Dear Sir/Madam,
I Vishal Kothari having bank account in IDBI bank . Today i.e. 31/April/2017 around 6:00 PM i have tried to withdraw money from two bank atm i.e. Bank of Baroda and UBI Burra-bazar area. Two times transaction failed and third time i was able to get 10000 rs .
I have got one message from bank at around 6:03 pm that Rs 10, 000 withdraw, But after 1 hour and 45 mins i get two message saying Rs 10, 000 and Rs 5, 000 withdraw . This two transaction got failed. But IDBI bank deducted Rs 25, 000 from my bank account instead of Rs 10, 000.
This is my hard earn money please help me.
