Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that, very poor banking service at your idbi bank branch g 41 to g 50 sector alpha -2, gr. Noida, plot no. 3, krishna apra's park plaza block-f (Acb) uttar pradesh, district - gautam budh nagar pin 201308. I went for an replacement of my debit/atm card, because the previous got expired & close.
I have been submitted written request, at the same branch for three times, details are given below :-
1) 04.10.2017, 1st request
2) 12.10.2017, 2nd request
3) 23.10.2017, 3rd request
4) 02.11.2017, 4th request
My point is write to here is that, i was promised that the same would be dispatched to my residence through post, after 10 to12 working days of time. But till now i have not received the debit card nor the pin number. It’s very difficult for everyone to go to bank every now and then to withdraw money. I was informed by the staff that i will be getting the new debit card within 15 working days of time, it is almost 1 month 17 days from my first request! But i didn’t receive any thing. Still i am calling to customer care department (After every 5-6 day's) form last one month to get the current status of same, and there again i am facing problems giving all the details every time. And finally i called again to them, the person from costumer care department today informed me that we didn't get anything regarding your issue you please wait for another 2 more working day?
I am very sad to say you guys being a good one's nationalized bank, you should not entertain such a rude with customer. Never trust idbi for this kind of careless behavior.

I am Gayatri Watada, my Debit Card has been blocked due to entry of wrong pin.
