मेरा idbi बैंक में खाता है उस मे मेरी सैलरी २ साल से आ रही है इस बार बैंक ने मेरे कहते को डेबिट फिरिज कर दिया है इस कारन मै सैलरी का use नहीं ले पा रहा हु मेरी होम लोन की और बाकि खर्चे नहीं दे पा रहा हु बैंक द्वारा कहा गया की मेरा खाता जन धन योजना में खोला गया है परन्तु मेरा खाता तो 2008 में ही खुल गया था कृपया मुझे इस कारन जो परेशानी हुई उसे कौन पूरा करेगा इस कारन मेरी CIBIL और दूसरे फिनेसेल रिकॉर्ड ख़राब हो रहे है और बैंक में बार बार जाने पर भी खाता चालू नहीं किया गया

    I forgot my transaction passward, and now i am enable to change it. Please share the procedure to change the online transaction passward.

    Their link is not working properly.
    I have mail 4 times to IDBI customer mail id name Tabish Mahmood, but till time i have not received any response by IDBI customer on i get mail confirmation receipt. i have complaint regard my refund of INR 3559/ Payment done through Debit Card on 4-Mar-2017 (Amazon India) and second one refund of INR 849 /- (Paytm) on 14-Mar-2017

          I have booked several tickets in IRCTC by my idbi a/c via netbanking since last 07 yrs. But when I try to booked ticket on dated 03.04.17 idbi bank not in list anywhere in payment method. Why don't know, but if idbi bank withdraw the ty- up with IRCTC than this is totally useless to continue the account with idbi.

          So request you to take an appropriate step against this. When I have an a/c & able to pay our won IDBI bank than why we use other bank gateway or like paytm & other e-wellet. Or if IRCTC is not added than if they private sector e-wallet (paytm, mobikwik, Airtel or many)than why not idbi bank.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I Vishal Kothari having bank account in IDBI bank . Today i.e. 31/April/2017 around 6:00 PM i have tried to withdraw money from two bank atm i.e. Bank of Baroda and UBI Burra-bazar area. Two times transaction failed and third time i was able to get 10000 rs .

              I have got one message from bank at around 6:03 pm that Rs 10, 000 withdraw, But after 1 hour and 45 mins i get two message saying Rs 10, 000 and Rs 5, 000 withdraw . This two transaction got failed. But IDBI bank deducted Rs 25, 000 from my bank account instead of Rs 10, 000.

              This is my hard earn money please help me.

                I had submitted the closure of account in person and in writing to the branch but i received a letter asking deposit of 300 rupees as service fees for closure of account.

                1. I Never used this account not i maintained any balance since 2010.

                2. Does the bank maintain the account and keep sending me zero balance account statements for eternity?

                3. Does the bank wait until i deposit 300 rupees for closure of never used account?
                4. I really sounds funny when the account is not closed when no transactions done not even once.

                  I made an upi transaction of 3000rs from my idbi bank account which is maintained at bangalore honnavar road mahalakshmi bldng branch and my account number is [protected] and ifsc code is IDBKL000362 it showing pending transaction amount is debited from account but not credited here is the attachment of the pending status please find the attachment and fix the issue as earliest.

                  I have booked 3 tickets from IRCTC site but when I open Net Banking for payment then I found that there is no name of IDBI bank in the list.

                  so please check and confirm us . I have an A/C in IDBI Bank and also have net banking.from 2002, if you are failure of that matter I have to closed my A/C, and then I have to open another A/C in other Bank. so I request to to pay heed my complain neither i have to decide another plan.

                  IRCTC wants to eat poor people's money, IDBI does not change transaction fees, IRCTC allow to pay using IDBI But you have to select PAYTM and then select IDBI as payment option. This way PAYTM & IRCTC Can eat people's money.

                    I transfered money with neft 24000/ on dec.2016 to idbi be. Kurla but due to wrong ac. No. My amount transfered to others ac i contact with idbi be. Kurla with legal bank letter my home bank also detail e. Mail to idbi. Be. Kurla but after 4 months later i can't receive my amount due to idbi bank managers disappearness amount transfered from ldcc bank. Latur to idbi bank branch, kurla tq. Kandhar di.                           In my area idbi few atm available and theire was no cash/close anytime then i withdraw money another bank atm and they have charged extra 20 for one transaction and its happen in only Idbi bank they have a trick to debited money and they will know very well his atm totally close after currency change but in my area many customers having this problem no one atm available in pin code-370205, in urgently need some money so i charged 20 .. Please don't use idbi bank accounts i through out of idbi bank passbook atm etc

                            Dear Sir/Ma'am

                            I am getting this error “[15079] The User is Already Disabled For transaction”even I give correct ID and transaction password.

                            I have written 3 times wrong password and my account has been disabled. After that I have generated my my new password as my home branch execs suggested to do. But still it gives this error whenever trying to do NEFT or any other transaction. Please look into this and suggest me the right solution.

                                I called to the customer care executive to fix the issue of logging into my online banking account. She is very rude to me and disconnected the call in the middle. She said her name is Ujwala Kodag and talking to me from Mumbai Call Center. She is unable to give proper details to the customer to get the issue resolved. I said that I want to file a case regarding this issue and I am highly disappointed with the response given by IDBI Bank.I am having an emergency to transfer funds. I am in the USA right now. I cannot go the location or use my ATM card for this transaction. I decided to file a case. I pretended that I am also recording the call for evidence to the case. I did like that because the customer care executives are too rude and not at all giving proper response to the customer. I want the bank to take necessary action on this issue and also I request the bank to look into my issue i.e. I am unable to login to my online banking account even though I am giving correct data. I am getting an error message "ERROR IN INPUT DATA". Fix this issue and let me know.
