I have taken an education loan during my post graduation on 2011. And during those 2 years my father was depositing the interest amount to bank on a monthly basis. And after my completion of my study on 2013, still i am repaying the amount to bank. But the concern is that i am not getting any subsidy as of now except a couple of, which are very less that we have paid in terms of interest. And while asking to the bank personnel, they are saying there is no such instruction from govt or ho. Other banks are having this subsidy offers and my friends and colleagues are availing this offer but i can not. My parental income also was below 4.5 lacs and now my father is retired. So if i can avail this offer then it will help me a lot and as well as to my family also.

Apart from this, while doing the loan bank has agreed that if i will pay the simple interests during my study then at the time of my tenure starting the roi will be reduced by 1%. But this thing also i am not getting from the bank.

    Sir, twenty thousand rupees were withdrawn fraudulently from my atm card in two steps on 11/05/17, i had registered a complaint in the concerned police station and the branch with which i am holding my savings bank account but despite the complaint there was no response from the bank it is almost 3 months since the fraud happened with me i am a physical handicapped senior citizen so please help me, i am attaching the photos of my s. B. A/c no. Passbook and the fraud withdrawal entry. My bank acc my bank account number is by the name nanak chand sharma, a/c no.         Hello sir,
        My name is sohail shaikh and i have an account with idbi bank with account # [protected], customer id # 88735722.
        On the 30/07/2017 i attempted to withdraw rs. 10, 000 from an atm but the amount was not withdrawn due to insufficient funds in the atm but the amount was debited from my savings account. I wanted this money for medicinal reasons. I spoke with the customer service representatives, floor supervisors and team leaders on multiple occasion and they promised me a callback for the same and they also said that they will keep me updated for the same. But no one is bothered calling me, everytime i call them i have to speak with a new representative explaining the story again and again.
        I am really unhappy with the unprofessional attitude used by the agents and seniors.
        This complaint is regarding my unsuccessful transaction and bad customer service by idbi banks representatives.
        There are many people who might be facing this issue but cannot bring it to your notice.
        Hoping that i should have a resolution on this as soon as possible.

            There is absolutely no response from idbi & karvy towards our maturity amount disbursement.

            It is already over due for long & i am in need of the amount urgently.

              On 24th of july evening around 8 to 7.30 pm i had take out cash from idbi bank atm in that one of rs 500 note yellow colour on that i jst visit nearest idbi bank to change it bt they r not changing and behaving very rudely so plz help me out what should i do.. Because no one is taking that note so my humble request other wise strict action will b taken

                My father has invested in deep discount bond 1992 scheem and paid 2700/- each in my name dilip anant joshi and my sisters name anita anant joshi.
                Vide application form 9378033 and9378032 dated 27/02/1992. Till date we don't get any certificate and folio no. And not even get our money back in case of application form rejected.
                Pls. Conform the status of our investment.

                  I did payment while netbanking payment failed and money was deduct by bank and after that i made payment again by other account of my other bank that payment was success
                  But 1 st payment fail did not refund my money

                  In short i paid 2 time 3008.05rs x 2 = 6016.1rs
                  I did complaint to bank but they did not refund my money

                  Please help me

                  I have a saving bank account in IDBI bank Lucknow, it was on zero balance for last 18 month, now when I transferred Rs 10000 in my account, they deducted Rs. 5000. And bank never sends me any msg, any mail or any letter that my account is in minus.
                  Please look in to this and I want my money back.

                    Hi,

                    I have a complaint that is i am unable to generate password of net banking. My idbi bank account number is [protected]. I had applied it before few days back.

                    Error :- when i have entered my 4 digit pin number but showing error "you must enter text with 04 or fewer characters"

                    Kindly help to resolve the issue.

                      On 25th i submit the check they denied give the money. I collect the check from dr ajay he is having the account in the hsr layout, i submit the check to sarjapura branch, but they denied to give the money, because they suggested me to go back to hsr layout, but in the all checks mentioned as payable at all for branches. It s showing negligence of duty and irresponsibility of cashier and assistant manager.

                        Sir,
                        Yesterday, on 23rd july, 2017 at 10.07 am i have received sms from idbi bank that rs. 343.44 was debited towards debit card transaction visa-poi/moun. Us. (Mount calvary lutheran ch excelsior us)
                        Immediately i have called on [protected] and asked about the incident, i got a reply that if you have not used your debit card, then it must be hacked, so accordingly i have requested them to block my card immediate, to avoid further transactions.
                        I am yet not understood, that how can some one from us operate and made transaction on my debit card.. Since, the card is in my custody, and i havent used it on any internet portal.
                        Is idbi banks card security is so week, that anyone from other countries hack it"?
                        Please enquire about this transaction and do the needful to find that hacked and credit my amount rs. 343.44 in my account.. Also advice me for any further assistance required from my side.

                                I had withdrawn rs. 4000/- amount from idbi (Ballabgarh shym cly faridabad hry) but i did not receive the cash from the atm. Though the account statement showed otherwise. Kindly resolve the dispute. Though i had logged this case on 1-10-16, yet the case is still not resolved till this date.

                                Kindly resolve the dispute at the earliest.

                                  Will make your account going in (Minus) & some customer care exec. Will say, go & visit branch to get your money back. Ha ha ha ha.

                                  I had to call them for the first time as they made my account going in -26k, moreover, some of their associate put my father's deposited cheque in uncleared balance, that too twice! Don't know what kind of banker they are who are saying double the money as uncleared balance though there was only one deposit. Dumber!

                                  Btw, did you see their website. My dog can make a better website than that in just 10k inr. Pathetic service. Don't believe those review. All are fake to make you & me dumb.

                                  not collection of 10rs coins at aranthangi branch. idbi bank
                                  The staff are not helpful because customer is waiting about 1.30 hrs but no one need to know what happening with the customer. Is it a good service? Please look into the matter.
                                  I am given to 10rs coins for 1300 only. but not collecting to the bank.

                                    Rate of interest is not updating as per market rate

                                    The rate of interest has been cut down to 8.65 % for exisitng customer from month of feb2017.

                                    After fill up the conversion form & pay the amount & the amount has been deducted from the saving account directly.

                                    My queries are -
                                    1. Why idbi bank ask for confirmation from customer to change the roi?

                                    2. Will idbi take concern of customer, when roi will be raised and deduct amount after confirmation...
