I (Ravi shankar chaurasia) have idbi bond - reg folio no: 232fba2390449, certificate no[protected] for the period 4/2005 to 4/2010.
I received interest for 4/2005 to 4/2006 and interest & principle for 4/2009 to 4/2010.
But, i have not received the interest amount for the following said period -
(A) interest amount for the period 4/2006 to 4/2007
(B) interest amount for the period 4/2007 to 4/2008
(C) interest amount for the period 4/2008 to 4/2009

It is requested to provide the pending amount in the sbi account provided.

    I am very disappointed with this kind of bank benefit dispute, I got a message from IDBI bank in noon at 12:26pm "IDBI bank thanks you for participating in Debit card usage campaign. Congratulations for receiving Rs 5000. The same has been credited to your account "

    I have checked my account but didn't received any customer benefit amount from IDBI Bank. I gave a call to customer care of IDBI and spoke the same with bank executive Mr Anil Pal, he told me that " you will be wait for 24 hours it ll might be credited, am not confirmed " I said what does it mean you are not sure for this " I Surprised with this kind of reply from the executive.

    I am using IDBI bank service from 2012 to till now ...

    IDBI provide this kind of service ?
    IDBI make fool to their customer or what?
    IDBI send benefits jokes to their customer?

    I request you to take this case in serious way & credit my benefit amount which has mentioned in message.

    Money doesn't matter but be genuine with your customer ...

      This is regarding corporate net banking.
      I have got two login and transaction passwords of two members. (Its a trust)
      I have changed them and reset new login and txn pwd.
      My login pwd is txn pwd of the other member. Similary txn pwd of other member is login pwd of first member.
      Eg : 1. Login pwd : abc
      Txn pwd : pqr

      2. Login pwd : pqr
      Txn pwd : abc

      Now when i log in i am getting invalid login id or password.[11223]
      Also all my attempts for it are over so login is disabled.

      Kingly guide what to do in such case.
      Is there any option to reset pwd for corporate net banking?

        I have booked two ticket in IRCTC by my idbi a/c via netbanking. But when I today try idbi bank not in list anywhere in payment method. Why don't know, but if idbi bank withdraw the ty- up With IRCTC than this is totally useless to continue with idbi. So request to take action against this. When I have n a/c & able to pay our won bank than why we use other bank gateway or like paytm & other e-wellet.Or if IRCTC is not added than if they private sector e-wallet (paytm, mobikwik, Airtel or many)than why not idbi bank.

        My payment got debited twice for apple music but apple is telling me my payment method was declined and I couldn't renew
        Sir, recently i visited idbi bank which is situated at kurukshetra, haryana, (136118) . The branch manager of this branch is very rude and he handle us very nonsensly and speaks with very rudness with my mother he insults us jst because my father is a farmer

          Details of cash received :rs. 2000x4- = 8000/-

          Please investigate and get it credited back to my idbi bank account...

            Cvo heads/cgro/ rbi /banking ombudsman idbi bank,
            Idbi bank is behaving in ethically and like criminal bank, i am saying this based on services and issues with idbi rac noida branch'
            I am calling this a crime and not just cheating because idbi rac noida knows that i need these documents since last 3 weeks but not doing anything on this;

            1) i request cvo department idbi to take action against the crimes from idbi noida rac;

            Crimeno1) by idbi bank : all my original demand letters were collected by idbi for all demand and payments done by idbi are not delivered back by idbi bank while closing my idbi loan;

            Crime no 2) by idbi bank:idbi charged me 2600/- for insurance of my flat starting w. Ef from start of possession of flat and for 3 years ahead; insurance was sold to em without my wish and idbi charged me 2600/- stating that it was mandatory by idbi bank;

            Idbi has neither shared the insurance copy nor refunded me 2600/- with interest and penalty; neither have given me date when they will share the insurance copy with me;

            I have clearly mentioned all the above documents are pending from idbi ; idbi is yet to reply me on all pending documents and idbi has been behaving as antithetical criminal bank which has not only given poor services but also not giving back my important original documents on loan account;

            I have closed by idbi due to all these instances of poor services/wrong calumniations /and disorderly way of keeping my original docuemnst by idbi;

            And this si unlawful and crime by idbi bank;

              Dear sir/ ma'am,
              Myself manisha jangir from jhunjhunu (Rajasthan). My complaint is against my bank in reference of refund money.
              On 7/2/2017 i purchased online a shirt of worth rs.1157.50/- from www.myntra.com and i had payment for the same on same date, after some time they canclled my order by saying product is not available in good quality and refund my money back next day.
              All prooves havebeen sent to me by myntra team but my bank a/c not reflected the same am. I have conact my bank home branch and also in contact with bank customer support team since feb 2017.
              But they always deniying by saying that myntra shopping site had not refund any amount so u contact them first.
              Sir i am suffering from this trouble since feb 2017 now i want to you to solve this issue and refund my money back and i want compensation from idbi bank. Bcz i am troubling since feb and nobody from bank side is helping me.

                Ome years ago an scheme was launched in name of womens account in whinch bank executive told to open an locker with an saving account in that a/c your locker rent 25 % amt will reversed if you maintain 5000/- min bal i did as they told but no reverse of rent i. E rebate of 25% not given to me in last three years, many times i have approched to branch by giving them letter but no relaxation given so lastly i have closed my locker from your branch saving a/c is still there humble requesting u to reverse my sceme locker rent

                  Hello,

                  My Account Number is [protected]. I made transactions on 31st March 2017 of Rs. 2894.22/- 3 times at Entropay.com Website with my Debit Card ending with 5902. The transaction was failed 2 times, only 1 transaction was successful. But the funds were debited on 2 failed transactions also. I enquired the website about the transaction and they said me - The funds will remain authorised at your bank until they release them, depending on their own rules on authorisations. This is a standard procedure and once the pre-authorisation has expired (normally within 6 business days, but can be as much as 30 days) the funds will become available on your personal debit/credit card again.
                  Please note that some banks will hold the funds for up to 30 days as under Visa regulations, the merchant (in this case, EntroPay ) has up to 30 days to claim the funds.

                  Though I have received one refund of 2894.22 on 28/04/17 but I'm yet to receive one more refund. It's already more than 30 days now, so kindly look into the issue and address me. I even mailed to the customer care but I was completely unsatisfy with the reply I received.

                    Hello,

                    Some days ago I just checked my account to find my rate of Interest Rate on home loan and found that the rate of interest rate charged by the Bank is too high as compared to the existing rate of interest. Thus I raised a complaint to change my interest rate. Following the complaint I got reply that I need to submit some form for change of interest rate along with some fees and the process will take around 1 month to complete.

                    Following are the concerns which is applicable for all the people who takes Home loan from IDBI bank:

                    1. It was never communicated while taking the loan that the reduction in Interest rate will not be automatic and there needs to be some procedure which needs to be followed and some fees will be charged. While other banks and Financial Institutions does this automatically.

                    2. Also if there is such a policy to follow the process why the bank does not approaches to customer to state that they need to follow the process. In my example its been more than three months the interest rate has been changed by RBI and also IDBI Bank and I was assuming it got changed on my home loan also but to my surprise I found that it never changed on my Home loan. Whenever there is increase in interest rate the Bank instantly increases the rate but when it decreases we need to follow some process which will take around 1 month of time. This means the bank being bias with their own process in thier own benefits and to earn good profit with losses to customer.This is not acceptable.

                    3. As the term says Floating Interest rate if I would have not checked the interest rate on my loan then the bank would have charged interest rate on the same interest rate as it was charged before making it as Fixed Interest Rate . That means for the customer it will be Fixed Interest rate till the customer does not approached ban and for the Bant it would be floating if interest rate increases. This is not justified at all.

                    4. If the RBI keeps on reducing the Interest rate for e.g 5 times in a year, Is it justified that every time the customer needs to apply for change of interest rate . That means a customer should be knowledgable enough to track the interest rates and accordingly take action every time and wait for one month for the changes.

                    5. In this modern day age where everything is moving so fast and everything becoming digital why the bank is still on paper based application for change of interest rate and also wait for a month .

                    This complaint is not for benefit of my own but it would be applied to all customer whohaver had taken loan from IDBI Bank that the bank should focus on how the customers can be benefited from reduction in interest rate and not on how to take unnecessary benefit for the same by delaying the change in interest rate and charging a fees (Some nominal fees also). Hope to see some action after this.

                      I transferred money through imps fund transfer option yesterday (07/05/17), my current transaction got failure and it shows the status under process but it debited from account. As per status money should reach with in 24 hour working hour but still its not credited to payee account. Please pay it to credited account or return back my debited money asp.

                          When i am trying to book ticket through IRCTC and Choose to pay option in net banking, there are no option of IDBI bank payment shown in there. Which is very pathetic situation in hard rush. it is use less to use IDBI net banking for this type of important ticket booking service. Kindly short out this issues as earlier please.

                            Yesterday go to ATM to withdrawal 4000 Rs but not proceed again swipe 2000 Rs then transaction done but the total deduction of 6000 Rs even cash received only 2000 Rs. Home branch ATM always be not in use from last one month and there's nobody to resolve the problem of cash in ATM. On the other way a cheque is in queue for deduction of balance but the cheque is bounced due to the low balance and bounced charged also deducted from my account. Then confirm who is the responsible for the same????
                            How much time you need to proceed my complaint ?????
                            How much time you need to full-fill balance in the ATM ???

                              On 26/12/2012 IDBI Tasgaon bank opened one saving A/C on my name. However on that day I was at Delhi for service/job.
                              1. Without my signature and presency as well as not a single original document they opened account. Account opening charges paid by Gavade.
                              2. On 26/12 Branch manager visited at my home and meet me, look my business, enquire about my stay and business and given permission to open A/C : I am sorry to say that this IDBI bank persons are shameless and legally thiefs and making mony such way.
                              3. Bank given all documents including cheque book, ATM card, PIN, Pass book against CLEARLY BOGUS LETTER WHERE MY NAME IS WRONG, SIGNATURE IS ALSO BOGUS AND HANDWRITING OF LETTER ALSO 100% INCORRECT.
                              4. I have 100 points as proofs are available and submitted to management but these buggers also working like gandhari and supporting to criminal people. IDBI people are shameless persons.

                              I AM GIVING OPEN CHALLANGE TO IDBI BRAIN MASTERS AND GANG OPERATORS TO CALL FOR 5-6 HOUR OPEN ROUND THE TABLE MEETING UNDER SUPERVISION OF RBI PERSONS. I WILL EXPOSE THEM IN WHOLE WORLD AND PROVE THAT HOW THEY OPERATE SUCH CHAIN AND CASES.

                              IF MD, VP, DIRECTORS, GM OF IDBI HAVE OPEN CHALLANGE ON THIS ISSUE. IF ANYONE FEEL IDBI IS CORRECT AND HAVE SELF ESTTEM CAN SEND ME DETAILS OF MEETING. SEE WHAT HAPPEN IN BANKING WORLD. IF ANY ONE HAVE GUTS TO FACE THIS CASSE PL. CALL OTHERWISE ACCEPT THE FRAUD AND READY TO GO IN JAIL.

BUT HE DON'T HAVE COURAGE TO DISCUSS FACE TO FACE COMPLAINT ISSUE. HE IS JUST PUSHING HIS PEOPLE NOT TO GIVE INFORMATION BUT NOT TO ANSWER ANY QUESTION. EVEN UNDER RTI ALSO NO REPLY IS COMING. IT INDICATES THAT THERE IS BIG BIG PROBLEM IN IDBI BANK branch offices.

                              AS ON DATE I HAVE SUBMITTED 100 OR MORE COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMER CARE TO MD LEVEL BUT NO REPLY. EVEN ONE COMPLETE FILE WITH ALL DETAILS OF 50 PAGES SEND TO MD, GM, ZM BUT THEY ARE STILL KEEPING MUM. WHY ? THEY DON'T HAVE ONE HOUR TO RESOLVE THIS CASE?
                              THEY ARE FEELING GUILTY AND SUCH SHAMEFUL PERSONS CAN'T STAND IN FRONT OF TRUTH. 100% THEY ARE GOING TO EXPOSE FOR THEIR BAD THINGS

                              IDBI net banking option is removed from IRCTC website.

                              Neither bank nor IRCTC updated it and hence couldn't manage to book urgent tatkal ticket. How IDBI can withdraw their service from such important portal that without giving any prior notice/instructions to regular customers.

                                I've received the new debit card but not the pin. I've got the dispatch message on 29th Mar. But still not received the pin. Let me know if I can generate pin through any IDBI bank ATM like other banks or is it necessary to visit home branch? My experience is very bad with IDBI bank regarding this matter. 1 year back also I received the pin but not card and now that I receive card, no pin.

                                  मेरा idbi बैंक में खाता है उस मे मेरी सैलरी २ साल से आ रही है इस बार बैंक ने मेरे कहते को डेबिट फिरिज कर दिया है इस कारन मै सैलरी का use नहीं ले पा रहा हु मेरी होम लोन की और बाकि खर्चे नहीं दे पा रहा हु बैंक द्वारा कहा गया की मेरा खाता जन धन योजना में खोला गया है परन्तु मेरा खाता तो 2008 में ही खुल गया था कृपया मुझे इस कारन जो परेशानी हुई उसे कौन पूरा करेगा इस कारन मेरी CIBIL और दूसरे फिनेसेल रिकॉर्ड ख़राब हो रहे है और बैंक में बार बार जाने पर भी खाता चालू नहीं किया गया
