I dhananjay pawar staying at pune & birth place is rajapur(sangli dist). In jan 2012 myself return from dubai after complete ting 10 years service and joined at delhi from nov 2012 & all my family at pune.
In june 2016 i received court notice about cheque returning of idbi bank tasgaon where i never gone & opened any kind of account. After receipt of documents i observed
1. Said bogus a/c opened on 26/12/12 & bank manager visited at rajapur and seen my residence & confirmed my business. Which is totally boughs & fraud information by bank as on 26/12/12 i was at delhi & plenty of proofs submitted to bank.
2. A/c opening charges paid by gavade & slip is available as proof.
3. Information written in a/c open.Form is 90% wrong/bogus. Bank officers never seen my original id cards in there life.
4. Gavade made bogus auth. Letter & collect all atm card, pin, passbook, cheque book & given to gavade without any kind of verification. This letter itself having mistakes and bogus signatures but still bank offers given all documents.
5. On 21/3/2013 gavade withdraw rs 2400 from atm machine in sangli & on same day myself at delhi.
6. From march 13 to dec 2016 there is no single transaction from a/c holder side. Hence as per idbi rules & rbi guidelines subject a/c should be closed or dormant which was not done by bank purposely.
7. The amb is 2500 but on this a/c from march 13 to still today balance was rs 100 which is against of bank rules & they never debited any charges for non maintaining of amb. Even not send a single letter in last 5-6 years.
8. When i came to know about this boughs a/c i requested by fax, e mail, phone call, by post to freeze the a/c. Even though they pass the bogus cheque and given fund not sufficient report to gavade by volition all the rules even provided bogus and fake information in police. I have collected all bank papers, rbi past & present rules, idbi rules & send to tasgaon b.M then zonal manager mr. Godbole & finally to mr. Kharat, md of this bank. But nobody replied correct information but try to close the issue which is coming & harmful to idbi bank & most of fraud officers may go home including md. I have prepared a file with all bank documents, their wrong & fraud replies, non cooperation to me, bank rules & how idbi manager, zm, gm are responsible for this fraud was explained to mr kharat, md by complete proofs & letter. Even after two months i was not received any kind of reply from md to clark level of idbi. They are caught red hand & get punishment including md also. I am having doubt of big racket in idbi bank is working & from md to branch officer involve in this. I am ready to discuss this case face face with md, zm at any place & any time. This is my open challenge to md & idbi bank. Due to this problem created by idbi buggers & fraud officers i have lost so many things lost my job, to attend police station case from delhi to tasgaon, overseas job offers. I am gone in depression & my mentality become to suicide. I am considering md, zm & branch manager responsible to this fraud. I must get my compensation from these fraud persons. I am fighting since 7 months without income & this is my last complaint. If withing a month if i am not getting justice i don't have any option without hang myself to finish my & family life. In suicide note i will include these responsible fraud persons. Even after my death these buggers get punishment i will happy for justice & on my ending life. I hope you will take this matter seriously and present in responsible person or panel & they should get death penalty for playing with normal citizen.
I bagging you for justice where my involvement is zero & they spoiled my future & it is hard to survive due to this persons. If md himself not able to reply or not talking about this fraud then it indicates that he is 100% main person for such frauds.
I am fully aware what i written in this complaint. I stand for it at any level.

Tasgaon police verifying the submitted documents, it's signature & information filled in details. Gavade accepted his mistake for opening the bogus account with help from IDBI cheater/blackmailer officers will be behind the bars to pay penalty for distorting normal Indian citizen. From top to bottom everyone thrown papers in dust bin but God is there to give punishment to such buggers & fraud bulls.

IDBI BANK CUSTOMER CARE CELL IS ALWAYS IN COMA & NEVER ANSWER FOR THIS COMPLAINT. THESE BUGGERS ARE OPENLY CHEATERS & WITHOUT ANY REPLY WANT TO CLOSE THIS ISSUE.
" I CHALLENGE THESE IDBI THIEF'S OPENLY OR ANY OFFICER OF IDBI BANK FROM MD TO CLARK TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUE FACE TO FACE. IF I AM WRONG I WILL GO TO JAIL FOR 10 OR 20 YEARS. IF BANK OFFICERS WHO DONE THIS LOST THE CASE DURING DISCUSSION UNDER ONE PERSON PANEL OF JUDGE FROM RBI OR OTHER WELL KNOWN BANK THEY SHOULD GIVE ME ALL THEIR PF, SALARY OF REMAINING YEARS OF SERVICE ON THE SPOT IN WRITING."

THIS IS OPEN CHALLENGE TO IDBI MD MR. MAHESHKUMAR & HIS "TALENTED OFFICERS". IF YOU FEEL YOUR OFFICERS ARE INNOCENT THEN FIX THE DATE WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS OR ACCEPT THAT YOUR OFFICERS ARE CHEATERS AND THIEVES.

EVEN THOUGH IF ANY OFFICER IS AFR AIDING TO ACCEPT CHALLENGE DUE TO LOOS OF MONEY, IDBI BANK CAN ANNOUNCE RS 20 MILLION INDIAN RUPEES. LAST DATE OF CONFIRMATION TO ACCEPT CHALLENGE IS 11TH SEPT. 2017.

On 08 Feb 17 Complaint send to bank. Already 7 months passed. What IDBI persons doing with complaint?? Sending to NASA ?.. Waiting for cocking?.?.. ANY R & D with RBI & world bank????

WHY SUCH BIG TIME NEED TO REQUIRED FOR BANK ??????? Clarify on war basis within couple of days...else ready to face legal police action
Where is reply from that top buggers who interested in crime. From last one year no reply nothing just time passing and criminals are enjoying n celebrating their life everyday even after crime.
I hate such people who doing postman job without any sense.

SHAME ON SUCH BANK AND CRIMINALS.

      To day after a gap of nearly one year I am trying to get new pass words
      because I was out of country. In process I put my user I D, a/c no and also my registard mob no but on proceeding further I am getting a notice " Incorrect information/data"and my efforts to proceed further
      have failed. Kindly guide and help.

          Do not take home loan from idbi bank
          1) they are careless and very lazy employees, loan processing will take time, your builder payments will be delayed due to their laid back and slow operations and builder may penalise which only you have to pay.

          2) idbi bank is very irresponsible in keeping your original documents safely, and after every few days you have to check it with them to ensure your documents and new receipts are kept fine by idbi..

          3) idbi bank will take ages and long long time to respond to you on basic statements, tax statements and other basic information on your account.

          4) sometimes you will be amazed on how idbi bank is surviving, as even govt offices have turned productive, but idbi in true sense is bank where employees do not want to work and customers do not get even basic services.

          I am publishing this blog on internet so that it catches eyes of idbi management and idbi gets ashamed . This might also prevent you as customer so that you do not fall in idbi trap by opening idbi bank account or taking g their products.

          Shame on idbi home loan and idbi bank.

              According to Paytm, they has transferred INR 4000/- in my account. I given mode of transaction and reference no. to idbi customer care executive to immediate transfer the amount. But idbi only raise a complaint 20 days ago and no resolution made even they committed 2 days to resolve any complaints.
              Its very painful experience with idbi. No one is caring for customer satisfaction.

                  I received a letter from idbi bank. Details in that letter is as below
                  Account no. - [protected]; type - saving account. Statement period 1 december 2016 - 31 december 2016.
                  Name was not written but address as below
                  Nors b222 ghongade wasti 7 shg,
                  Maruti mandir javal 246 raviwar peth solapur 4130002.

                  Mine address is 246, raviwar peth, solapur, 413005.

                  So please send this letter to whom it consened & mention full name & address of above account holder.

                    Mr. Gavade from my native place opened IDBI A/C on 26/12/12 without my permission. On 26/12 Mr. Gavade was present at bank, he filled bogus & fraud information in form, bogus signatures, fake visit report of prepared by bank persons. With help of bogus info & fake authority letter blind IDBI PERSON handover the important documents like cheque book, ATM Card & PIN details. There are plenty of mistakes from bank persons. As documents provided by Gavade, money withdrew from A/C by ATM . There plenty of fraud & bogus documents. Gavade arrested by police. But main buggers of bank still outside. I have send plenty of e mails, phone call to MD, GM, B.M but not replied at all because they know what mistake this bugger done & forced his branch officers not to provide any information. Due to this ### I lost my job, lost my brother, two outstanding job offers. Any child can confirm who is really devils.
                    I have plenty of proofs & want send this bulls permanently in jail and such thieves should hang in in any. They are showing over smartness and they are to busy. But to give this ### life time punishment. I have faced n number of problems and now they have to pay each day. They should made king of donkey & every day there celebration yatr for coming one year. This guys are totally shameful. If I got chance we will #### them. Both are from swine category. Salay kam chor hai and asking salary ### , ###

The bond is with me and not redeemed. .the regd folio no. 131FB4088256.NO OF Bonds 4.the bond is redeemd and the amount was not received byme. let me know the full details of paymend made if any. Please let me know the status of the Bond, and the procedure to redeem thesame. with regards. ganji veera raghavulu.

                        1. On 26/12/12 at tasgaon branch idbi bank persons and gavade opened one bogus account.
                        2. To open such fake/bogus a/c idbi persons helped gavade and bank peoples also prepared bogus visit reports, bogus signature, without seeing any original documents,
                        3. On fake authority letter two documents requested but bank person given all documents without checking.
                        Most of signatures are bogus and same was cleared in police verification.
                        4. All rules and procedure murdered and our own rules applied here. Even own idbi bank rules also blasted.
                        5. This account don't have maintained minimum balance since opening year. This account given very royal and special treatment and no rules applicable of idbi or rbi.
                        6. On this account from march 2013 to dec 16 there is zero transaction even though a/c is live because of bank persons vip treatment. This account should go in dormant in 2015 and afterwards non active.
                        But some extra mental bank persons not closed the account or not put in dormant.
                        7. Bank person given cheque return report saying funds are sufficient. How idbi IDIOT give such report?? why zonal manager, gm or top management doing? just visiting office and take salary??
                        8. In this case or account total 100% mistake is from bank side even some IDIOT, hopeless managers not accepting their mistake. Specially we need to brain wash of branch manager and zonal manager. This zm is not qualified to become office boy. Since last 6 months i behind this bugger but this bull not replying.

                        10. I don't have any kind of association or any kind of accounts etc since my birth. Even i don't know this feature bank where such frauds happens. We never keep relation with such bogus and third class bank.
                        11. I have collected all relevant papers of this account, the communication between your IDIOT and non educated persons attached. I urge bank to give gold mendel for such half knowledge persons.
                        12. From day one of opening account to still today each and every thing done by illegal way and totally fraud.
                        13. Bank master mind persons made bogus report, accept bogus letters and giving all imp documents blindly. Authority letter submitted by gavade to bank is fake/bogus and it get verified by police.
                        14. Your senior persons don't know basic rules of your bank as well as rbi guidelines. Your officer given in writing his fun static answers which will kill bank persons.
                        15. This account has no single transaction from march 2013. Hence it should be gone in dormant a/c and non active. But your bank persons not made such changes which is punishable and heavy fine should be imposed on such dog. Your bank persons made lot of mistakes for few coins but they blasted my life and ruin down family, my job, my brother.

                        Still your baster yes ####### persons #### my life forever. I challenge to md, ceo, fo, gm, dgm or any mastermind knowledgeable person to come open discussion on this account.
                        If you are human then only you accept challenge or run away from battle field.
                        All idbi people should feel guilty on them self for such hopeless things done by bank persons.
                        If i was there definitely punish him as death.

                        We recommend such top persons should be behind the bar on next day. Here nobody asking anybody & do whatever they want feel. I am near to death that much i have suffered due to this pigs and there boss half mad who don't know single rule correctly. I want send this zm for face to face discussion. When 10 minutes he will run from there with cloth like newton.

                        IDBI Bank — Poor service, poor it system, and full of technical errors

                        Idbi bank,
                        I am going to post this complaint in public forums also..

                        I tried transfer of 76000 via neft but despite my daily limit of 2 lakhs, the transaction failed thrice with below error. Shame on poor services by idbi bank, as transfer was important for me.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I had transfered money on 28th Dec 2016 from my father's account to my current account but it was getting reverted so I tried thrice but it did not get transfered but I did not know that it had credited to my current account without getting deducted from father's account. So this extra amount which I got Rs 24998 got reverted back on 30 Dec. 2016 but with that an additional Rs. 24998 also got deducted which has been showing in my lein balance since than. Despite my repeated complaints to this Idbi bank phone banking they failed to respond to any of my compaints.
                          Such banks are the reason why digital transfers will not ever succeed in India because they are least digital and discourage any sort of digitalisation. Please help me to fight against such fraudsters bank and it's staff so that from next time they get financial penalties deducted from their own salary if they fail to respond in time.

If cheques don’t get clear on time, I am answerable to my clients for the delayed payments of taxes as the a/c is for e-payment.

                            As I mentioned in my subject, that i got education loan from idbi bank T.T.nagar Bhopal, there is subsidy scheme as per HRD ministry directory instructed to Indian banks association Mumbai .But my branch is not obeying this rule they have taken 70000/- in my study prieod ie moratorium.                             They have taken 70000/- intrest amount in my study duration itself .. while there is rule for intrest subsidy, and I had given a relevant latter authorized by tehsildar . But even then they have been taking interest in my moratorium .ie. study prieod.

                              IDBI bank has sanctioned me a loan for the fake property. The total cost of the property is of 26 laks. After thorough legal verification of the property and based on my job profile documents IDBI has sanctioned me a loan of 23 laks. As the loan was sanctioned trusting IDBI bank, I have payed the builder 6 laks and registered the property on my name. I was paying the EMI regularly, but after 12 months I came to know that it is a fake property. Trusting IDBI bank, I have put all my hard earned money into that property. Now I want to claim back my damages, EMI's, processing fees, 6 laks, etc... Please do the need ful.

                                I hereby wish to inform that, I was trying to withdraw the Money of Rs. 4500 / - from the ATM in SBI Bank, JAYGOPAL AVENUE VADODARA GJIN .ATM between 08.00PM to 8:30 PM on dt 11.01.2017 . But amount not received from ATM due to server error . but got msg that amount is debited from my account .

                                I have also check online my balance ( and at that time I was surprised to see that the amount of Rs.4500/- was Debited in my Account.

                                    Used IDBI debit card...did not word; so used another bank card for purchase.However received a message from IDBI debiting the account around 4 hours later...tried getting in touch with all the numbers available on the card...but notherwise response on phone banking for 4 days ..branch banking clueless..no one responds...worst customer experience ever

                                      I shopped in central on 1st jan 2017 for Rs. 6980.67 and the cashier swipped my card twice saying it failed first time. But when i came home and checked, the amount was deducted two times from my account. I even have bank statements to prove. It was both times credited to merchant but when i called the merchant he is saying amount will be credited back in 72 hours but its not one yet. He said its bank problem as the server is down. Please help as the amount is huge.
