount of rs.26, 996 which was cancelled and refund processed by amazon on 26th of jan 2018 for rs. 26, 996 with refund reference number: 74332748027802663257950.

                              Taking into consideration normal working days it should have credited into my account statement couple of days back itself which isn't the case till date, so i request you to "file a charge dispute" with "refund reference number: 74332748027802663257950". Also provide a reference number for the charge dispute filed.

                              Also would like to complain on the part of your telephonic customer help team floor leader mr. Avinash and mr. Viswanathan who had always given false assurance of the amount being credited within next 2 days or within 24 hrs, which is not the case.

                              They are giving utter nonsense and unprofessional replies so far.

                              According to your banking policies it should have credited in 10 business at max. But its more than 20 days now and the amount isn't credited till date as of 19th feb 2018.

                                Seems idbi bank has started recovering vijay mallyas money from common man. There have been 4 instances where i used my debit card for purchase and money got debited and transactions shows failed, used imps service and money got debited but beneficiary never received money. Almost 60000+ money is held up with my idbi bank and they have asked me to wait for the reaponse. 45 days to get reversal how sick is that. Feels like idbi is soon coming into fraud list.                                 Again today i faced the same issue again the amont of 2427 has been debited from my account but the transaction got failed
                                Money was debited during online transaction with IDBI Debit card via paytm but transaction got failed.
                                On 30/01/2018.
                                I been chasing with IDBI bank but no revert from them now please help me to resolve my issue and credit that debited amount back to my account.
                                When trying to pay the my internet bill 400rs its shows transaction failed but money was deducted my account please ensure the problem
