Aditya hospital gumasta Nagar Indore taking 2.5% on credit card on each bill and 1% on debit card and I have also inform that there no rule RBI has declared but they refused and telling we have to pay this charge, please take strict action against them otherwise they will lootmoney from patient also.

    I tried to debit 10000 cash through atm. First time amount deducted from my account but i will not get cash they refund me back. Then again i will try to debit money this time i get the money.

    As below attachment due to bank error amount deducted is not shown in my account. At that time i think later bank send me message.

    After this 6/4/2017 i issues cheque of 4000. 11/04/2017 cheque was returned and return charges deducted from my account.
    They give reason for cheque return is insufficient balance but at that time as below attachment my account balance 13000 approx.

    I have messages and statement that prove i have balance in my account.

    15/04/2017 my 2 april transaction affect in account.10000 deducted as shown in attachment.

      In this bank manager is carpted.the manager is the first one to talk about the money to get a new lone file. this is no rule in the bank.so pls branch manager is the transfer to the another branch

I have written 3 times wrong password after that i have generated my my new password.but still it gives this error please give me any suggestion .           I have made payment to apply passport but it is neither reflecting in payment status at passport site nor refunded yet now in my bank account.

          Have received your mail t provide the details for dispute amount in letter as per format attached in mail but after filling and revert back or reply to that mail, then i received a mail for non delivery of mail, which is mentioned below for your reference.

          This is really frustrating, i am not getting what wrong with you to refund my money.

          I have been following you since mar'17, through IDBI customer care number they said visit branch, when i visit branch they said this is not our matter only customer care ppl help you

          when you are not able to resolve your customer problem, you donot have right to bother them.

            I have raised a complaint via mail to bank and send a copy of letter to bank, yet the idbi bank boisar branch - assistance manger tells - we have not kept your money & they their dispute team is checking means what? I want my money back. As your security is weak and no one is relaible for this amount, khali dekhte hai... Means what... If your money would have stollen then what you have being.
            Please take strict action regrading this matter or else i have to go to social media now.

              Sir in ref i have approached to bank many times but no response found i applied for 25% discount on my locker rent of my account under womens account your representative told me that your account will be credited from head office directly hold for some time.
              From last three years discount is due if you are not able than i have to take legal procedure

                  I had opend current account @ idbi bank on 2014 with zero balance account against on my company name " and i got closed my company because of regular loss... Now last month (Feb-17) i got first sms by idbi bank penal charges is accrued on your account since you have not maintained minimum balance,... After reading this i went to bank and asked about account bank said me to pay rs.17000/- to close your current a/c because u r not maintain minimum balance it was charged so for like that...
                  I requested them that i din't get get any information about minimum balance maintenance & why should i want pay..? And i given closure request.. Asked finally i will pay by installment basis.. So close my a/c like that... They are ready to accept this also... Pls gide me what to do...?

I am not sure that i have received the maturity amount. I contacted idbi nagercoil branch and they directed to meet the agency karvy and karvy denied that we never handled idbi flexibonds 20.                         I have 2 deep discount bonds series 1 issued in march 1992.
                        My father had purchased them in march 1992 for 25 years, as per which i should receive rs. 100000/- on march 2017.
                        I can see online that people have not received the complete amount and only rs, 12500/-.
                        However, i had never received any intimation about them and only came to know of this development in the recent days.
                        How to apply...

                        The idbi bond series1 deep discount bond 1992 is in the name of my father and mother..

                        As per the attached 1bond... My father's name on one of the bond, they have mentioned is kishore maisuria nanubhai

                        Whereas maisuria is surname and nanubhai is middle name

                        Idbi official said my dad has to do a name change under dgps. Maharashtra.gov.in but y??

                        But my dad has never changed any name.....

                        This is to inform that yesterday my idbi bank account got hacked and Rs.24, 348 has been withdrawn. I was at home and was shocked to see couple of sms comming. I checked statement and found that hacking took at Mumbai and i stay at jamshedpur and the account was local over here. Also rs8, 20 was withdrawn which is not possible. Immidiately look into it....

I tried many times from my idbi international gold debit cum atm card but as my phone network was not that good enough i had to refresh that page several time...                             I have taken one deep discount bond of 1992 series on my son's name with a issue price of rs.2700/- with a maturity value of rs.1, 00, 000 by 31st march, 2017. Please inform the status of the bond & payment as on date. I came to know from somebody that the bank was given a call in 2010 for redemption of bonds.
                            In the above circumstances, what is to be done & whom to contact for getting our money back.

                              I have send them so many emails reminders since last 3 months to close the account. They do not even have the courtesy to answer and give me the next steps. I need to de-link my aadhaar account from you bank. I am loosing all the gas cylinder subsidies as they are eating it up. I need help. This is what i wrote the them and they are not answering "inspite of so many reminders there has been no action taken. I have got a sms of penalty being deducted again this week. What should i do more? Why cannot you help us customers? Sorry, i am loosing trust in your bank and i plan to take my account away if this is not resolved the money refunded back to me. I have been asking for closure and i am not allowing you to deduct my amount."

                                Dear sir,

                                I have a current account in idbi, lajpat nagar, ring road branch.

                                I had not received any information to maintain a minimum balance of rs 10, 000 at the time it was made applicable and i was told that i have

                                Even today i do not receive any important information through the registered email address and every month i have to pay a penalty.

                                I would request you to wave off the penalty applied to my account as i was not informed timely through the email. I called up the bank and mailed it to them but no body is listening to my request to wave off this amount. I found the emloyees are rude over the phone and not ready to listen to me. I tried writing to the manager as well but no response has been received.

                                It was only after my complain through email that i started receiving the information through the phone number registered and still not on email.

                                I feel that the system of working is not efficient, at least in this branch of your bank.
                                If this is the case then i will close this years old account with you and shift to some other bank.

                                There was also a change of telephone numbers of the bank which was not notified to me. As a customer it is my right to get the information about such changes.

                                It is your duty to make sure that the information has been communicated well to the consumers and sending the message when the phone is off is not the solution for which your emloyee have shown me the proof that sms was sent to me.
