From may 2022 to November 2022 IDBI Bank charge me 590/- per month total 2950/- /- Only one month I have insufficient balance in Bank Account for my LOAN. But bank charged me every month 590/-. and this month they charged me twice in a month. when I contact to my IDBI BANK branch (Shakespeare branch) they are not solved my problem.

I WANT MY MONEY REFUND which is deducted by bank without reason.

    Availed home loan from Emi, Acc No: [protected]. Recently I have noticed that the ROI has been revised to 9.05%, which is itself too high.
    On asking the following: Proper justification and Amortization schedule.
    IDBI through sms is intimating me that further ROI os being increased with rise in tenure and interest amount. On asking for proposed ROI and future emi and ammortization schedule the following is the reply which I got:
    Your ROI has been increased due to increase in REPO rate by RBI. You can do part payment or increase EMI as per your wish. They have not provided the ammortization schedule and emi amount even after 2 -3 reminders.
    This is utter unprofessionalism displayed without reason. I want the details as a customer I have the right to know.

        I don't know why is the charge leived over me and is deducted from my account without my consent. I request the bank kindly refund my deducted amount i.e rs590/-

                    My IDBI Account number is [protected].
                    My money has been deducted from my account for re issue of debit card however the card was never delivered to me.
                    I have raised a complaint with customer care via email . Its been more than 2 month but no action has been taken. My only request is either refund my money or deliver my card to me at the earliest.
                    Stop mentally harassing the customer by delaying from more than 2 months even after multiple follow up with customer care via email.

                            I visited the branch more than 10 times for an account activation. Filled forms every time. Till today the account has not been active yet. Very very bad cooperation and service given ever in any bank. Worst experience. Really disappointed. Neither card dispatched nor any calls came to me. Last time branch manager taken all the responsibility but still now the account has not been activated. Even i have deposited 2500 as per the staff but still now account not activated. If account is not activated then how come other things get sort out in IDBI?? Really disappointed if a single account activation takes 6 months then its a matter of worst customer experience in IDBI
