I am having an account in IDBI bank since last two years, when I opened the account it was told to me that it is a zero balance acc, and there are no charges for using this acc, but this year on 07 Aug 2012 without intimating me the bank deducted the charges of rs 110/- towards card fee, and when inquired they said that we have started deducting from this year, more over there is only 1 ATM in whole kalyan (w)

Not at all acceptable from a govt bank

    CAN'T ABLE TO LOGIN IN NET BANKING

    As am unable to log-in into my net-banking account. Its showing like your i-net banking is disabled for security log-in, please contact your relationship manager. I don't know what should i do now how to contact relationship manager. Please suggest me.

    Hi,

    My name is geetanjali
    My complain is that IDBI bank deduct my money for rs 1000/- for that exp which i did not made. According to bank that i have made two times card swap in a petrol pump for rs 500/- and rs 1000/- but according to me i have purchase petrol only for rs 500/- when i am sitting at my home i saw in my mobbile that rs 1000/- deduct from my bank account.

    Please need your help beaiuse i am a middle calss girl and every coin is important to me.

          I have applied for Composite loan(Land and Home Loan) from IDBI Bank Bangalore Mission Road in May 2010 for the amount 50 Lakhs.Out of which an amount of 17 lakhs was released at the begining as payment for the Land.When the loan amount was approved the Land was hassle free and all the paper work related was accurate and agreed by the Bank Advocate.

          I was paying an EMI for 17 Lakhs for the 1st one after which the EMI amount increased for 50 Lakhs from July 2011 though 33 Lakhs is still with the bank.In June 2012 I started the construction of the house and requested for the release of the remaining 33 lakhs , now the bank officials have problems releasing the Funds saying that the Land has Khata problems.And for releasing funds I would have to give a bribe of 1 % of the remaining amount.This is really very disturbing and annoying , since I had no other option I accepted their terms, even after things dint go any further.
          I had submitted the house paper work to bank in the month of July 2012 and have been running from pillar to post for the money.The construction of the house has stalled as my reserve has exhausted.
          The staff is misbehaved , ignorant and not fit for any organisation
          I want to ask if they had issues why did they release the Land Loan and why did they approve the loan.

          IDBI Bank / Home Loan — misleading about disbursement of home loan

          with a great resentment I am posting this e-mail with a hope that someone in IDBI Bank will listen my problem. I have applied for home loan six months back and received sanction order on dated 21st October 2010 vide ref. no. IDBI/NDA/843/HL/10/4239/DSA-Perfact Wealth Management. Since then neither the IDBI Bank nor Perfact Wealth Management responding even their mobile / land line phone are not reachable. When we made a contact with some of their employees, they have told us that the loan is disbursed. Whereas Gaur Sons Hitech Infrastructure Ltd. informed that till today they have not received any D.D./Cheque from IDBI Bank. Please let us know the current status of my home loan. Details are as under:-

          Loan applied - Rs. 12 lacs, Processing Fees deducted Rs. 5,515/-
          Document submitted - Original Allotment Letter, 29 signed cheques,

            My IDBI Bank a/c details were used for the fraud internet shopping.
            The shopping was done on bestylish.com website.
            The bank sent the transaction unique key on the wrong mobile no. that was initially in their database and the bank has also accepted this mistake but there is no action from their end to refund my money back.

            I have also sent a copy of FIR to the bank officials in Nagpur, but there is still no reply from their end.

            I sincerely request you to log my complaint and take some strict action against it. Looking towards a positive response from your side.

              I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING MUTUAL FUNDS FROM IDBI BANK ON MONTHLY BASIS FOR LAST 3 YEARS, NOW WHEN I HAVE REQUESTED FOR REDEMTION OF MY FUNDS THEY ARE CONTINOUSLY DELAYING THE PAYMENT WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON, I HAVE BEEN VISITING THE BANK ON REGULAR BASIS FOR LAST 45 DAYS AND THEY ALWAYS TELL ME THAT ITS IN PROCESS, WE HAVE FORWARDED YOUR REQUEST AND WAITING FOR REPLY FROM RELIANCE MUTUAL FUND COMPANY, WE WILL LET U KNOW ASAP.                 Respected Sir,
                I have taken IDBI home loan of Rs. 725000.00 from IDBI home finance Ltd; in June 2005 at the fixed rate of interest. that time fixed rate of interest was more than floating rate of interest. Loan was sanctioned and disbursed as per procedure.36 PDC was given. After completion of three years, I was called and asked for "Whether I want fixed rate of interest or floating rate of interest". I opt for fixed rate of interest. however that time also floating rate was lower than fixed rate of interest. I had submitted again 36 PDC for next three years. Before completion of next three years , bank has changed my fixed rate of interest to floating rate of interest, without my concerned. By asking reason , Chembur bank in charge told me that this is banks policy and need not to take customer's concerned and if you want to change it from floating rate of interst to fixed rate of interest, you have to give in writting. At this point bank want customer concerned which seems to be double standard.
                Sir, I am a government PSU employee and gets interest subsidy accordingly.
                kindly look in to matter and help me.

                  I am an investor occasionally trade in the capital market. So, while opening trading a/c with IDBI Capital, I asked for minimal amount for opening trading a/c. Knowing everything, authorised representative get my signature on dotted places assuring me to refund Rs 10000/- after six months from opening the account. However, after opening the a/c, I came to know that Rs 10000/- is adjustable with brokerage generated in six months. Practically, I rarely trade on line , so, generation of such huge brokerage was out of question. And, it happened so, I got only refund of Rs 31.98/-.
                  After knowing the trap I have fallen or made to fall by authorised representative of IDBI Capital Market, I repeatedly approached the authority of IDBI Capital, but, I am shocked to witness extreme insincerity of the company in dealing my case.
                  So, my question is whether any step can be taken or not to treat the matter as cheating on and help me get full/partial refund of y opening charge from IDBI Capital Market. Pl give me valuable suggestion in this regard.

                      Overdraft against securities — Release of securities pledged.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have overdraft account No. [protected] with your Bharat House Branch. Initially this account was opened with Bank of Punjab Ltd Fort Branch against securities of shares which was taken over by you. For lasr more than 2 years no regular Drawing Limit is shown in the account on account of which I could not put through any transaction. My repeated request have fallen on deaf ears. Nobody is in a position to say the status of the account. Your retail credit unit situated at Lower Parel is not cooperating in spite of providing them with all details of pledge. As such we had given instructions to our DP- Stock Holding Corp. of India Ltd for closure of pledge on 25.09.2009. Our DP had generated a message for responding confirmation of closure of pledge which is yet to be attended by your above office. Please attend it on priority basis lest we will have to approach consumer forum / ombudsman against your Bank.

                        You can find my pain going through below mail chain.

                        I am looking for Home Loan Top Up on my existing Home Loan 2 yrs old from same institution.

                        All the staff are in-responsible, behave like other Govt. Sector employees.

                        I will request all not to try any sort of service from such irresponsible Bank, Department and their Employees, even if they provice service free of cost.

                        Only Pvt. Sector is best, if you ask of any sort of service from them they don't even let you sleep untill the matter is setteled. But in Govt. Sector they hardly care about customer satisfaction.

                        In my opinion this is the worst Bank service i had seen in my entire life.

                        Very poor response. It seems like all other Govt. departments.

                        My impression was Bank is the only institution in India on which we can trust and they cares of customers regardless of either it is Govt. or in Private Sectors.

                        I have again tried today to contact via Customer care No- [protected] after two or three transfers I got a no saying they will resolve your issue and the no was [protected].

                        I called and the response was we can’t take over the business of Jhandewalan please contact them and provided no [protected]/76/21 how ever after long try one phone was picked and again in response got another no [protected]/75, on calling to these no’s no response.

                        If IDBI is not interested please let me know at least I can try some other bank. But be sure no property paper will be submitted to you as will give to bank who will provide the loan.

                        I have tried several time via Toll-free No, Registered complaint on Website, whatever no I got tried to contact, Butt 15 days lapsed and got no any fruitful result.

                        Can anyone redirect me to the department where responsible person sits and have some power to control such avoiding/neglecting behavior of the department.

                        I can’t wait for two months to receive response from such irresponsible bank and their department.

                        Please don’t response any sorry word, I want action.

                        I am ready with all my documents, but he not interested in collecting from last 2 days.

                        I have called him no less than 10 times, his duty was completed after giving me one call.

                        Please can anyone suggest what should I do in this regard, or I shall look for some other private banks, as they have good customer relations than Govt. Sector organizations.

                            I availed home loan of 20 Lakhs and topup loan of 10 Lakhs for tenure period of 15 years in 2010. When I availed my home loan my interest rate was 10.75% and topup loan interest rate was 12%. Now in 2012 my home loan interest rate is 10.5% but my topup loan interest rate is increased to 15%. My topup loan interest is increased from 12% to 15% in 2 years. This is very unfair and more like 3rd rate business which I didnt expect from a professional bank like IDBI. When I contacted IDBI customer care, i was told that topup loan interest rate is decided by bank officier's of their own. But IDBI is not ready to revise their interest rate on topup loan. The worst part is, the way of increasing topup loan from 12% to 15% in 2 years. VERY UNFAIR BUSINESS.

                            IDBI Bank — Interest Home Loan

                            Whenever RBI announces CRR hike by IDBI raises interest rate immediately.

                            When CRR is decreased to 250 basis points why is interest rate not decreased.
                            When RBI says interest rate for home loan less than 30 Lakh should be less IDBI has not implemented it.
                            In october 2007 IDBI reduced ROI new customers but for existing ROI was one 1% more.
                            IDBI bank treats exisisting customers for as if taken for Granted.

                                    Purchased 6 (six) bonds of Rs.5,000/- each (Net Rs.30,000/-) in 2003. Redemption date was 25.10.2008.Folio No.18IFB220391, Certificate No. 220391and Bond No. [protected] and [protected]. Not sure whether I have redeemed it. The original certificate is with me. Would like to know the status of the bonds. If not redeemed, steps to redeem the same.
