IDBI Bank — convert my saving account to jan dhan without my consent and freezed my account after 5 transactions | |||
I am customer of idbi bank ltd. Since 1999 my saving account no. Is [protected] at ima hall, branch aurangabad, 4320001. My saving account was sallary account. I have made application fo that. Suddenly for no reason my account was frized. When i made enquiry then i came to know my account is converted to jandhan account. So i can make only 5 transactions in month. I have never made any application to convert my account to jandhan. Then i don't know why my account is converted to jandhan. Due this chang i can't make 5 transactions in month so i suffered lot hardships in daily routine life. So when i asked to convert my account to normal saving account. Bank asked me to fulfill kyc. I made an application on 19th august 19. My photo was not with me. I gave my photo on 31 august 19 and fulfill kyc. But tii to day my account is not convinced to normal saving account. From july i am suffering hardship to daily routine life. Was this information helpful? | |||
