mobile banking.!!! this user id is disabled!!!

I am trying register for mobile banking and i have provided all my information correctly.
I still get to see this message again and again saying that "this user id is disabled."

I dont understand this because i did inform my bank about this and they said that this should be resolved but its still not..!!

Can somebody please try to look into this and help me out?...

I am having an account with idbi, cherthala branch, alappuzha, kerala.
I did a atm transaction from canara bank atm, kunnumpuram, fort kochi of rs. 10000/- but the transaction was declined and i received a slip. There was no message to my registered mobile no. On 21.10.2017 when i gave a cheque to their chullickal branch i came to know that an amount was withdrawn on 19.12.17. I filed a complaint on 23.12.17 yet now the amount is not credited

I am having a loss of rs.2500/- from ksfe, cherthala due to delay in payment of my chitty.
I this context i request you to take necessary steps to recover my loss and refund the amount wrongly withdrawn

    I harsha hiren visaria an accountholder of idbi bank. I had given shares of mukand limited for dematerialisation on 18th november 2017. But till date the bank hasn't send it to the registrar and when we call in the bank they do not attend the call, the bank is saying they have send it but when i call to the registrar they haven't received any shares from idbi bank. This is heights of carelessness on part of the bank. Please look into the matter and take some corrective measures as soon as possible.

    Linking of adhar and PAN with Insurance company is mandatory IDBI FEDERAL Life Insurance has not yet developed the online system for updation of Adhar. As I tried a lot to do so but failed.

      Dear sir, i nandakumar. S having an sb account numbered:- [protected] with idbi bank thiruvallur branch transferred an amount of rs. 800/- on 02nd november 2017 through net banking imps. Imps transaction id: s97088770. However, my account got debited but the beneficiary account has not been credited and the same has not been reversed to my account by the bank. I mailed to bank 2 times and informed to the bank directly but till date amount not credited in the account.

        I purchased 1 discount bond sereis 1 in 1992. This bond got matured on[protected]. Since then i am looking for its redemption.

        After searching in website i found they advertised to pay lesser amount way back in 2002. I was not aware of this development.

        How can i redeem these bond now of whatever money i can get now.

          Dear sir,

          I had made the investment in the idbi bank in deep discount bond. The policy was that after the investment of 5’300 in 1996
          I would get a matured sum of rs 10’000/- in the year 2000 on 1st of august., sum of rs :- 25’000/- in the year 2006 on 1st december., sum of rs:- 50’000/- in the year 2011 on 1st september., sum of rs :- 1’00’000/- in the year 2016 on 1st june., sum of rs : — 2’00’000/- in the year 2021 on 1st april.
          However the company scrapped the policy on 1st august 2000 & they did not send any intimation at my address. A friend on 12th may 2008
          Informed me that this bond had been discontinued. On checking with the bank on 16th may 2008. They have sent me a cheque of rs 10, 000/-only on 5th june 2008
          Request you to advise the bank to at least give me the interest on my money which was with them till may 2008.
          They should at least pay the interest on the money which was with the bank till 2008 ie. 8 years.
          The bank did not intimate me so they should at least pay the interest at the bank rate. I have written to the bank on 16 may 2008 also,

            I Did a atm transaction from IDBI ATM of Rs. 12000 but from ATM machine I received only Rs.10500 from ATM cash. The money that i received in a form that there were five Rs. 2000 notes and one Rs. 500 note which was in middle of the Rs. 2000 note . I Requested to the IDBI Branch for refund and booked online complaints as well but only I got is idbi telling to wait 7 days even if it is urgent wait 7 days

              I have savings account on respective idbi bank, but they changing their policy every time and making us debit for same at the time of account opening there was no charges for minimum balance it was 0 balance account but after 5 years they changed the policy and makes charges for non mab, now they again change the policy now they charging us for online transaction if the online transfer is chargeable then what is the meaning of online banking, please help us all for same

                  There was no intimation for deduction of 5.90/- each on my imps and on neft transfer on 1st and 2nd december 2017;

                  Idbi bank had not intimated changes in nefta nd imps transaction cost via letter ro email to me.

                  This is wrong and therefore i am reporting this matter to banking ombudsman.

                  Id bi is example of inethical banking and this bank should be closed very soon for cheating people of india.

                  I request banking ombudsman to take strong action against inethcial ways of working of idbi bank;

                  My request to idbi abnk is closuer fo mya ccount and tarnsfer my account proceeds to my hdfc bank account with intererest and reversal of neft and imps charegs;

                  In case our reequest is not fulfilled by idbi bank;

                  - we will should and write about inethcial idbi abnk on all popularewebsiets in idnia,

                  - we will compalin to banking ombudsman

                  - we will never open any kind of relationship, card/bank/insuarnec from idbi brand.

Next day I will call IDBI customer care and he was ask me that this money credited to next 10 day but that will not done. After that I will complain IDBI site and after 15 days reply me that mail your detail I will all my detail to mail but after 1 month not done my complain.

                      I want to close my home loan account.
                      So i have issued cheque for prepayment on 17/8/2017 but never credited on my account so i suspect somebody misused the amount. Because i have called customer service and drop email no proper response for this issue.

                      10/10/2017 got statement and was shocked until now the amount never credited. I have called and ask the customer service but no proper response.

                      11/10/2017 the amount was credited my account but still now the never do the proper reversal of all interest.

                      Very very bad customer service.

                      simply IDBI says resolved. I could see lot of people struggling with IDBI and lot of issue raised in past few days.

                      even my issue is not fully resolved and always keep on sending emails but not properly response and worst service .

                      Management should be directly involved and rectify the issue's otherwise will critical issue on business. because top management never see on ground level ...pls try to rectify the issue's

                      I don't know whether RBI looking on these kind of issue's because it impact all customers. but the bank don't care.

                      so RBI should react on these kind of issue's so that bank will change otherwise customer always impact
                      I have highlighted customer service is doing wrong and suspect they might be misusing the funds. Issue should be highlight to management team.

                      So that in future it will not happened this kind of issue.

                          I would like to inform you that on dated 19/8/2017 i withdraw amount rs. 8000/- from the atm machine located brij vihar, sahibabad ghaziabad utter pradesh pin code 201010 but only 6500/- came out in the machine and total 8000/- dedicated from my account. After this incident urgently i call on bank helpline no. And explain the situation (Complaint no. 171/[protected] they told me that ur amount will refund in your account. When after couple of weeks i did not get my money back again register my complaint in helpline no. (Complaint no. 171/[protected] again they told me due to some technical problem we unable to refund your money and assured me with in one week they refund my money in my account. When after couple of weeks i did not get my money back again register my complaint (24/10/2017 in helpline no. (Complaint no. Not given) and told me contact near by idbi bank branch.

                          After one week i did not get my money back again register my complaint in idbi bank maharajpur sahibabad ghaziabad utter pradesh pin code 201010 dated 08/09/2017 (Complaint no. Id 108311 and[protected]. They also assured me with in one week they refund my money in my account.

                          Still i did not get my money back. I am very upset and disturbed. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible other wise i will take suitable and necessary legal action against to you.

When i told her to first solve my queries, but in vain and after asking them for closer form to close the account, she yust say to the peon to provide me a closer form again busy with the another client. Another thing that i am applying for issue me a debit card four years ago. But my request was not passe-on to the higher authority to issue me a debit card, today i again apply for issue me new debit card to me

                              I would like to inform you that, very poor banking service at your idbi bank branch g 41 to g 50 sector alpha -2, gr. Noida, plot no. 3, krishna apra's park plaza block-f (Acb) uttar pradesh, district - gautam budh nagar pin 201308. I went for an replacement of my debit/atm card, because the previous got expired & close.

                              I have been submitted written request, at the same branch for three times, details are given below :-

                              1) 04.10.2017, 1st request
                              2) 12.10.2017, 2nd request
                              3) 23.10.2017, 3rd request
                              4) 02.11.2017, 4th request

                              My point is write to here is that, i was promised that the same would be dispatched to my residence through post, after 10 to12 working days of time. But till now i have not received the debit card nor the pin number. It’s very difficult for everyone to go to bank every now and then to withdraw money. I was informed by the staff that i will be getting the new debit card within 15 working days of time, it is almost 1 month 17 days from my first request! But i didn’t receive any thing. Still i am calling to customer care department (After every 5-6 day's) form last one month to get the current status of same, and there again i am facing problems giving all the details every time. And finally i called again to them, the person from costumer care department today informed me that we didn't get anything regarding your issue you please wait for another 2 more working day?

                              I am very sad to say you guys being a good one's nationalized bank, you should not entertain such a rude with customer. Never trust idbi for this kind of careless behavior.

                              Yes, its very poor service IDBI bank. I am not sure whether top management watching / reading this site. So much complaint on this site and still worst service happening all branches on IDBI.

                                Hi sir/ma'am i am getting this error for customer id 3655064. "the user is already disabled for transaction" even i give correct id and transaction password. I have written 3 times wrong password after that i have generated my my new password. I have given my correct card details for generating new password but it gives the error input data still it gives this error please give me any suggestion. Thanks!
