My a/c no. is [protected]. On 25th Oct.2016 at about 10.00 p.m. I was trying for online payment with my IDBI Debit card no.[protected] for applying Indian passport but the process was failure and so I tried again which resulted in failure. But I received in mobile no. [protected] that an amount of Rs.1512.75 was deducted in my account. Three days later, I approached the IDBI branch at Puducherry, S.V. Patel Salai where I am holding my account for remedy. They instructed to make a complaint on the toll free no. I did so and was informed that the process was declined and will be credited within 15 days time. Again, I went to the Bank and gave a complaint in written. Even after a lapse of 1 month time I didn't received the money. Yesterday (26.11.16) I again tried to make a complaint in toll free no. they instructed me to file a complaint in this customer care website. Sir, kindly look in this matter and credit may money in my account.

    My atm doesn't work.when i go to atm to withdraw cash, it shows that last transaction failed.and when i swiped it, it shows that exceed amount limit or card error.i need my cash imediately.
    for so many days i was going to atm and it shows the same.
    i was irritaed by this kind of process.
    i hadmoney in my atm.
    but it shows that exceed amount limit.

        I had done a online transactions of 110 rs using my idbi atm no: [protected] for recharging my phone on 2/11/16. The transaction became failed but i received two messages from the bank authority that is 110 rs deducted two times each from my account, then i contacted bank authority person, there response was its a technical issue money will be refund with in 10 working days but still yet i didn't refunded my money.

            Fake accounts creation

            Respected sir, as I approach to one of your branch at Golaghat district, Assam which was in front of BATA shop to exchange my old notes of 500 and 1000 rupee notes. As per guide lines of RBI I am entitled to exchange a sum of Rs 4000 from your bank as I have not any savings account in your bank. Due course one of your employee (lady employee) showed a very rude behavior and rough attitude by which I was entirely hurt. Therefore I request you kindly to perused the whole matter.                   Redemption of idbi's deep discount bond - 1992 series

I have given written complaint to bank on 18/8/2016 about it. After that the manager told that it will be waived in 3 to 4 days after the headoffice approval. There after i was in touch with it continously but the bank was not waived it till date and non satisfactory answers was given by bank.                         I made a imps transaction on 1st oct on my idbi mobile app, the amount (Rs5000)got debited from my account, however it did not credit to the beneficiary .usually it takes couples seconds but in this case its been more than a day ..im very frustrated, i used imps bec i wanted to credit immediately but now i dont the amount also .i called up the customer care, who were of no use to me and didnt give answers to my problem.

                                I had initiated request of Share Transfers in demat form from IDBI CAPITAL MARKET SERVICES LTD 204, 2nd Floor, Sapphire Heights Scheme No 54 PU-3, 12 A.B. ROAD, Opposite C-21 Mall, Vijaya Nagar Indore (MP) to Share Khan Ltd on 16.08.2016 alongwith other signatories. However, they have refused to do the same quoting signature differing for me. This information has been given telephonically without any advise in writing. I am 78 yrs old and a heart patient. The signature I had done are 20 years back. I have submitted my health record duly certified by the doctors. They have debited my a/c with charges also for the services but no action has been taken so far. Is this the way to treat their clients (specially Senior Citizens) and still harping upon customer services to acquire new business. No satisfactory response has been initiated from the company. Any mental agony for me is liable to attract lawsuit and damages for the company which I don’t want. The Staff at Indore is rude enough not to answer any of my request. Kindly assist me in solving my grievance.

                                  Here i m lodging complaint regarding bank id doing fraud by asking 4% amount. The senario is i was using idbi salary account since[protected] then i was not informed that we need to maintain 5000k rupees in account, customer care official told me that my account converted to saving without prior information no message on registered phone, email etc. No i decide to close account bank officials is asking pay panelty.                                   MUMBAI: Negative balances in savings accounts due to penalty charges are now history following a directive from the central bank. The RBI has asked banks to stop imposing charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance once the balance in a savings account touches zero.

                                  Although the norms came into effect last year, some banks were continuing with the practice of creating negative balances in savings accounts until recently. According to the RBI, if any bank continues to debit charges on a savings account creating a negative balance, customers can approach the banking ombudsman. Most banks contacted by TOI said that they do not create a negative balance in savings bank accounts.
                                  Savings accounts usually go into negative balances when the customer changes his job and his 'salary account' ceases to receive funds. Most banks offer special facilities for salary accounts, waiving the minimum balance requirement. But when the customer quits his job, the account ceases to be a salary account and the bank begins to apply minimum balance requirements. Since there is no regular salary flowing in, The bank begins to debit a penalty for non-maintenance of minimum balance, which often results in the balance turning negative. Although banks do not pursue recovery of the amount due under negative balance accounts, the customer stands to lose if he deposits funds into the account.
                                  In response to an email sent by TOI, HDFC Bank said it "does not allow the balance in a savings account to go negative due to imposition of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance". The statement added that there are no charges for reactivation of the account in future. Axis Bank said that as a policy it does not accumulate charges for non-maintenance of balance. "In case the account has no balance and has no customer-induced transaction during the month of observation, service charge related to non-maintenance of balance is not applied, nor is any lien/negative balance created, " the bank said in an emailed response to a query. An ICICI Bank spokesperson also said that it does not create negative balances in savings accounts.
                                  The RBI had in 2014 revised its guidelines for banks imposing penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance in a savings bank account. Subsequently, with effect from April 1, 2015, it had asked banks not to take undue advantage of customer difficulty or inattention and to give an advance notice to the customer before deducting charges from their bank balance. It had asked banks to send notice either by SMS, email or a letter. However, some banks had continued to impose charges resulting in the balance in a savings account turning negative.

                                    After many documents we had been asked to registyer our property to idbi bank for which we spent around 17000rs and other banking charges of 10000rs. They took another 4 months to proceed further with processing and finally they said the property is not having the proper documents in 30 years back. One fine day they rejected our request and said our property is not having proper documents.
                                    If they properly verified and told us then we should not be transferred our property to bank name. This is the worst loan banking service i have come across. Now we spent around 27000rs but our loan request got denied and they refused to return back the amount we spent for proerty registration (17000rs). I have already raised a complaint with idbi but i have not got any response so far. My complaint id with idbi bank is:web/[protected]
