With the current situation I request idbi to refund the deduction amount.

ACH RTN Charges has been deducted Rs 590 12th times in my account,
I heartily requesting you to refund back deducted amount.

I am requesting to IDBI bank please kindly check my account I have paid all the loan and EMI but still the bank is charge as ACH RTN Charge 590 many more times on account why. Please refund my all amount what's cut by as ACH RTN charges.

I got the messages that there is Rs.590 debited from account in the name of my Ach Rtn Charges.

and that is also in multiple of 10-12 times in single without any prior information or email regarding the same.

why it's debited from account???

i haven't given any mandate for the same or even not issue any cheques. hence request you to kindly reverse the same and if any mandate and any cheques if you found than request you to STOP it.

We have mudra loan Credit Account amount 9 lakh at Hapur Branch
which interest is being deducted automatically from main account ending number 715 from day of start of Mudra loan ending account no 3759
and the interest amount is being deducted or transferred by bank automatically for Interest pay on monthly basis
Suddenly bank has stopped deduction of the interest amount for the month of Jan 22 to Mar 22 after several reminder to Bank manager but he assured not to worry about the same There are some glitch in our system
And bank started to deduct the pending amount in the month of Apr 22 stated that is our technical problem Now
and put our loan account in NPA and rated us 9 on commercial CIBIL We request you to kindly investigate the matter and correct our CIBIL as it is impacting our Business also
So kindly do the needful as we are maintaining very good relationship with IDBI and not expecting this type of problem with us

4130 pls refund my this month chargies. every time fund credit without inform bank cut 5000/70000. that money was credit for emergency and bank debited.

Same month 2 times emi debited in my account

ACH-RTN chargies 590/-RS. 7/8 times is a month round about every month 4130/- and more rupees debited form My bank Account. it was continuesly cut after loan complited and and I got noc by every finance company....

This month IDBI Bank deducted ACH-RCN Charges 7 more times continuously from my bank account which is impacting my EMI Due every month.

Past 3 months i was faced the same issue still not solved the same.

I am to inform that IDBI Bank charged Rs. 590 twice in single day from my A/c- [protected] as ACH-RTN-CHRG. total Rs- 1180 has deducted from my a/c at 12:05 hrs and 16:20 hrs each Rs 590. please refund my money how does Bank do such charges.

I was using IDBI internet banking.now when I login it it shows error User ID is disabled [211051] please contact Bank administrator. I physically visited branch and requested to enable internet banking on 23/8/2022 but my internet banking is not enabled till now.and i am unable to use internet banking.
