My name is Tufan Chattaraj, Last Thursday (29th oct, 2015) i have paid of Rs.522.80 on gogiftacard.com website using Bank of India Master debit card online through IDBI Bank - Eazy2pay Payment gateway.

Payment declined but the amount debited from my bank account.

IDBI Krishna Nagar has levied Monthly Balance Maintenance (MAB) charges to my ZERO balance account without sending me a formal intimation in regard to my account that account is now w.e.f 01.06.15 onwards a not a ZERO balance account.

RBI should keep a check on such kind of Banks which follow their own rulea and levy charges which they are not supposed to charge.
