I m chandrika ramanand sharma. Since after opening the accoubt not receive the debit card from the last 2 months. The bank person also not giving response properly. Its a salary account of mine. I m getting so much problem travelling all th time at bank. I have not receive the cheque book also in your system it is showing delivered on 4th december 2017 but now also i not received any idbi kit at my address.

Two months ago but how can i withdraw the cash not have cheque book and atm card all the time required to go to maine branch .My account is salary account .
Idbi Bank Two Time bad service 22.12.17..5000rs debit my account and 18.days..give my 5000rs no charg give my charg...
Idbi has become a very unfriendly bank now a days.
Is this bank running in losses ??
why is it charging totally unexpected amount from the customers wihtout informing them ???
this is a complete cheating and fraud with customer and a breach of trust.
I am going to close m account with this third class useless bank.

    I try to withdraw Rs 10000/- from HDFC bank atm, located at Morena, MP. from my ATM card ( 5559 3/[protected]of IDBI bank on 3rd dec. 2017. The transaction was failed due to some error but amount was debited from my account.
    Against this I have registered my complaint with the bank complain No is 1981/04-dec-2017/8689.
    refund the amount ASAP.
    I haven't received my atm and pin no .only have received a message that my account is opened.plz kindly resolve my query as soon as possible

            Upi service is not permitted in my account. I used my mobile, tez app and phone pay app in my mobile but these applications are not being served in upi. I unstall these applications again but did not do it again. And i get a message from the bank "your list account req. Is declined as upi service is not permitted for your account or customer category"

              Bank charged rs 600 for property inspection, rs. 54 + rs.54 for gst without any notice.
              I pay emi on time and never defaulted. Idbi bank is cheating on honest customers.

              I have decided to pull court in this matter.

              Idbi bank trying to square up their bad debts that they incurred due to thousands of crores of rupees that they gave to notorious business men, the one like now absconding vijay maliya.

              We, innocent customers, are bearing the sins made by some other people.

                Hi Sir,
                I am Himanshu Mahajan having a account in IDBI Bank.
                I am an employee and earning salary and that's why I asked my bank executive to converts my account to salary account . but he said he is not able to process my request .It should be done by HR of my company.
                But How my HR will be able to modify my account. It is bank's responsibility .

                And now the bank is charging me for non maintenance of MAB.

                In this way the bank is deducting money so many times from my account.

                Please help me and if possible let me get back my money and made bank to take care of their customers.

                  I am seriously furious with the customer experience provided by idbi bank to one of your loyal customer for almost 9 years. I am repeatedly requestimg for my provisional certificate for last 15 days and there's no response from their end. My tax proof submission date was 12th jan which has surpassed and my company is going to deduct tax amount from my salary.

                  I am also facing challenges login into website. I have tried their toll free since saturday, i was on ivr for consolidated 30mins and no customer support from their end. Also, drafted email to 2 e-mail id's provided on website and as usual no response.

                  Finally, tried idbi mobile app which was worst experience and thus motivating me to write this complaint. Idbi all touch points needs improvement otherwise customer has very less patience to face the challenges dealing with them.

                  Finally, idbi should change their tagline 'bank kaisa dost jaisa' it's rubbish. Because i feel they are acting like a selfish person to their close friends.

                  I hope after this email someone takes the ownership shows customer centricity and supports me with my small requirement.

                    My account recently debited with 708Rs in addition to regular monthly EMI. It got deducted twice from my account and my home loan number is [protected] without any prior information or any consent with me and pathetic customer care is not responding to either emails or phone calls. I asked for which property they have inspected and what inspection has done. why their is no communication to customers? it looks like bank is trying to make hard earned money from honest customers who are paying EMIs in time with cutting other regular stuff. Seems like big gamble and looting money.

                        Hi All
                        I have my saving bank account in IDBI. JM Road Pune. I tried to withdraw money from an ATM using my IDBI debit card but I received partial money. Calling customer care since last one an half month ... sent emails but all in vein I am still waiting my money to be credited back to my account since last one and half month. Did anyone faced the same issue? Please let me know if you found solution to it.
                        This is ridiculous.

                          I have been unnecessarily charged for "hl property inspection charges" and gst on dec 30, 2017. The customer care is transferring my calls from one person to another without any satisfactory response.

                          My questions are:
                          1. Why is a property inspection required after three years of loan when i have paid all my emis regularly without a single default?
                          2. Why was not i informed before making this inspection? If this inspection is for bank's satisfaction, then bank should pay for it.
                          3. The customer care has told me that this would be charged every three years. While taking the loan, i do not remember i signed any such thing. If i did, please share that part of the agreement with me.
                          4. I stay at the property for which loan has been taken and no one visited us. So, how was the inspection done? I am sure no one ever did any inspection. They just charged money.
                          5. When i asked customer care to share the report of inspection with me, they gave me two contacts numbers - navreet kaur ([protected]) and vijay khanna ([protected]). I called both numbers. The respondents said they are not idbi bank.
                          6. I have had home loans from hdfc and icici in the past and no one charged me for this rubbish earlier. For what purpose does idbi need this inspection when other bigger lenders do not.

                          The following are the details of four transactions forcefully charged on my account on dec 30, 2017 (None of these have ever been charged before) -

                          19 30/12/17 30/12/17 hl property inspection charge dr inr 600.00
                          20 30/12/17 30/12/17 gst dr inr 54.00
                          21 30/12/17 30/12/17 gst dr inr 54.00
                          22 30/12/17 30/12/17 sms charges dec qtr 2017 dr inr 17.70

                          For fourth one, the customer care told me that this has been started from dec 1 and when i asked to stop all sms services, they told me to visit the branch for this.

                          I request the consumer forum to look into this matter and get the charges reverted. My loan account no. Is [protected].

                          On 1st jan 2018, idbi charged 708 without informing. When i called customer care they said it was for property inspection charges. They have not done any inspection. This is just Prue cheating.

                          I definitely need more details from IDBI Bank to know what exactly was done under the your bank's new policy of property inspection.
                          I want to know if your bank really did a property inspection and incurred some costs for the same which then your bank debited from the customer's account.

                          I need answers to these questions.

                          1. Did your bank conduct any siteproperty visits to assess various property risks?
                          2. Did you get any signature from the customer on the property inspection assessment report when your bank officials visited their property?
                          3. Did you visit my apartment building and go inside my apartment to inspect any risks to the property?
                          4. On what date and time did IDBI Bank complete my property inspection?
                          5. Is the customer responsible to pay for a bank induced transaction which they never asked for?
                          6. Did you notify your customers well in advance, that you will be taking their money and not provide them any proof of statements or receipts for the money you take in name of property inspection charges?

                          I expect a large bank like yours to be more transparent with their customers and should be ready provide as much details needed to rule out any impressions of any wrong doings.

                          Ø As a part of policy, the initial inspection charges are debited centrally by CPU for all the existing loan accounts. The subsequent charges will be levied by the respective RACs every 3 years, once the inspection is completed.

                          Ø The officer / Valuer will be visiting the property once in every 3 years and submitting a report. Subsequently the charges will be debited to customers once in every 3 years

                          Ø As per the recent policy, subsequent to loan disbursement the property inspection to be done by the RAC once in 3 years and a property visit report to be updated in records/file. If there are any deviations observed in the mortgaged property the same to be taken up for necessary explanation / action.

                          Ø It is a policy of the bank to inspect the mortgaged property in order to cover various risks.

                          Ø Since it is a bank induced transaction, Bank is not providing any receipts for the same.

                          Below are the 4 questions about the property inspection process I need answers from IDBI Bank.

                          1. How does IDBI Bank do property inspection? Do you visit the homebuilding to inspect?
                          2. Do you prepare any report of property inspection and share with your customer?
                          3. On what date did IDBI Bank conduct the property inspection of my homebuilding?
                          4. Does IDBI Bank provide any receipt or statement for the property inspection charges to their customers?

                          I never received any SMS or email about this charge and was not aware of it until the amount was deducted from my bank account.

                          In this regard, this is to clarify that circular regarding introduction of new charges has been issued on 15th November 2017. The intimation for revision in service charges has been sent to the customers vide SMS dated 20th November 2017and Email dated 24th November 2017 for visiting our website www.idbi.com for more details, as per BCSBI norms. The details of revised charges were hosted on Bank’s website also. Once again, communication has been sent to the customers on 21st December 2017 through SMS and Email . Moreover, revision in service charges for retail loans have been displayed on the ATM screen. Please inform the customers that property inspection charges will be levied once in three years as per extant guidelines of the bank.

                            I have been trying to call the IDBI so called 24/7 numbers since an hour and half now all it says it's busy or unavailable or on hold for 5 to 10mins . Even when the number rings no one answers so why do you claim having a number ?

                            My account has been debited of INR1900 but the atm failed to dispense any cash as it showed error in transaction.

                            This is the 3rd time I'm having an issue and not being able to get in touch with any of their representatives the only departments that answer are the credit cards and loan what if I've actually lost my card or my cards stolen?

                            Such negligence is bith stressful and unbelievable.

                            Spoke to the credit card department ..Mr Lavan and Mr. PRAKASH Who cut the call mid conversation turned out of no help .

                            Truly shocked with such an experience.
                            IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              On 1st jan 2018, rs 708 were deducted from my saving account for idbi home loan account through ecs. When i called customer care they said it was for property inspection charge rs 600 +gst rs 108. But there was no inspection and this is not as per loan agreement.
                              I would like to get rs 708 credited back in my account or to be adjusted against my home loan principal amount.
                              IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              For me too. I have not given any written permission to deduct my Savings account for this charge. Deducting my Bank account without customers permission is illegal. We can file a case just for this reason. And there was no inspection done. Without a sweat they are charging the customer with such charge is really unjustifiable.
                              Revert these charges or else you have to face the customers reactions.
                              I have been following with IDBI Grievances offices for explaining what they are doing under property inspection.

                              Below is the email trail of my follows up with IDBI Bank. I would request you all to write emails to the below email ids & not stopping following up until we get details of what exactly IDBI Bank under the name of property inspection.

                              Based on your reply I feel IDBI bank is doing an ethical transaction and cheating their customers in the name of property inspection.

                              I definitely need more details from IDBI Bank to know what exactly was done under the your bank's new policy of property inspection.
                              I want to know if your bank really did a property inspection and incurred some costs for the same which then your bank debited from the customer's account.

                              I need answers to these questions.

                              1. Did your bank conduct any siteproperty visits to assess various property risks?
                              2. Did you get any signature from the customer on the property inspection assessment report when your bank officials visited their property?
                              3. Did you visit my apartment building and go inside my apartment to inspect any risks to the property?
                              4. On what date and time did IDBI Bank complete my property inspection?
                              5. Is the customer responsible to pay for a bank induced transaction which they never asked for?
                              6. Did you notify your customers well in advance, that you will be taking their money and not provide them any proof of statements or receipts for the money you take in name of property inspection charges?

                              I expect a large bank like yours to be more transparent with their customers and should be ready provide as much details needed to rule out any impressions of any wrong doings.

                              Ø The property inspection charges are introduced by the bank recently as a part of Banks internal policy. As per the policy, the property inspection to be done once in every 3 years and the inspection charges to be recovered from the customer. The information regarding the property inspection charges are well informed in advance to customers by way of email and SMS, before debiting the inspection charges in their respective accounts.

                              Ø As a part of policy, the initial inspection charges are debited centrally by CPU for all the existing loan accounts. The subsequent charges will be levied by the respective RACs every 3 years, once the inspection is completed.

                              Ø The officer / Valuer will be visiting the property once in every 3 years and submitting a report. Subsequently the charges will be debited to customers once in every 3 years

                              Ø As per the recent policy, subsequent to loan disbursement the property inspection to be done by the RAC once in 3 years and a property visit report to be updated in records/file. If there are any deviations observed in the mortgaged property the same to be taken up for necessary explanation / action.

                              Ø It is a policy of the bank to inspect the mortgaged property in order to cover various risks.

                              Ø Since it is a bank induced transaction, Bank is not providing any receipts for the same.

                              After reading your reply it looks like IDBI Bank has tried to inform their retail loan customers of this property inspection charges via SMS or email.

                              I never received any SMS or email about this charge and was not aware of it until the amount was deducted from my bank account.

                              In this regard, this is to clarify that circular regarding introduction of new charges has been issued on 15th November 2017. The intimation for revision in service charges has been sent to the customers vide SMS dated 20th November 2017and Email dated 24th November 2017 for visiting our website www.idbi.com for more details, as per BCSBI norms. The details of revised charges were hosted on Bank’s website also. Once again, communication has been sent to the customers on 21st December 2017 through SMS and Email .                                 On 1st jan 2018, rs 708 were deducted from my saving account for idbi home loan account through ecs. When i called customer care they said it was for property inspection charge rs 600 +gst rs 108. But there was no inspection and this is not as per loan agreement.
                                I would like to get rs 708 credited back in my account or to be adjusted against my home loan principal amount.
                                IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                The bank had cut the mab charges. But this account is 0 bal. Account so plz wave it
                                IDBI bank has suddenly started deducting Property Inspection Charges. When asked to explain what happens in the process, none of the officers are able to explain the process. Got one answer which says it happens online and it is a secret process advised by RBI and hence, we cannot disclose the process. I do not know whether to laugh or cry at this answer. Hope someone at IDBI believes in transparency and comes out with a satisfactory answer. There was absolutely no intimation from IDBI that a property inspection would be carried out or how it would be done, etc.
                                Need a reply to understand what exactly happens during a Property Inspection and why target all accounts, instead of targeting those that are defaulters??? No logic.

But its was so heartbreaking when they denied the load and the staff to was very unresponsive, so i withdrew that 5000 rs.                                   I don't understand why this charge has been incurred and what inspection has been made?
                                  I feel charging anything without informing customer is unethical. I have been paying all the emis on time and not in to defaulter list.

                                  I am really not at all happy, after seeing this inspection charge which i feel is unnecessary.

                                    I have been charged home loan property inspection charge of inr 600 and gst. I do not understand what was the reason behind this. Why bank didn't inform me before charging? Now a days idbi charge unnecessarily without any prior notice. I paid/paying all my emis on time and never defaulted so far. Revert my money into my account else i will take necessary action. This is an example of cheating and fraud on bank's behalf.
                                    IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Same with me. The outcome of this charges is my balance going down and my loan EMI was also affected because of this charges. My loan EMI is linked to my saving account, and I maintain a minimum balance equivalent to my EMI amount. Additionally I was charged with interest for Rs.350/- when my account bal. restored.

                                    Totally unfair.

As per the policy, the property inspection to be done once in every 3 years and the inspection charges to be recovered from the customer.                                     Ø As a part of policy, the initial inspection charges are debited centrally by CPU for all the existing loan accounts. The subsequent charges will be levied by the respective RACs every 3 years, once the inspection is completed.

                                    Ø The officer / Valuer will be visiting the property once in every 3 years and submitting a report. Subsequently the charges will be debited to customers once in every 3 years

                                    Ø As per the recent policy, subsequent to loan disbursement the property inspection to be done by the RAC once in 3 years and a property visit report to be updated in records/file. If there are any deviations observed in the mortgaged property the same to be taken up for necessary explanation / action.

                                    Ø It is a policy of the bank to inspect the mortgaged property in order to cover various risks.

                                    Ø Since it is a bank induced transaction, Bank is not providing any receipts for the same.

                                    From your email reply it looks like only the IDBI Bank corporate office knows what is being done under the name of "property inspection" and IDBI Bank Corporate Office is the only place to get customer questions answered.

                                    Does this mean the IDBI Bank Thane branch that processed the loan application and disbursed the loan does not know anything about the property inspection process.

                                    Do you know who is conducting the property inspection - IDBI Bank Thane branch or the IDBI Corprate office?

                                    After reading your reply it looks like IDBI Bank has tried to inform their retail loan customers of this property inspection charges via SMS or email.

                                    I never received any SMS or email about this charge and was not aware of it until the amount was deducted from my bank account.

                                    To make sure that I do receive these kinds of information in future, can you please update your records to use email id: [email protected] for Loan account: 117675001147.

                                    Please do send me a confirmation when this update is done on my account.

                                    We have referred the concerns of similar nature ( application of HL property inspection charges) to our corporate centre .

                                    “SRA Product team at Corporate Centre has been receiving queries with respect to property Inspection charges debited to existing customer’s account.

                                    In this regard, this is to clarify that circular regarding introduction of new charges has been issued on 15th November 2017. The intimation for revision in service charges has been sent to the customers vide SMS dated 20th November 2017and Email dated 24th November 2017 for visiting our website www.idbi.com for more details, as per BCSBI norms. The details of revised charges were hosted on Bank’s website also. Once again, communication has been sent to the customers on 21st December 2017 through SMS and Email . Moreover, revision in service charges for retail loans have been displayed on the ATM screen. Please inform the customers that property inspection charges will be levied once in three years as per extant guidelines of the bank.

                                    The charges applied to your account pertains to Property Inspection Charges, which will be levied once in three years .
                                    The charges are debited by the centralized system .
                                    The application of these charges are based on, our circular on Structure of Schedule of Charges for Structured Retail Asset Products Applicable w.e.f. 15th November 2017

                                    My account recently debited with 708Rs in addition to regular monthly EMI. On calling IDBI bank they justified it as property verification charges. I took home loan in 2008 and I'm not sure why they are inspecting my property now and to my surpries without my consent! If bank wants to inspect my property for any reason best known to them, they can but why should they charge me for the verification that they are interested in? This is clear case of looting common man. I'm going to file case with consumer forum if I dont get this money back in my account as soon as possible.
