Non receipt of redemption amount on maturity

I had been applied for 6 Nos IDBI FLEXIBONDS 23 through application No F 0932698 Dated 24.03.05 with DD No 177476 (ICICI Bank Jabalpur) amounting Rs 30000/-(Rupees thirty thousand only).I have not received any documents in reference to above said my application towards allotment of IDBI infrastructure (Tax Saving) Bond. As per Option the redemption proceeds should received by me, but till this date I had not received the maturity amount....

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was an employee of IDBI bank for 9 years. I had joined in the year 1999 and quit during 2008. I had left the organisation after serving 1 months notice period instead of 3 months as stipulated.
It is almost a year now since I have requested to settle my dues but in vain.
Request your help.

      Dear Sir,

      I am one of your Home Loan customer below 20 Lacs on floating rates, as per my understanding whenever there is revision in PLR by RBI, it should be applicable to all across the floating rate customer. But it is observed whenever there is revision is in positive side it got applicable by very next day, but in case of negative revision it not happened and benefit passed to new customer only.

      I as a floating rate customer expect the revision in line with RBI revisions.

      when ur saying home loan in float then reduce rate home loan interest for old customer also otherwise they will switch to other banks

        i have an sallery account with idbi bank from last more than 2 years but on 31st of January 08 my debit card has captured in idbi atm machine in sarita vihar new delhi due to bad condition of atm machine (machine had restarted automatic) and my debit card was captured and then i went to the branch for a replacement card and they have issued a new debit card but they charged rs.115 for new debit card for which i am not responsible so that i have called up to idbi customer care regarding the unusual charges for the card but what they told me charge will be applicable for replacement whether idbi will be responsible but they are charging that rs.115 so why should i pay when there is not my fault it is a kind fraud and iam not ready to pay this rs.115 my account no. is [protected].
        so please do something to stop fraud and i want my rs.115 back to my account. thanks

        I have an sallery account with idbi bank from last more than 6 monthss but on 15th of Oct 08 my debit card has captured in idbi atm machine in Patel Nagar new delhi due to bad condition of atm machine, I sent my executive to Nehru Place Branch, with one application for new Debit Card and they received the letter and said new card will send you within 7 working days but till today i have not received any Card from bank

          bonds recalled-No refund

          folio no.FDDB1215438 Certificate no 01264196 and folio no.FDDB1215213 Certificate no 01263965 had been purchased by hard earned money of an armed forces (IAF) member with aim of child education.all hopes were lost when we discovered last month that bonds have been recalled .now i request the IDBI.to atleast return our money with interest and procedure to be followed for the same.Please help.we will be gratefull for an early reply.dated Feb...

          I Try to with draw Cash 7000/- on Date:30th jan 2009 from Idbi atm situated at Ville Parle Andheri Atm ID:4920 from my Debit Card of Bank SBI Account no:[protected] and Debit Card no:[protected].But the Cash of 7000/- got Stuck in Atm And Rs7020/- got debited from my account, now even afer 25 days the branch under which the atm comes (Address:-Bhide Bunglow, 37 M.G.Road, vile Parle(E) Mumbai-400057).Have not able to return my money, and the fact is that no one of the bank Even knowns the procedure of steps to be undertaken, Please look into this matter
          Because there are hundred of ATM Case occured Every day on that ATM ID:-4920.

            DEAR SIR/MADAM,

            1. MY WIFE HAD APPLIED FOR A JOB SEEING ADVERTISEMENT OF IDBI BANK LTD ON THEIR WEBSITE REGARDING POST OF ASSISTANT MANAGER GR "A".

            2. IN THE INSTRUCTIONS, IT WAS CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT THE APPLICATION FEE OF RS 300/- HAD TO BE DEPOSITED IN IDBI BANK BRANCH OR STATE BANK OF INDIA (SBI) BRANCH VIDE A CHALLAN FORM FOLLOWING WHICH A UNIQUE ID WAS TO BE GENERATED.THIS UNIQUE ID WAS TO BE ENTERED WHILE FILLING THE ONLINE APPLICATION.
            3. I HAD PAID THE APPLICATION FEE FOR AN AMOUNT OF Rs 300/-(PLUS Rs 50/- AS CHARGES) IN SBI BATHINDA CANTT BRANCH, CODE-2315 ON 03 JAN 2009 AND RECEIVED THE CANDIDATE'S COPY DULY STAMPED AND SIGNED BY STATE BANK OF INDIA, BATHINDA CANTT BRANCH...BUT THE UNIQUE ID WAS NOT GENERATED.
            4. I TALKED TO SBI STAFF WHO TOLD ME THAT THE UNIQUE ID WAS TO BE GENERATED BY IDBI. THEN I MAILED TO IDBI BANK CUSTOMER CARE ON THE SAME DAY BUT DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE. I CALLED UP AT THE CUSTOMER CARE OF IDBI BANK BUT EVERYONE KEPT ON TRANSFERRING THE CALLS AND GIVING ME DIFFERENT NUMBERS. FINALLY THEY TOLD ME TO VISIT THE NEAREST IDBI BRANCH EVEN WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THERE IS NO BRANCH NEARBY AND THE NEAREST ONE IS 80KMS FAR.
            5. I THEN GOT A MAIL FROM IDBI AFTER A FEW DAYS STATING THE SAME OLD STATEMENT THAT I SHOULD VISIT THE NEAREST BRANCH OF IDBI . WITHIN A FEW DAYS THE LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION WAS OVER AND MY WIFE WAS UNABLE TO FILL THE ONLINE APPLICATION FOR WANT OF THE UNIQUE ID.
            6. AS A RESULT MY WIFE LOST A JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR NO FAULT OF HER AND THE APPLICATION FEE WHICH I HAD PAID WAS ALSO LOST.
            7.             My name is S.P.Saravanan. I had applied for IDBI Bank Assistant Manager Grade 'A' on 19.10.2009 by payment voucher at SBI Branch name MADURANTAKAM Code:00870 and my UR ID:2774860. In the advertisement it is stated that application fee can be paid at SBI or idbi bank branches. The officer didn't provide the unique id no. I explained that i have to fill the application online using the unique number which you have to write in HRD and Candidate's copy. I was informed to ask at IDBI BANK customer care. I'm not getting proper response.

            Last date for the online application form is 26.10.2009.

            Kindly consider this mail as request and take necessary steps to advice the advertisement authority of IDBI bank to find a solution for this problem.

              I like to bring to your notice that I am facing inconvenience with services of the IDBI bank. Even they have host of services to offer and serve customers, but unfortunately they dont synchronise among each other which refrains to help customers to operates in seemsless manner.

              Coming to figure and facts, I requested for stop payment of Cheque # 064932 on 23/01/2009 by calling customer care center and KAVITA NAYAR confirmed that there will be no charge for doing a stop payment over the phone however branch visit, or net banking will charge rs 60/- . TO my surprise cheque was bounced on date and top of it they charged me for cheque bounce charges and stop payment charges.

              TO make it Short and Sweet, I have below mentioned disputes

              1) BAnk has to either charge stop payement or Cheque Bounce: 1) BAnk has to either charge stop payement or Cheque Bounce charge not both of them in no scenario.

              2) Stop payment charges should not be there as well as lady named KAVITA NAYAR with customer care center confirmed over the phone there will no charge.

              3) I have called bank lot of times to resolve this issue which means there is lot of inconvenience and they have not helped me at all even after several phone which pinched my pocket.

              I am here to report the mess I am going through.

              Hope to see an appropriate action for the same.

                I hold ten units of IDBI Double Money Bond issued on 31.01.1997 in name of minor and now minor has become major now. I haven't received any cheque or rtgs. I had chose option b for redemption in 2006. How to claim now with interest?

                  I received a written notification 3 months back confirming my EMI reduction from 20k to 17k on an existing homeloan, with effect from Jan-09. There is not implemented by the bank for Jan and Feb-09.

                  Now when I call IDBIbank they conveniently are saying this is not reflected in bank records and the EMI will continue to stay for 20k going forward. How do I go and take a legal action against the bank now

                      Non receipt of User ID and PW. — Non receipt of User ID and PW.

                      Mr. Saurabh had collected the Account Opening Form duly filled in and signed on 23rd Nov along with:

                      Photograph
                      Copyof PAN
                      Cancelled cheque
                      Cheque for Rs. 2,600 in yoiur favor.

                      Till now I have not received the User Name and Password for operating the account. Upon contacting Mr Saurabh on 11th Dec I am being informed that for want of above enclosures theaccount cannot be opened.

                      When he has already collected, then where have these documents disappeared in your office. Further more why your office has been sleeping till 11th and reverted upon my waking them up. I need to have the explanation of the concerened officials and also to expedite the operation of account.

                        Wrong Commitment made from bank

                        I had applied for home loan in IDBI bank. I was requiring Home Loan 90% of agreement value. I had clearly mentioned this to the person who was handling my case.
                        I had clearly mentioned him, if and only if IDBI can give me 90% loan then only want to apply for the loan otherwise don’t start the processing until this is confirmed.
                        I was assured by the IDBI person Manish Joshi that I will get 90% loan of the agreement value...

                        Hi,

                        This is in regard to my home loan issue, details are there in the trailing mail. Though thedispersement happen in the last week of November 2006, I was told that the interest which I has paid for Rs.3, l5, 531/- for nearly 10-11 months will be reversed and adjusted against my loan account.

                        Its been 2 years but nothing has happened.

                        Yesterday i.e. on 20th May 2008 I happen to visit your bank and I was guided to Ms.Roopa and I really appreciate her the fact that she made me understand the problem which happened and promised that this will be resolved but will take a fortnight since the transaction is old.

                        Please look into this matter on priority. And hope this time I have a pleasant experience to resolve this issue.

                        I will appreciate in case some want can acknowledge this mail and work toward closing this issue.

                        Dear Sir,

                        This is Prabhakaran Premkumar. I applied IDBI to transfer my existing home Loan from ING Vysya to IDBI sometime back (as LAND MORTGAGE).
                        I got it approved and received the sanction letter for 70 Lakhs.and i have completed my documentation for disbursement but some reason my loan got stuck on the disbursement.

                        In fact, I have 2 sanction letters from IDBI.
                        Then IDBI changed my application from Mortgage loan to Re-finance loan. And re-issued the new sanction letter for the same 70 Lakhs.
                        But still disbursement was not made so far.
                        Its been more than 2 months.


                        Once I got the first sanction letter from IDBI, I have initiated the pre-closure process with my existing ING Vysya Home loan.
                        And now ING is on top of me to complete the closure process.
                        Now I am in situation to expedite the IDBI Loan process as early as possible.


                        My question is really, why IDBI does not know the meaning of Loan sanction letter and the product of the loan. and why IDBI does not know how to honour the written commitment to the customer.

                        I have been patiently for long time and still the disbursement is not happening.


                        I would request you honour the IDBI sanction letter and disburse the loan amount AS SOON AS possible.
                        Other wise I am planning to file a formal complaint to "Bank of Ombudsman" in couple of days detailing my situation and the IDBI's loan process.

                        am waiting for your favourable reply...

                          IDBI is the worst demat service provider and their services are pathetic. I submitted my application on 22nd November and they deducted fees on 5th December and till date I have not received any communication from them. Despite writing several mails to them they are not answering to my mails. I tried to register complaint on their site as well but haven't received any response from them. The link for escalating any complain on their site is also not working. The only option available to you is follow up with their customer care and they will not reply to your mails. I'm getting very frustrated. Plz someone suggest me what should i do.

                          demat opening — no refund till 2 month

                          i want to open demat ac.but your side is because of very fraud man mr.purendra ( BORIWALI (W)). my ac not open, than i start to reqest for my money, but last 2 month the person not giving money(ru 750) of ac openig.
                          i talk with officer mr.ajay pande but sorry to say money not geting.

                          I had contacted IDBI bank one and a half month back for opening a Demat account. A Sales Executive Mr. Sai Mohan from Hyderabad assisted me saying that it will take 12 working days to open a saving with Dmat account. After giving all the documents with the 5000/- cheque he did not respond for close to 15 days, I had to keep following him up. I had to complain to his manager after which he turned up to me saying that the cheque book will be given to me tomorrow. Even after this I received all the stuff after a week.

                          Now its been again 10 days since he took all the requirements for demat account but there has been no response from him or a guy from Demat department. this is really frustrating.

                          Yesterday 19th of May, 2009 when I called the branch manager and started discussing my issue he started laughing and when asked by me the reason to laugh he told me that " A junior employee might promise 1 crore loan to you but we cannot approve it". The manager level people are unprofessional and in my opinion uneducated, it puts a question mark on the requirement process of IDBI bank. The worst thing was after a talk to the branch manager 2 guys from the Banjara Hills IDBI bank MR. B. Sai Mohan and Srikant (RM) came to my office to have a fight with me for being rude. This was disgusting. The Rm tells me that he speaks to the customer like this and handles them easily since 2 years. My Close to 2 months have been wasted and still I m not having a Demat account. I have some question which IDBI bank should answer:

                          1. Why did savings account took 25days to open when the documents were correct.
                          2. If the documents were incorrect how come it got opened in 25 days.
                          3. I had informed Mr Sai very initially that I have changed my address and have only the office address proof, he promised me that the address will be changed as soon as the account is opened and that all the corrospondance will be done on the new address. Why did this not happen?
                          4. Rm Mr. Srikant never called. How come he is saying so, if he called me ask him what did I say for all this?
                          5. I called up IDBI representatives atleast 40 times. Sai did not pick my call. Why?
                          6. If the address proofs were not sufficient did anyone meet me asking for another proof?
                          7. Even if he would have called me did anyone come down to my office to collect it?
                          8. Why did it take 15 days for IDBI to find out that address proof is not sufficient?
                          9. When the saving account was opened with my citi bank statement taken as address proof, why MR. Sai not use it as the address proof again, when my motive was to go for a demat not a saving?
                          10. Lastly, how dare MR. Sai and Srikant come to my office to fight with me? So unprofessional behaviour, to be true if it would not have been my office I would have taught them a good lesson.
                          11. Both of them have given me the form to close the account, but what about the inconvenience I have faced? What about the my 1 month being wasted. Why were the expectation wrongly set?
                          I very much agree with this Sir,

                          Some of the branches of IDBI or HDFC bank is hving such people working. YES they are unprofessional and don't know how to tlk to a Customer...


                          thanks anyways putting your comments regarding this I will better keep this is in mind before goin to open a Demat account with IDBI bank.
                          Reading the comments of Mr. Himanshu, Mr. Mishra & Mr. Patil, I am in dilema and thinking, to cancel my plan of opening a DMAT account in IDBI Bank, Bhimtal, Naintal, Uttarakhand.
                          Any way, I will go tomorrow to see the response of the saffs here in IDBI Bank, Bhimtal, there after I will decide to put forward my step.

                          Totally agree with you.. IDBI demat really sucks.. I had applied for demat in Dec-09. They did not process my application till feb-10 and kept saying that the same is under processing. Frustated, I finally submitted my application for cancellation of my demat account and to my surprise and as a proof of disastrous management of IDBI, I got my account opening details after 2 months of my submission of cancellation of account. To add fuel to the fire, they charged AMC also at the end of the year.

                          IDBI is the worst bank to bank with. I would never ever transact with IDBI in any matter of any sort. Lost trust in this sucking bank.

                          The worst bank for demat and trading is IDBI and i am fed up with the response of bank.
                          Even you will get no response from the Complaints & Grievances department or mail id.
                          you can not even get an auto response to follow up your complaint.
                          I have faced a lot of issue with my demat account and now closing it. they cant even give you new password when you forget password of your online login.
                          They have given option of forgot password but they only act when you call them.

                          I wont a give SIngle Star to IDBI Trade website... Yeah, My account was opened in 15 days and agent didnt take any money from me .. Thats Fine, i lved it ... Since Den, Though, I have had too bad experince from IDBI website. This website, "https://trade.idbicapital.com/stsb/Pages/Login.aspx" never opens at first Go. Initially I thought der must be some problem with my net connection, or my system. So I reinstalled my browsers, and JAva still same problem .

                          The website really sucks. 90% time when you click "MARKET WATCH", u will get this "object reference not set to an instance". So basically u cant do nothing . U can Buy/Sell Shares but not from Market Watch tab. So one day I asked one of my IT friend abt this propblem n he said, This error should never occur once ur website is fully functional. He even said we dont get this kind of error even at Testing Stage, forget about the Operational Stage.

                          Then, I[censored] want to see ur trades from day 1, since u opened ur account, der is no provision to do so. Even when u click on the tab, BackOffice reports, It just show a tab called DIGITAL CONTRACTS. but it doesnt show anything . It just gives a blank space.

                          Also since I have opened my acnt, I havent received any mail from IDBI in my mailbox. They simply dont bother to send u any mails/information.

                          Last but not the least, IDBI have never given any tips regarding the trades. whereas IDBI gives the tips on Intraday, weekly and monthly basis. As A broker its duty of the IDBI to give atleast few tips to its clients sometimes.

                          Overall, IDBI is d Wirst ever broker in India or may be in the world. Kindly avoid it. There many many brokers than IDBI who would give better service

                              I had a personal loan from IDBI and had not defaulted for two years, the third year ( I just had six more EMIs to complete the tenure), they sent the ECS thrice in a month. Due to insufficient funds the second and the third time, I had to pay a penalty to IDBI and to HDFC where I hold my account. When called and enquired, a lady named Sangeetha (****), spoke very rudely and said that it was a policy of IDBI to send the ECS thrice if there is no fund the first time. My only question was "Why did'nt you call and let me know about it even before sending the ECS?" her response was very sarcastic and she slammed the phone on me. I tried sending e-mails, mails but there was no use. Suddenly, out of the blue, they call and say that I have defaulted and I need to pay a penalty for defaulting. A person shows up at my residence and forces me to pay the amount. They have a toll free number for customer service...I dont know where it gets routed, they dont know how to speak in English, while you are talking you realize that there is no response and you have been placed on hold and after a long pause they get back saying that I have to contact the nearest IDBI branch. I have had loans with other banks and have never been through a bad experience like I had with IDBI. I will ensure that I never have any further relationship with this bank and will also advice everybody I meet not to associate themselves with such an irresposible, inhuman, blasphemy, ********** bank.
