Hi Sir/Ma'am I am getting this error "[15079] The User is Already Disabled For transaction" even i give correct ID and transaction password. I have written 3 times wrong password after that i have generated my my new password.but still it gives this error please give me any suggestion . Thanks!

    2 months ago I had filled an application form to start internet banking for my IDBI account. But still the bank has made no progress in fulfilling my request. Even after many inquiries at the bank, the bank has remained dormant. I had to face many inconveniences due to this delay or should I say ignorance.

      I'm trying to get education loan for my brother who is studying b.e second year, we need money for remaining years, so I submitted all documents regarding it. Bank manager of Idbi bank took the document one month before but he didn't process still. Moreover they are not responding properly. Then I approached iob they are also not giving loan, I'm frustrated. I want my brother to study well. Pls help me, my number is [protected]

        I had deposited rs5300/-on 13.03.1996 against which certificate no.[protected] having folio no fddb 1595599 face value rs2lacdated 18.03.1996 was received from the concerned bank . Though the bond was to be redeemed on 01.08.2000 at rs10000, on 01.12.2006 at rs25000/-, on 01.09.2011at rs50000/-, but unfortunately it could not be redeemed in time .It can be again to be redeemed on 01.06.2016 at rs100000/- i was not received any communication from the bank till now. I, therefore request you, kindly arrange to advise me the current status of the above bond .           सेवा में, सर, हमारी बंच १० के नोट के बण्डल ६ की मात्रा में लेती है जबकि बाजार से १२-१३ बण्डल आते है वाकी बण्डल को स्वीकार नही करती है जबकि अन्य बैंक सिक्के भी लेती है कभी-कभी chaque बोउंस होजाने का डर रहता है अत: आप से निवेदन है कि १० के नोट के बण्डल कि मात्रा में वृद्धी करने का आदेश दे धन्यवाद!

                  Sir 1. I have a running house loan in LICHFL, Visakhapatnam branch from the last 22 months. 2. because of transaction issues i have opted to takeover the LIC house loan by IDBI bank. 3. because of tenure i.e, not 2years of LICHFL loan they said to close the loan there is a pre closer charges of 32000 i.e, 2 percent of principle amount. then i requested IDBI bank to delay my check for 2 months. but now they are telling loan is now sanctioned we cannot cancel the disbursement check for this u have to cancel the loan, it means i have to pay loan cancellation charges along with the interest of this loan amount. my request here is, the loan disbursement check still not en cashed but why should i pay those cancellation charges etc. it is informed you that i have opted for this loan takeover option because it will benefit my financial situation. but here i have all financial problems because of their rules. please do something benefit to me.

                    I am a senior citizen & had opened a savings account with IDBI bank Mahim Branch, Mumbai, India. Being a senior citizen, (age 78 years) they promised me a lot of things including no minimum balance required to be kept in account. Taking their word to be true, i opened the account ( savings account no [protected]) even though it was at a distance from my house. I even opened a few fixed deposits with the same branch. I am a person who likes to maintain long term relationship with everyone (including my bankers) therefore it was a nasty shock to suddenly find out that a debit of Rs 625/- . I politely inquired from your branch about the same. They told me that it was for non maintenance of minimum balance of Rs 5000/- . When i pointed out that it was told to me that zero balance was allowed they said they had no powers to reverse the penalty and i should complain to higher authority. I did the same and complained to Ms Sawant who is the asst Branch manager. Complaint is given below "i had sb a/c with mahim branch and as Sr citizen i was exempted from keeping minimum balance.suddenly without any letter or email bank changed the rule and not rs 1000 but 5000 as minimum balance .i was already Sr citizen as my age now is 78 this was and is in yr record therefore rule of minimum balance was not applicable in any case.so intimation to me is irrelevant.so penalty of rs 625 is not legitimate and i am entitled to refund. case is being handled by Mrs sawant.sir please study the case and revers the charge. mdkale pl reply" Please look into the matter asap and refund the penalty ( Rs 625) asap.                         My account is Student account with IDBI, camp pune. There is no need to maintain balance in student account, still IDBI started deducting my balances every month. When I called customer care, they told me it is a new policy of bank where saving account holder have to pay fine to the bank for not maintaining account balance to a minimum average balance decided by bank. My complaint is: 1- Why they changed my student account to a saving account? 2 - The deduction come without notice.

                                IDBI Krishna Nagar has levied Monthly Balance Maintenance (MAB) charges to my ZERO balance account without sending me a formal intimation in regard to my account that account is now w.e.f 01.06.15 onwards a not a ZERO balance account.

                                RBI should keep a check on such kind of Banks which follow their own rulea and levy charges which they are not supposed to charge.

                                Does any Pvt Sector Bank like IDBI Bank have full liberty to levy any sort of charge on Indian Consumer without taking a formal permission from RBI.

                                RBI - Please intervene.
