my Father Lt Shri Santosh Kumar Chakraborty purchased IDBI Deep Discount Bond`96. Folio No. FDDB 1551618 and Certificate No : 01614366, Distinctive No[protected] . Due to his prolong illness could not Redeemed the same as I came to know the same Bond was discontinued after August, 2000. Original Bond certificate is with me as I am his only daughter and my Name Sampa Banerjee is mentioned in the cerificate as Nominee. Recently my Mother passed away and the same certificate I found. Would you please inform me where should I send the same certificate for redemption with death certificate, My PAN no and Identity proof.

        Sir, my Account name =ayandey/amar nath dey Account number=[protected]/74127381 I submitted adharcard copy in 20.1.2015 but bank saying that adharcard not activated in my account So i requested you pls active adhar card in my account within 1 to 2 day .otherwise gas subcidy can not come in my account. I have booked a new gas in 1 week ago but this gas Subcidy can not come in my account because adhar card not activated in my account . So pls solved this problem within 1to 2 days

            Dear Sir, I had made the investment in the IDBI bank in deep discount bond. The policy was that after the investment of 5’300 in 1996 I would get a matured sum of Rs 10’000/- in the year 2000 on 1st of august., Sum of Rs :- 25’000/- in the year 2006 on 1st December., Sum of Rs:- 50’000/- in the year 2011 on 1st September., Sum of Rs :- 1’00’000/- in the year 2016 on 01 june., sum of Rs :-- 2’00’000/- in the year 2021 on 18 march. However the company did not send any imformation regarding my policy at my address. May I know the present position of my bond status on the sabject at the earliest on the above address.                 As per the complained registered by the Complain No. 359/7126492 amount of Rs. 10000 was debited from my account on 3rd of January 2015. When I was trying to use the ATM Machine of Punjab National Bank at Howrah Maidan, while entering the Pin there was no asterisk sign on the Machine so I Cancelled the whole transaction and left. After a while I received a Message of the Money Being Debited So I Registered the complaint on the IDBI Phone Banking and after the bank Processing I got the Information from the Phone Banking that the amount will be credited on 12th January 2015 but I got the Information that PNB as given the Comments of amount being Dispensed so again a Complain was Registered on the 12th January 2015 and is currently in Process And there current situation being that they are not returning that amount to me. And the Bank is not cooperating with me for the particular issue. They are taking no responsibility for the situation. The ATM was compromised or the Punjab National Bank is involved or Just they are irresponsible and the IDBI Bank is not Entertaining the case. A/c No-[protected]

                        Myself Zankar Sudhakar Borse having a loan account in your bank (A/c No.[protected]).

                        I have found the multiple letters of IDBI bank statements of customer named as Mr.Harendra Pal Singh (A/c no.[protected]). in my letterbox.The letter reflects my mailing address, my registered mobile numbers which is very BIG MISTAKE from IDBI Bank.(COPY OF LETTERS ATTACHED).
                        I have tried to contact your branch on 25393906/07/01/17/19 but nobody picked up the phone even during working hrs.
                        Finally I had visited RAC, GHANTALI DEVI MANDIR, Thane branch on12/01/15, i met Ms. Akshada, She verified Mr.Harendra Pal Singhs A/c details and my details also.
                        After verification and confirming my communication details, when she opened the details of Mr.Harendra pal singh's account, it is found that all my communication details i.e.My both registered mobile numbers ([protected] and [protected]), mailing address and email ID reflected in his details.

                        Ms Akshada kept the original copy of letter of Mr. Harendra Pal Singh with her for investigation and rectification but she didnt gave any acknowledgement or any request or complaint number after discussion with branch manager.

                        In addition to this, I am regularly receiving SMS from IDBI bank on my mobile number [protected] regarding the EMI due of loan account (**********05791) which is not belongs to me.I have already sent a request regarding the same to your customer care toll free number approx 6 months before on [protected], but still i have not got any reply from your bank.

                        Now its been 1 month but still no reply from the RAC thane.Still i am receiving the SMS from IDBI bank of any other account holder.I am continuously calling on[protected]/07/17/19 but nobody picks up the phone.

                        You are requested to investigate this matter and revert as early as possible.

                                  Respected Sir /Ma'am have lost my debit card on 27.12.2014 I register a complaint about my debit card and my card was dispatched from bank on 29.12.2014 and i received card on 4.01.2015 and there is no information about pin when i will get it and went to bank regarding all this issues they are saying you have to wait more four or five days .and if you don't have cheque book you cant withdraw your money this kind of service you provide to costumers

                                    DDA Application No : 1988220 submitted through IDBI, Gurgaon Branch. DDA has assured refund by on line transfer to my account and all details for bank transfer are given in the application form. However, IDBI has not yet sent my refund and which has been received by IDBI from DDA on 18th Dec 2014 to IDBI. I require immediate bank transfer of this amount with interest for delayed payment by IDBI. No response from IDBI helpline. Kindly send the REFUND AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.                                       Dear Sir/Madam I would like to inform you that I have opened a FD Bank A/C [protected] of Rs 90, 000/- as on dated 19/07/2014 and filled all the forms required with complete documentation. We have asked the executive to get the rate of interest quarterly (in every 3 Months @ 9%) but till dated I didn’t get any interest amount to my account. Today I went to the Branch of IDBI bank Sector 20 Panchkula for the same, I concerned to Ms. Shweta Executive over there she told me that there was some mistake has been done from them to get processed our FD Account due to which we didn’t received the Quarterly Interest amount. So I would like to inform you that there is no mistake of ours & they also didn’t inform us regarding the problem created. Kindly look into the matter briefly & revert for the same ASAP.                                         Re : DDA Application No : 1175499 submitted to IDBI, KG Marg, New Delhi DDA has assured refund by on line transfer to my account and all details for bank transfer are given in the application form. However, IDBI is following a bullock cart system of refunding this amount by issuing a cheque and sending it by India Postal Service as if sending it to some remote villages. I am staying just 22 KM away from this bank and the refund which has been done by DDA on 18th Dec 2014 to IDBI is still not reached to me. I require immediate bank transfer of this amount with interest for delayed payment by IDBI. All mails are unanswered by the Manager of IDBI, KG Marg, Branch. Regards Sidharth Ravindranath P
