I have transferred my home loan from Axis bank to IDBI bank. IDBI bank told that they have online access to the home loan account and for that I have to open the saving bank account. When I opened saving bank account by providing my residential proof along with home loan account statement for the home loan customer id, still IDBI bank opened the account in different customer id and now not ready to update or provide me home loan account online access to check my account.

The home loan department of andheri is worst, after my part payment to my home loan account they are not ready to provide me any updated document like account statement and repayment amortization chart to understand the updated situation of account. They are asking to pay Rs. 115 to get the account statement. Which is worst. Even after earning so much of interest thet still want more money to provice service to the customer. I don't know whether there is any rule of RBI that not to provide any updated documents to the customer when in case o[censored]pdates in the account. This is worst.

I don't know when all these people will understand Service to the customer is more important.

    Hi,

    I am Anil Jain. I have taken a loan from IDBI Bank Limited- Home Loans vide loan account no. [protected]. This was a Balance Transfer from Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Limited. I have taken full disbursement for complete loan amount in the month of Sept 2010. Hence Logically, My EMI must be started from Sept or maximum by October 2010. But still Bank is charging only PEMI for my loan. I have send the mails to Customer Care department also but still there is no progress even after 4 months of complete disbursement.

        Dear All,

        I was trapped in a insurance policy one of agent of IDBI federal bank given me wrong commitment that sir you dont need to pay premium yearly if you dont have cash at that time and we can have an option where we can choose waiver of premium.
        Now,unfortunately i was in the condition where i am unable to pay premium then that agent refused to that we are not having any option and suppose you go for such type of option u will loose your all money.

        I am really in big trouble.please advice me.
        Any help would be very appreciable

          My name is Nitin Narayan Chunarkar . I have salaried (savings) account . no. [protected] with IDBI Bank Sion Branch.

          On 19th November 2010, I bought new Sony Cybershot W -320 Rs. 9800/- from ANGEL IMART PVT LTD.
          227 COMMISSARIAT BLDG. NEAR OLD HANDLOOM HOUSE D.N. ROAD FORT MUMBAI - 400001 using IDBI ATM card. Due to mistake of salesperson from ANGEL IMART PVT LTD. the card was twice swiped. Eventually Rs. 9800/- deducted twice from my account. But later on salesperson from ANGEL IMART PVT LTD has made the second swipe void and took my sign on void receipt.

          On 22nd November 2010 I submit the complaint to IDBI Bank Sion Branch with photocopies of void slip and purchase receipt. Twice I had talk with IDBI bank officials but on today Rs. 9800/- is not credited to my account neither i know the status.

            I approached the IDBI Bank, Tuticorin Branch for availing home loan. As i was assured by the bank that i would get the loan amount in 15 days i applied for house loan. I would say that it is a very bad experience for me with IDBI which made me to frustrate like any thing. They will call me to come to bank in person to get the money and whenever i go they will get somesignature either from me or from my father and will ask me to come after few days(like this i took leave 5 odd days and nothing happend and had nearly spent 5000 for my travelling expense). They will ask the applicant to get clearence from a lawer and engineer for which you have to spend around Rs 2000( i dont know why they took 20,000 for processing fees then). They say that they are coming for inspection and they will ask 500 rupees or 1000 ruppees .(Very bad experience to know that the Private Banking professionals are like government sector corruption department). Being an educated person i am depressed with the behaving of IDBI professionals. I would say that they are not like professionals. THE WORD COMMITED TO A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE SAVED AND THEY SHOULD HAVE CLOSED MY APPLICATION BY THIS TIME. I could not move to other bank as i am caught up in the middle of processing and now i have got only 8 lacs and remainin 12 lacs are pending. My Advice! PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH IDBI bank at any cost.
            Hi I have taken home loan from IDBI 2 years back. This was a composite loan of around 42 Laks for purchasing 30*40 site. At the time of purchasing the site they disbursed 25 laks. Now i am planning to build a house with minimum money as my salary has come down. I dont want the complete 17 laks to be disbursed but only 2-3 laks, in which i will build a small house where i alone can stay.

            I got the necessary approval from the Municipal for building the house, but now the IDBI bank is telling that there is rule that i need to build a minimum of 600sq ft. This was never mentioned any where in the loan documents. I am telling them at i will build a small house now, and after some years will go for the complete house. But they are denying to disburse the amount for what ever i have constructed the house now. Becuase of this i have stopped my construction now and i am in trouble. I have been loosing money.

            Also the customer care people never responds to the calls, it will be just ringing. Now when i told i am not happy with the way they are banking, they tell me to change for any other bank for which i need to pay some Penalty charges.

            I need to raise a complain against them reargding this. Please suggest me the process for the same.

              I had two bonds of Rs 15000/- denominations each.Though I received the maturity amount for one bond I did not get the same for the other.The detail of the bond for which I have not received the maturity amount is not exactly available with me but the same may be one number up or down from the number for which I have received the maturity amount.                 Dear Sir,
                I am customer of IDBI bank since United Western Bank. I am having my account at IDBI Parli-Vaijnath branch since last eight to ten years. Now I reside at Latur.
                On 19/7/2010 I have approach to IDBI Latur branch to open three-in-one account, for that purpose I have filed a account opening from duly completed in all respect by depositing Rs 50000/-. IDBI bank has credited Rs 49300/- in my name stating as new account on counterfoil of pay-in-slip and balance Rs 700/- as a demat account opening charges .While accepting money bank has informed me to submit a net worth certificate from CA. At that time I have submitted self attested net worth certificate to bank. After few days bank asked me to submit two blank cheques of my Parli-Vaijnath account. Since I reside at Latur I have spent 15-20 days to get cheque book from Parli-Vaijnath branch. After receipt of cheque book from Parli-Vaijnath Branch I have submitted the two blank cheques to Latur branch. Again after few days bank asked me to submit a CA certified net worth certificate of my asset. To comply all required formalities of bank I have immediately submitted the CA certified Net worth certificate to the bank on 6/9/2010.IDBI branch officials dealing this matter has confirmed that now nothing to left to comply from my end.
                In this regard I wish to bring to notice some facts about opening 3 in 1 account.
                1) In last week of Sept. 2010, IDBI branch officers dealing with 3 in 1 account has told me that my 3 in 1 account has opened and accordingly I will receive communication on my address. Bank has not communicated anything till I lodged complaint to customer care on 22 /10/ 2010.
                2) After my continuous follow-up with IDBI branch on 9 th of Sept. 2010 when I called to Branch Head he has informed me that "our central processing office has activated IDBI demat account and you will receive communication from them within 2-3 days on IDBI address. " Till I not received any paper from IDBI.
                3) On 11 th of Sept. 2010 I received a mail from of customer care stating that, " We had taken up the matter with concerned officials and understand that IDBI DEMAT account has been opened and TRADING account number will get processed shortly. Kindly bear with us." That means customer care is also not confirm on that date.
                4) On 18 th Sept. 2010 I received a mail from Shri Santosh Potdar, Branch Head stating that, “With reference to IDBI 3 in 1 a/c has been processed. You will receive detailed communication on ID from Central Processing Unit directly at IDBI address. Till that please bear with us. “Till today I not received any paper from IDBI.
                5) On 24/11/2010 I had talk with IDBI capital at Pune on number forwarded by Branch Head, Latur regarding query of opening of saving a/c. He told me that' he is not looking after the saving a/c opening work. It is at Mumbai office. He also told that Mumbai office has linked my demat to my Parli -Vaijnath a/c.
                As I have applied for 3 in 1 a/c that is it includes new saving a/c too. But IDBI has not opened a separate saving a/c at Latur. Therefore I have applied for transfer of my Parli a/c to Latur on dt. 25/11/2010. The transfer of a/c is yet under process. I don’t know how days time require for transfer of a/c.
                6) On 25/11/2010 onward I made correspondence in respect of password and welcome kit.
                7) On 1/12/2010 I personally went to office of the professional courier at Latur to collect the envelope of welcome kit. They are unable to find out the same. The fact is conveyed to IDBI customer care on toll free number. They have told me that they are unable find out on which address the welcome kit and password has been dispatched. They are also informed me that IDBI Capital has updated wrong e-mail id in the system.
                8) After receipt of mail from [protected]@idbi.co.in on dt. 1/12/2010. I have approached to office of the professional courier at Parli-Vaijanath on cell, they verified all his record and informed that till today he has not received any envelope from IDBI of given POD number. I also approached to the Post master but he also told me that till today they have not received any envelope on my name.
                9) On 3/12/2010 I have approached to Shri Vikas Gujrati, CCR Department, of IDBI Capital and conveyed them all above mentioned facts. He told me IDBI Capital and IDBI bank is separate companies and we are not aware about why the delay in sending form to us by IDBI. He advised me to send written application for changing address and e-mail ID. I have sent two letters to him along with photocopy of pan card and recent electricity bill as proof address. On 9th of Dec. it is learnt from the customer care of IDBI capital that IDBI Capital has corrected the email ID but not changed the address. On my request system has generated new password but I am unable to trade because the trading page of IDBI Capital is opened in the internet explorer 6. Now internet explorer 9 has came I tried to uninstall the latest version internet explorer and install the internet explorer 6 along with java software link provided by IDBI capital on web page and tried to open trading page but I am unable to do so. Since transfer of my saving account is still under process and I have not received password of net banking so I am unable to allocate money to trading and trade in market.
                In this regard my main complaint is :
                1) IDBI Bank has delayed in opening of demat account and trading account from 19/7/2010 to 22/11/2010 not opened a separate saving account at Latur.
                2) IDBI Capital has updated wrong address and e-mail ID in the system.
                4) Money accepted for opening of saving account has kept in suspense account for few days and there after it is has been transferred to my Parli-Vaijanath account. Till today I am unable to utilize the amount deposited by me on 19/7/2010.
                Because of non opening of my demat account by IDBI bank, I have loose to trade in shares since 19/7/210 and also lost the greatest opportunity to invest in largest IPO of Coal India

                Considering the above facts please help me in getting justice.

                I applied foe ICICI Direct a/c.After that i didn't get any information regarding that.I called customercare, they gave my a/c number.But I didn't get debit cards, cheques and related documents.I called several times in customer service regarding this.But no use.Please do the needful

                    Dear Friend!. I too have bad experience with IDBI Capital. The services are very very poor. Customer care and escalation are in dormant condition. I just suggest close the account with such a fraud organisation.

                      I have an account in ICICI bank, I took my ICICI Debit card to with draw amount from nearest ATM i.e., IDBI ATM. I requested Rs.7700 from my ICICI account. Due to machine problem, i got only Rs.5200 to my hand. But amount got deducted from ICICI Account.

                      When I called IDBI customer care, they asked us to raise a complaint in ICICI bank. ICICI people took 12 working days to the status of the transaction.

                      IDBI has replied back stating that the status of transaction is successful.

                      We went to IDBI ATM after noon, and found that CMS person is working on the machine, as the machine is giving some problem.

                      We enquired with the security and CMS person and found that the machine gave problems two times that day. i.e., some where around the afternoon and in the evening.

                      IDBI Bank people are replying that the transaction is successful. In fact, we didn't receive the amount.

                      From this we come to know, that IDBI bank people are getting a lot of money from the other customers, who are drawing the amount from their ATM machine.

After 60 days on 3rd Nov 2010 I called to customer care again, At that time I got the information that amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
                        Till the time the amount has not been refunded. Again I called customer care on 24th Nov, the CC executive kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then gave the solution "please call after 1 hour"..

I will also launch a corporate complaint against Idbi so that every body using this service will come to know about it.
                        hi sir this is sakthivel.d, i am IOB customer, atm card no: [protected]. actualy i tried to withdraw 10000 rupees in IDBI atm centre at purasaivakam branch, chennai. but i have not get money from machine. and my account balance was reduced 10000 rupees. so i request you to refund my money...

                          I had 2 HML loans in IDBI Home Finance taken in 2009. Loan no. EASKOL00005552 & EASKOL00005553.

                          I asked for a forclosure statement on 26/10/2010 . I was provided with the following foreclosure statement :
                          EASKOL00005552 : Due Rs.1505630/- which included prepayment penalty of Rs.32498 ( 2% of principal outstanding ).
                          EASKOL00005553 : Due Rs.259869/- which included prepayment penalty of Rs. 5609 ( 2% of principal outstanding ) .

                          The letter only mentions that the quotation was valid till the last day of the month.

                          I reached their office to make the payment on 4/11/2010 and was told that instead of charging me interest for the reduced principal ( since one more EMI was cleared at the end of Oct'10 ) & their prepayment penalty which they didnot reduce or waive , for the number of days by which the amount would be cleared by me , I have to pay interest for the entire month of Nov'10.
                          Although my payments to them were cleared out of my account by 8th Nov'10 , IDBI Home Finance charged me interest for the entire month of Nov'10 which was an additional Rs.15771/- which I had to pay up & above of their steep prepayment penalty otherwise they would not release my property documents.

                          I had no choice but to pay .

                          IDBI Housing loan — Penal charge

                          I have taken loan from IDBI couple of years back and I paying my EMI regualarly. 2008 Dec I defaulted a cheque due to unexpected circumstances. However I got in touch with the bank immediately and followed all the process of paying defaulted amount and asked them to represent same cheque. They fail to represent my cheque and they started charging me Penal charges for the same. When the cheque got elapsed they supposed to get in touch with me and collect required cheques even they failed on this process. Now they are penal charging me for all this issue. When I wrote back to them on 10th Nov 2009 till date they have no proper response for it. Please help me to get this issue sorted out.

                          if you have got in touch with the bank immediately and have all the satisfactory evidences, then you should approach ombudsman, else there is no mercy for defaulters.

                            My Laon was granted IDBI Bank, HL 3188. My loan was sanctioned,but after sanctioning later bank realised need some more infromation from Builder, which builder say has never been asked by any bank. My documents were franked by DBI bank, I paid IDBI Bank (2500+8500+4900) and They refunded me less than, 3800.00, rest was stated as part of tax. I am still not able to Understand without giving any service to me how service tax is deducted. I have put the complaint in customer care,[protected] dt 02 Nov, more than two weeks has past and no satsfactorly response has come.
                            I find this is my one of bad experience in IDBI Bank.

                            IDBI Bank — Non Refund of Loan Fee

                            I had paid processing fee for home loan twice and both loans were not sanctioned. Its 4 yrs now and the bank is not refunding the processing fee of RS 5582/-.
                            they are govt employees, white coller job.
                            I have got similar experience at IDBI bank for top up loan...just irresponsible behaviour for customer...cheap attitude...

                                  Sir,
                                  I had applied for a home loan (10 years) and it was sanctioned, but the land purchase had to be called off. IDBI said that I can use the processing fee if I take a loan within six months. Now, I selected a plot and approached for loan. As the amount I require now is lower, I asked for decreasing the tenure (7 years). But, the loan officials tell me that the system is locked and the tenure cannot be decreased. If the loan amount can be reduced, can they not reduce the tenure. I dont want to pay an extra lakh in interest.

                                      I deposited amount at 11.30am sharp on[protected] as there was LIC premium of Rs. 1000/- on that date. Evening I found that Bank had deducted Rs. 225/- as ecs Return charges. It seems that they have returned the ECS as there was no balance before 11.30 AM. As there was no specific time limit for ecs clearing. I don't understand the logic behind this.

                                      Is there any guidelines for the same
