    Respected Sir
    My name is AMIT KUMAR ROY and my Account number is [protected] in IDBI BANK. I am a Company Secretary(CS) student and living in Delhi on rent, so I do not have any local address proof now. When I opened saving account in your bank I had voter id card of last resident address, but now I changed my address and I do not have any address proof of current address. When I went preet vihar branch, Delhi for Address updating the executive as well as the Branch manager refused to update my Address and respond me, we do not update your Address without any local Address proof.

    As per RBI new guideline RBI/2013-14/634. DBOD.AML.BC. No. 119/14.01.001/2013-14. June 9, 2014.Customer may submit only one documentary proof of address (either current or permanent) In case the proof of address furnished by the customer is not the local address or address where the customer is currently residing, the bank may take a declaration of the local address on which all correspondence will be made by the bank with the customer. No proof is required to be submitted for such address for correspondence/local address.

    Please resolve my problem because I am facing a lot of problem due to this situation.

      Net banking transaction failed amount deducted

      Address: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

      While I am doing net banking transaction due to some technical problem my transaction has been failed. But idbi bank has been deducted my amount. Online purchase is railway ticket from irctc website. I asked them also they said that amount has been not credited to merchant website. The amount should be with bank only. I too seen that in irctc website in failed transaction history menu. Plz solve my problem fast. Plz my customer Id is 80049942....

      ATM Location: SUBHASNAGAR, NIZAMABAD No 6-2-272 Subhasanagar Nizamabad - 503002 India I have complaint about this location atm. The atm works fine when I checked my balance and mini statement, But I tried to withdraw money from that atm there is no money in that atm I went so many times the same repeating every time And there is no one to take care of the atm is very dirty no one to clean

        I'm a IDBI bank home loan customer in Bangalore, I got my loan @10.25% of interest for 20L in 2011 December. It appears the EMI should be 19632.87 but IDBI has been deducting 19968/EMI. I have complained to them & the request has not been answered, so far I have paid close to 12, 000 extra. These is clear cheating to the customer, I request Govt bodies to take action and get me solution for my problem ASAP.

          dear sir my problem in IDBI Recuitment for manipal banking in fee payment .Fee have been paid in SBI net banking my account debit in 108.99 but the IDBI recuitment show to your fee have not paid then i can call in sbi customer care call and will give news your fee have been paid you can call in IDBI bank and give this problem.

              Dear Team, I have withdrwan Rs. 20000 on 10th June 14 from IDBI bank atm bapunagar, Ahmeadabad. I got half note of Rs. 500 and 3500 rs. less druing that transaction. I have exchanged that half note for 500 rs from cg road branch with huge argument and finally after verifying my issue they have replaced it. I have logged a online complaint for 3500 Rs. less during that transaction also filled a form at IDBI cg road branch. But after 18 days they have rejected my claim of Rs. 3500. I have again visited cg road branch with my concern and they said that they will reinvestigate it and now finally they have again rejected it. Please sugget how I can get back my money.

                I am Mansi Dubey from Noida On 02-07-14 I went to a "IndusInd Bank" ATM in order to withdraw money but due to failure of link i could not succeed & after some time when i checked my account balance the amount was deducted from it.It is 10000 Rs. I submitted a two complaint PB[protected] and 191/5514717 in IDBI bank(Saving Account and custid:[protected] related to this & they told me to solve my problem within few days but i haven't got any response from their side yet. Now i would like to know that what should i do in order to get my money back because bank has not resolved my issue yet & they are not looking like that they will solve my issue.. Please help me..

                  I MADE A RTGS transaction from CORPORATION Bank to IDBI. This was done on 2nf July 2014. This is still not credited to Idbi account on upto now. I have made several calls to IDBI customer care and received false promises that payment will be done today end of day or we have contacted our back end team etc. The transaction was worth 5 lac rupees and It is more than 4 days now the transaction is not credited to the account. This is caused a lot of anxiety and mental stress to me. Please take action against IDBI bank and I should receive some compensation as well. In this i pay entire interest with principal amount. Further IDBI give NOC certificate on 30/08/2012 and again Amendment NOC issue on 22/02/2014. In this why IDBI lodge NPA status in my PAN.
