Hi,

I have a complaint that is i am unable to generate password of net banking. My idbi bank account number is [protected]. I had applied it before few days back.

Error :- when i have entered my 4 digit pin number but showing error "you must enter text with 04 or fewer characters"

Kindly help to resolve the issue.

On 25th i submit the check they denied give the money. I collect the check from dr ajay he is having the account in the hsr layout, i submit the check to sarjapura branch, but they denied to give the money, because they suggested me to go back to hsr layout, but in the all checks mentioned as payable at all for branches. It s showing negligence of duty and irresponsibility of cashier and assistant manager.

Yesterday, on 23rd july, 2017 at 10.07 am i have received sms from idbi bank that rs. 343.44 was debited towards debit card transaction visa-poi/moun. Us. (Mount calvary lutheran ch excelsior us)
Immediately i have called on [protected] and asked about the incident, i got a reply that if you have not used your debit card, then it must be hacked, so accordingly i have requested them to block my card immediate, to avoid further...

I hv a bond regd folio no. Dd00809323 and certificate no. 00973863.
This i purchased with an issue price of rs.2700/- and same was to be returned on 31.03.2017.
I also understand idbi has redeemed the bond long back i. E.2010 which i was not very familiar.
Now, i wish to get it redeemed for the value mentioned in the bond and wish to know the procedure in getting it redeemed.

I am from fatehpur up here bank assistance mr. Sachin who takes each necessary details of mine to open a new account.
Now 10-12 days passed they didn't gave me any update and they didn't give me even my passbook and atm card.
Worst bank service i have faced if no action will be taken against them i will complaint in consumer forum.

I had withdrawn rs. 4000/- amount from idbi (Ballabgarh shym cly faridabad hry) but i did not receive the cash from the atm. Though the account statement showed otherwise. Kindly resolve the dispute. Though i had logged this case on 1-10-16, yet the case is still not resolved till this date.

I had to call them for the first time as they made my account going in -26k, moreover, some of their associate put my father's deposited cheque in uncleared balance, that too twice! Don't know what kind of banker they are who are saying double the money as uncleared balance though there was only...

The rate of interest has been cut down to 8.65 % for exisitng customer from month of feb2017.

After fill up the conversion form & pay the amount & the amount has been deducted from the saving account directly.

My queries are -
1. Why idbi bank ask for confirmation from customer to change the roi?

2. Will idbi take concern of customer, when roi will be raised and deduct amount after confirmation...

Hi sir/ma'am i am getting this error "[15079] the user is already disabled for transaction" even i give correct id and transaction password. I have written 3 times wrong password after that i have generated my my new password. But still it gives this error please give me any suggestion. Thanks!

I want to encash this bond now but unable to get a proper reply from your bombay office nor from karvy, hyderabad.

I tried to debit 10000 cash through atm. First time amount deducted from my account but i will not get cash they refund me back. Then again i will try to debit money this time i get the money.

As below attachment due to bank error amount deducted is not shown in my account. At that time i think later bank send me message.

I have raised a complaint via mail to bank and send a copy of letter to bank, yet the idbi bank boisar branch - assistance manger tells - we have not kept your money & they their dispute team is checking means what? I want my money back. As your security is weak and no one is relaible for this amount, khali dekhte hai... Means what... If your money would have stollen then what you have being.
Please take strict action regrading this...

Sir in ref i have approached to bank many times but no response found i applied for 25% discount on my locker rent of my account under womens account your representative told me that your account will be credited from head office directly hold for some time.
From last three years discount is due if you are not able than i have to take legal procedure...
