This is just followup, already informed ombusdmon that there is breach in kyc in 2013 bank has given enought time to rectify and apologize, but shrirampur branch manager made matter more grave and bank is supporting him also temendeous amout of fraud happened to avoid this fraud like I have mails claiming number never got changed Customer ID: 5701898 Account No.: [protected] once I put RBI and claim for mental harrasment then there will be no looking back

      Hi,
      My name is Ramkumar S. Last Monday (5th Oct) i have paid my EB bill of Rs. 722 using HDFC credit card online trough IDBI Bank - Eazy2pay Payment gateway (Transaction Identification Number:[protected].).
      I have received the mail communication from [protected]@pg.eazy2pay.com for the successful payment but the amount is not yet reflected in BESCOM Portal and I have not received any mail confirmation from BESCOM for the receipt of payment.
      Also when i checked the BESCOM Portal it shows bill amount'

        Complaint ID WEB/48765108 Contact# [protected]/[protected] This email is in regards to the PF with drawl application form that was required to sign by the IDBI bank from where I have taken the home loan. As per the PF Team they need a certificate from the lending agency for repayment of loan AS PER PARA 68/BB. The application form has the details about the loan taken by the IBM employee details of the property number of installments pending etc. Apart for the loan details the PF team also needs a signature from the lending agency (IDBI BANK) stating that the loan details mentioned by the IBM employee are accurate and they approve that the PF amount can be credited to the loan account as and when received from the PF office. PF team will not proceed any further without the lending agencyā?Ts signature on the form. IDBI personel at basheerbagh branch are not signing on the PF form but gave me all the details of the home loan on their company letter head which will not be accepted by PF office. This is pemding for more than 2 months. I have escalted this to the Tier2 level within IDBI bank also but I havent got any response till date.

          i have make NEFT money transaction of 5000 rs/ only form IDBI bank account to ICICI bank account but this transaction still not credited in beneficiary account.I have make complaint in IDBI bank regarding this issue they have provided me settlement report of this issue then I have contacted in ICICI bank 3-4 times but they are responding me we are unable to do anything.

          note-settlement report is also inclosed in this complaint.

            Dear Team,
            I would like to inform you that, i have a issue with IDBI Bank, versova branch. i have given a written request to hotlist my debit card on 9th july 2015. this debit card blocked on the same date. later, on 16th july 2015 my annual card fee rs 110 was charged for the year[protected] without any prior intimation. They have wrongly charged me this annual fee. Now my debit card is also blocked and my annual fee rs 110 is also deducted for the year[protected]. this behaviour of the bank is totally unethical. My online IDBI Bank Complaint number --- WEB/[protected]. I also spoke to nodal officer (Greivance Redressal officer of IDBI Bank) but he refused to reverse back the money. I have specifically hot listed my debit card so that i can save my money and operate my bank account by internet banking. Request you to help me in this matter and inform the IDBI Bank to reverse back my rs 110. today.               I am NRI settled in Cambodia. I had transferred USD to IDBI bank in Kolkata via the intermediary Bank CITIBANK, N.A as advised by IDBI. However received money with way lower exchange rate. On checking, it was informed that IDBI received money as NEFT from AXIS Bank. While my remittance slip has clear instructions for transfer to IDBI. My local bank ABA in Cambodia suggests it to be some understanding between IDBI and Axis to fool customers and gain from such fraudulent practice. I stand losing around INR 10000.00 while IDBI has washed its hand's off. Whom to complaint

I have opened an accout with idbi bank and they have decuted the amount from my account 20 days back and now when i call them they dont answer the call or put it on hold . or start abusing .. pls help me as they r doing a big scam on innocent customers . i am irritated in such a way that anything leads to my death idbi bank will be responsible . pls help me

                      RBI financing rates are lower, though bank is increasing EMI's (IDBI bank @ Bangalore Koramangala Branch), for Home loan taken in 2008. Thought before raising as a complaint, raising a query to understand the situation. Being in Dubai cant directly make the enquiries, I really appreciate your feedback which will help my proceeds smooth with the bank. when asked the bank for rates, the below rate details given, which are self explanatory the rates have fallen since 4 years, but YOY the EMI's are increasing and the response is nill for the reason. appreciate and await your response.                         Account No: [protected] Current Account Krishnagiri Branch, Tamil Nadu I opened a current account in my firm name WORTHFOR SOLUTIONS in IDBI Bank. There was amount Rs.855 was debited as MAB for July on August 21. I contacted the customer care, they said that the bank have changed the policy and It is the charge for non maintenance of Monthly Average Balance for July month. I visited the branch and contacted the Manager as well. They also told me that the policy was changed and for your account, you have to maintain Rs.10, 000 as Monthly Average balace. I asked them I don't know about any policy change and with out my permission how come you changed my zero balance account to 10, 000 MAB account? and he keeps telling me the same, the bank policy got changed and he said he will forward my issue to head office. But nobody resolved. You may change your policy for your banking service but you should get approval from me whether i wanted to continue with your changed service. They said they intimated via Email and SMS. How come they are doing like this? When I open account, they don't even mind to call many times but when there is change in policy and without my permission how can they make my account subscribed to 10, 000 MAB account? I mailed to customer care to forward to grievance officer. but one of the person from customer support, replied policy got changed. This is ridiculous, the person did not even read my mail completely and simply replying with their stupid policy change. When I don't know, how can i maintain MAB? and moreover how can they decide themselves that I will subscribe to Rs.10, 000 MAB account? I opened this account only just because of Zero Balance. And I have been fed up with this branch. I had to submit the form to activate netbanking 4 times but they lost my form all times. And 5th time, I submitted in Dharmapuri Branch and it was activated successfully. Why I am telling is this branch service was very poor, but still I was using this account because of ZERO BALANCE account. But It seems, the problem is not with that branch itself. Now I see the CUSTOMER SUPPORT also not properly read and responding for queries. Very poor service. and their policy also improper way to account migration. IDBI Bank, why did't you change your policy and migrate on your own from Zero balance account 1 CRORE MAB account and put charge Rs.8.55 LAKHS / month and that way you earn more money from the customers. Are you really Bankers or legally permitted Robbers? that's how i think about your banking policy. I really wanted to file a case against this IDBI Bank in consumer court and in RBI as without my permission they made my Zero Balance account migrated to Rs.10, 000 MAB account and the charge was debited as MAB charge.

                          I have never seen such a bank ever in my life...so horrible...it took 16 days to open the account and still now i have not received my kit...! people will not respond properly to the customers...and executives are really so dumb! they wont respond to the call regarding this. please don't irritate people like this...please give value for our time and money we spent to your bank! ...really means man!

                                    I have 2 birla sun life insurance poilcy ...Company employee is not trying to give me my policy amount...So i had provided my policy detail to consumer forum on 20/06/2015...On next day on monday 22, 06, 2015 i had recived call from consumer forum his name was deepak rawat

                                    And he had called me from consumer forum [protected]

                                    He had shared me all detail of policy and told me that u have to pay t.D.S amount to birla sun life...And he had provide me idbi a/c number
                                    [protected]

                                    On 25/6/2015 i had paid rs 8792 of t.D.S amount to that a/c number through idbi branch of n.Point

                                    And next day he had calle dme u have to pay bonus amount of interest to company of rs 6465 to company which will reflect into u r a/c...

                                    Total amont he has taken from me 15287...How bank is providing to them fake a/c

                                    This all fraud person has no fear because they have mulitiple fake a/c...


                                    And i had co-ordinate birla sun life branch of thane of head office...They told me that u have provided us idbi a/c number is fake a/c...Birla sun life is investigating the fake a/c...Because of this fake a/c huge problem his created to birla sun life insurance of his brand


                                    I m requesting to idbi plz investigate whoes a/c is this and plz refund that amount to me...I have the slip of of paid amunt to idbi fake amount

                                      I had taken car loan for 5 years from IDBI branch Bhopal, at the time of dispersing the loan bank took without dated cheques from us and promised to fill it with the date 7th of every month but they filled it with 1st of every month.after many requests they never changed the dates. after dishonour of cheques they started applying huge amount and unjustified rate of interest.after facing many problems we have decided to foreclose the loan. In the month of jan 15 we have foreclosed the loan, then they charged excess amount from us. five months later we still have not received NOC and other RTO related documents from bank. many times we go there in the branch but attitude of IDBI bank staff was of ignorance.they are misbehaving, idle and unwilling to work.please take the necessary action against them.

                                        Complaint ID WEB/[protected] I have given my below complaint on 8-May-2015 on banks site, but this issue is not resolved yet and every time when I sent reminder they replied back your complaint will resolve in 8 working days. "Hello sir there is another Loan amount of 1333461 os showing under my user ID 4576313 which is also coming under my CIBIL report. This loan is given to Buddhadeb Biswas named person. Please correct this from account and correct my CIBIL report."

                                        What about the other issue which should be resolved by bank. Why the lone information for other customer showing in my id. I have visit my home branch couple of time and informed them about it. But till date on steps has been taken to correct that. I am still seeing it under my customer ID, since this account is from your Calcutta branch. Please raise the issue to concern department nd get it corrected as soon as possible.
