Sir,
I have ordered a headphone. Frm snapdeal on date 12/02/2018 and i pay online frm my visa card amount of 930 and the order was cancelled frm the seller. I contact amazon they told me that they have initiated the money but the amount has not been credited to my account no-[protected]. I was going to dispense 20000 cash from atm machine of idbi bank, vijay stambh, bhopal...
Ist case i dispense 10000 rs. (Because that was the limit) and cash was dispensed.
2nd case i was again going to dispense 10000 rs. And it said that "limit reached" and no cash was dispensed at that time.. But again 10000 rs was deducted from my account... Please help soon...

The amount got deducted from my account but the amout didnt got transacted through atm. I have withdrawed rs 1000 bit the amount didnt transact but reducted from my account. I had filled a form too in wagle estate branch but they are not doing the needful things

I am a savings account holder of IDBI (customer ID[protected] and I transferred money from my account in the morning on 21st Feb 2018 to my account in HDFC bank through IMPS.

Since IMPS is supposed to be instant transfer but the money was not deposited in the beneficiary account by 4:15 PM, I called IDBI customer service.

I was told that it will take upto two days for the money to be credited to the beneficiary...

Dear team,

On 8th feb i swiped my debit card for rs.1000/- at thane. When shopkeeper swiped my card i immediate got sms for deduction of rs.1000/- (Transaction details - visa-pos/msw*ghunghat mumbai) from my account for rs.1000/- but at same time shop keeper shows card decline on his machine.

Seems idbi bank has started recovering vijay mallyas money from common man. There have been 4 instances where i used my debit card for purchase and money got debited and transactions shows failed, used imps service and money got debited but beneficiary never received money. Almost 60000+ money is held up with my idbi bank and they have asked me to wait for the reaponse. 45 days to get reversal how sick is that. Feels like idbi is soon coming...

When IAM doing debit card payment by online the amount of 200 rupees are credited from my account but it showed that transaction was failed but amount was deducted from my account I am facing problem second time why it's happening I can't understand when amount is deducted it should be refunded within 24hours you people not doing that why this is my second complaint on the same isuses the isuses are going no solution for it money are deducted...

I had availed home loan from idbi bank. They had base rate (9.60) earlier which they replaced with mclr. The mclr rate is 8.35%. I paid interest with 9.60% with base rate. I am getting this error "[15079] the user is already disabled for transaction" even i give correct id and transaction password. I have written 3 times wrong password after that i have generated my my new password. I applied for home loan at idbi deonar branch through mr santosh kamble,. Firstly he assured me home loan against property which i bought at byculla, hence i have provided all documents for my mhada property of mbrr board at byculla, even bank charged for legal and valuation procedure. Why bank didn't inform me before charging? Now a days idbi charge unnecessarily without any prior notice.

I paid/paying all my emis on time and never defaulted so far. Revert my money into my account else i will take necessary action. This is an example of cheating and fraud...
