I am seriously furious with the customer experience provided by idbi bank to one of your loyal customer for almost 9 years. I am repeatedly requestimg for my provisional certificate for last 15 days and there's no response from their end. My tax proof submission date was 12th jan which has surpassed and my company is going to deduct tax amount from my salary.

My account recently debited with 708Rs in addition to regular monthly EMI. It got deducted twice from my account and my home loan number is [protected] without any prior information or any consent with me and pathetic customer care is not responding to either emails or phone calls. I asked for which property they have inspected and what inspection has done. why their is no communication to customers? it looks like bank is trying to make...

Upi service is not permitted in my account. I used my mobile, tez app and phone pay app in my mobile but these applications are not being served in upi. I unstall these applications again but did not do it again. And i get a message from the bank "your list account req. Is declined as upi service is not permitted for your account or customer category"...

I want to know that, why the bank chages me rs. 600/- + rs. 108/- (Gst) without any information as "home loan enquiry" charges. Where as we already paid the charges for enquiry about myself and property. Please give explanation otherwise return my money asap. My details are below.

Hi All
I have my saving bank account in IDBI. JM Road Pune. I tried to withdraw money from an ATM using my IDBI debit card but I received partial money. Calling customer care since last one an half month ... sent emails but all in vein I am still waiting my money to be credited back to my account since last one and half month. Did anyone faced the same issue? Please let me know if you found solution to it.

I have been unnecessarily charged for "hl property inspection charges" and gst on dec 30, 2017. The customer care is transferring my calls from one person to another without any satisfactory response.

My questions are:
1. Why is a property inspection required after three years of loan when i have paid all my emis regularly without a single default?

I have been trying to call the IDBI so called 24/7 numbers since an hour and half now all it says it's busy or unavailable or on hold for 5 to 10mins . Even when the number rings no one answers so why do you claim having a number ?

My account has been debited of INR1900 but the atm failed to dispense any cash as it showed error in transaction.

This is the 3rd time I'm having an issue and not being able to get...

I am a student, when i wanted to get a educational loan i was approached by idbi bank, the staff there assured me of the loan and convinced me to get an account open, i paid 5000 rs for that. I have been charged home loan property inspection charge of inr 600 and gst. I do not understand what was the reason behind this. Why bank didn't inform me before charging? Now a days idbi charge unnecessarily without any prior notice. I paid/paying all my emis on time and never defaulted so far. Revert my money into my account else i will take necessary action. This is an example of cheating and fraud on bank's behalf....

There is a quarterly deduction for sms per quarter. If india is planning for to digital and the bank is charging members for sms, basically they are taking advantage of the digitization or penalizing their customers for going digital?
This is one the banks taking advantage but there are more banks penalizing their customers for online transactions....
