Unauthorized debit of Money

As per the complained registered by the Complain No. 359/7126492 amount of Rs. 10000 was debited from my account on 3rd of January 2015. When I was trying to use the ATM Machine of Punjab National Bank at Howrah Maidan, while entering the Pin there was no asterisk sign on the Machine so I Cancelled the whole transaction and left.
