I had done some online purchases from Ferns & Petals for Rs.1049/- & Rs.1199/- through my IDBI debit card, customer id: 70900053 through my IDBI Salary account no: [protected] on 27th Jan,2013. While purchasing, some error occurred in one of the transactions and the purchase did not happen (declined) but the amount of Rs.1199/- got debited from my account. I tried again and finally had the two orders successfully done. Due to some reasons I had to cancel those purchase orders on 30thJan’13 from Ferns & Petals. Now Rs. 2248/- has been refunded to me on 30th Jan. But Rs.1199/- still remains debited from my account.
I have spoken to Ferns & Petals and they have clarified that this amount of Rs.1199/- has not been credited to their account being an erroneous transaction. Please help and resolve my problem.
It has been 4 months and I have yet not recieved any clarification and refunds from the bank. I will report this matter to higher authorities as well.

    We opened an account with IDBI capital. We were promised by the IDBI agent that account would be opened within a week. we gave all the required documents by Feb 1st week. we also gave a security deposit of Rs 10,000 for opening trhe account,. In the month of march we had to relocate out of india and in spite of frequent follow up with the agent the account was never opened before we left india. Even after we relocated we kept following with the agent and he refused to take the phone. the acoount was finally opened only in the month of April. We were not able to online bank account since we moved out of India. Hence we requested for closure of account. Now IDBI capital have put our account on hold and we keep sending mails every week to close the account and refund the deposit money. But we are not getting any response from the IDBI capital customer service.

    Need help in closing this.

      my name is harpreet Singh whala i have recently open savings account with idbi bank in gujarat vadodara at karelibaug branch and it took 2 to 3 weeks to get my account active or i don't know if it was activated before. cause they are still giving me my account kit in installments i have received my checkbook and ATM after 2 to3 weeks just cause their was nobody at home to receive it they were sending it back to the bank and nobody contacted me for that, that means you can't go to work or lock your home if you have opened an account with idbi you always have to be their standing and waiting like a war widow for your dead husband to come. and when i visit the branch to get my ATM pin they say, we can't give you we'll again mail it to you so please stand their like a war widow and wait for us to come and if we don't come you will know that our services are dead. they did same with my checkbook and then i have requested to the mailing company that i can't be at home all the time and given them id proof and all to get it. they are simply get pleasure by harassing people and telling them that they bunch of who are maintaining professionalism. i am the same person who open the account why can't you give me my atm pin in my hand, nobody still contacted me even now its been a month and i have lost all hope just wanted to share this so that nobody go to idbi bank and get stuck with these lamers..

        Dear Sir, I have take a home loan and after one year I have closed the loan by making full payment including precloser charges. Still my Sibil rating is going negating I am not able to take credit card or loan. This is not only with IDBI but also with HDFC (Personal Loan), Icici (credit card and Personal Loan), Centurian Bank (2 wheeler Loan). All has been fully paid but they have not updated the things in SIBIL. so we are sufferring because of their inefficiency

          TWO times they have changed my mobile no without my permission


          last time they changed on 7 april
          I informed base branch also they should not do it

          y'day April 19 again it got changed,I gone to gachibowli branch and reverted back

          today when I called home branch Mr Chetan gave idiotic reply as hee seeing my proper number,even after explaining to him it was changed a day ago ,he did not understand and told me to come to base branch which is not possible since I am in hyd




          When I email to customer care first time Kalyani Salunkhe replied that I should send email from registered id

          on apr 10 only told her its my registered id ,she did not even bother to reply

          does anybody have contact of RBI appealatte to tell how insecure idbi bank is?

                    Since then have got no feedback from the bank...psl don't trust the hoax promises & image they portray regarding their services.They don't give a damn to the customer I have been tormented by there pathetic service.So don't even by mistake trust such an organization.

                    Today they have informed me that they have delivered my debit card to my home , since i am not living there from last two year than Without ID verification how come my Debit card has been delivered if somebody missuses my Debit card who will pay for my losses Pathetic service

                    Debit card — DELIVERED TO ANOTHER LOCATION

                    I have received sms on 02/06/2010 related with ATM/Debit card pin has been despatched to Siliguri branch West Bengal whether I am already shifted to Delhi
                    and working in Gurgaon Indiabulls house udyog vihar phase 5.accordingly address is also changed at new location.

                    It is request to you pls deliverd all documents etc to nearest branch available in udyog vihar gurgaon phase 5 only.

                    IDBI Debit card — Card not working

                    I have a debit card from IDBI. From past 2 days I not able to use it to shop for anything. Everytime I use it, the machine gives the following error "Do Not Honour". Even though I have enough balance, I am not able to use it and I look like a thief in front of the shop owner. It takes about 30 mins to connect to their customer care and after connecting to them the person says that they have a technical problem. When I ask them to explain, they say, they cannot help.

                    Please do not open any account with IDBI. Thats my sincere suggestion.
                    Same error with me.What the [censored] is going on.am unable to purchase anything online.IDBI should take care of it ASAP else I will and everyone will close the account who use it to shopping purpose.

                        IDBI — not given job because of family way

                        I cleared the interview for Executive in IDBI (july 8th at chennai). They sent me to the medical test.That time I am a pregnant of 2 months. So they stopped my joining process and informed that I may get the joining process only after 6months after my delivery. They told I may get confirmation letter reg this within a week thro' post. But I didnt receive any letter and no response when I contact them. I dont know what to do further

                          i am preferred customer of IDBI Bank Ltd having a saving account No. [protected] with Deoghar branch. I used my idbi atm card to withdraw a some of amount 10,000 from kotak mahindra bank atm [gandhi market branch] delhi. while withdrawing the amount 3 transaction were successfull but while withdrawing 4th transaction i heard a noise from atm but my money didn't come out and i received a atm slip which shows my transaction successfull and rs 10,000 was debit from my a/c i was surprised for a while and with in 2-3 more seconds i received one more slip in which it shows transaction declined.
                          Both the slip contains same record number[932] dated 04-december-2011. from kotak mahindra.
                          when i returned back home i cheked if my balance was reversed or not.. i find amount is not there. Then i complaint it to my local branch on 10th december in which i am holding my account, they raised a complain to kotak mahindra bank. but KMB declines the complain and says the transaction was successful.
                          As i am showing both of my transiction slip which i received. But idbi bank declines and taking no further action against kotak mahindra bank & also not co-operating with me even not reversing my amount to my account.
                          I am requesting to help me out and to get the solution to return my amount to my idbi a/c as soon as possible. if needed i have all the paper and slips which i received from atm and bank. i will be thank full to you.

                          personal savings account — Recovery of ATM amount

                          Dear sir,

                          this is j.satya narayana murthy from kakinada, i am having an savings account in suryaraopeta branch in kakinada. my account number is ASB / 01 / 507243. On the date of 4th of July, 2009 i tried to withdraw Rs.8000/- from account in Union Bank of India ATM in kakinada. But at that time it showed that " atm temporarly not working". After that on the date of 6th of July, 2009 it showing debit of Rs.8, 000/-. So, Please recover my amount into my account as early as possible.

                          meghnak, i registered number of complain to kotak mahindra and idbi bank as well. As i reach my home i contact my local idbi branch on 9th december 2011 and also contact idbi bank customer care both. since then they were assuring me that the money will be returned to my a/c. but later 120 days customer care don't take complaint saying this matter is older than 120 days. since 9th december 2011 they passed 120 days but i found no progress in my work complain, then after i asked for a written letter from my branch so i can move to consumer court.
                          on 4th april bank asked me to give official complain letter so they can conform me with a letter. on[protected] my bank gave me written letter says the transaction was successful as communicated by kotak mahindra bank to idbi atm department, central reconciliation unit, mumbai.

                            I am having an account in IDBI bank since last two years, when I opened the account it was told to me that it is a zero balance acc, and there are no charges for using this acc, but this year on 07 Aug 2012 without intimating me the bank deducted the charges of rs 110/- towards card fee, and when inquired they said that we have started deducting from this year, more over there is only 1 ATM in whole kalyan (w)

                              CAN'T ABLE TO LOGIN IN NET BANKING

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              As am unable to log-in into my net-banking account. Its showing like your i-net banking is disabled for security log-in, please contact your relationship manager. I don't know what should i do now how to contact relationship manager. Please suggest me.

                              Hi,

                              My name is geetanjali
                              My complain is that IDBI bank deduct my money for rs 1000/- for that exp which i did not made. According to bank that i have made two times card swap in a petrol pump for rs 500/- and rs 1000/- but according to me i have purchase petrol only for rs 500/- when i am sitting at my home i saw in my mobbile that rs 1000/- deduct from my bank account.

                              Please need your help beaiuse i am a middle calss girl and every coin is important to me.

                                  sir on20thoct on request of executive of idbi bank i have applied 4 top up ho me lonof rs 500000.executive mr.narpat sing came at my home & after checking papers map etc he said that lon ll sanctionedwith in a week, give me papars alongwith a chaque of rs 2500 .i dothe same.after one dayhe demand 309 rs igave him by a chaque .both cleared from my ac on 30thoct but now mr narpat not attending my phon &not replying sms&other exctv saying that yor lon ll notsanctiod due technical problem while i m exiting home lon holder of the same bank but first time no tech. problem was faced.now they r neither paying lon not refunding my paid amountof rs 2809&untill today morning they were saying that yor amont ll disbursed with 1 or 2 days now after 38days what sud i do. lalit kumar idbi home lon ac [protected]&9736 mob no.[protected] [protected]@gmail .com

                                    I have applied for Composite loan(Land and Home Loan) from IDBI Bank Bangalore Mission Road in May 2010 for the amount 50 Lakhs.Out of which an amount of 17 lakhs was released at the begining as payment for the Land.When the loan amount was approved the Land was hassle free and all the paper work related was accurate and agreed by the Bank Advocate.

                                    I was paying an EMI for 17 Lakhs for the 1st one after which the EMI amount increased for 50 Lakhs from July 2011 though 33 Lakhs is still with the bank.In June 2012 I started the construction of the house and requested for the release of the remaining 33 lakhs , now the bank officials have problems releasing the Funds saying that the Land has Khata problems.And for releasing funds I would have to give a bribe of 1 % of the remaining amount.This is really very disturbing and annoying , since I had no other option I accepted their terms, even after things dint go any further.
                                    I had submitted the house paper work to bank in the month of July 2012 and have been running from pillar to post for the money.The construction of the house has stalled as my reserve has exhausted.
                                    The staff is misbehaved , ignorant and not fit for any organisation
                                    I want to ask if they had issues why did they release the Land Loan and why did they approve the loan.

                                    IDBI Bank / Home Loan — misleading about disbursement of home loan

                                    with a great resentment I am posting this e-mail with a hope that someone in IDBI Bank will listen my problem. I have applied for home loan six months back and received sanction order on dated 21st October 2010 vide ref. no. IDBI/NDA/843/HL/10/4239/DSA-Perfact Wealth Management. Since then neither the IDBI Bank nor Perfact Wealth Management responding even their mobile / land line phone are not reachable. When we made a contact with some of their employees, they have told us that the loan is disbursed. Whereas Gaur Sons Hitech Infrastructure Ltd. informed that till today they have not received any D.D./Cheque from IDBI Bank. Please let us know the current status of my home loan. Details are as under:-

                                    Loan applied - Rs. 12 lacs, Processing Fees deducted Rs. 5,515/-
                                    Document submitted - Original Allotment Letter, 29 signed cheques,
