IDBI Bank — courier was misplaced and very rude/illiterate behaviour with customers

This is the very first time i was handling my idbi bank account in past 3-4 years.
I am having a very bad and frustrating experience with the bank.

On 5-6 feb'19 : i have visited the nearest branch in bangalore.
Address of branch visited : no 2341, ground floor, 17th cross, 24th main, hsr layout, sector -1, bengaluru, karnataka 560102.

I have filled the form needed for a debit card issue along with internet banking and mobile banking services. I have waited for a week but no message or call on the status update for the same.

On15th feb'19 complaint id : 882/25501319 and 882/25501421
I have called the customer care to get the status and got to know that the debit card request has not at all processed yet even after 10 days.
Support person updated me to visit the branch again if possible and meanwhile the complaint is raised and the complaint team will contact me.
As usual the support team and complaint team ignored the complaint and no one contacted me even after waiting for 2-3 days.

On 22nd feb'19 : again i visited the the same hsr idbi branch, and got to know the debit card issue application has been lost from them and thy were still searching for the application.
This is insane, the application form itself was lost, i haven't seen these types of irresponsible behaviour from any of the other banks, i am still thinking, why i have decided to open an account in idbi bank.
I have filled the form again with all the details and waited for the status.
But everything was in vain, no one contacted me.

On 24th feb'19 : 882/25599712 i have called the support team and got to know that the debit card issue request is still not processed, where i lost my patience and immediately asked the support person to involve the branch manager and he assured me that he will take care of the status updates and things will be taken care.
I waited as manager has committed and he will have the sense o[censored]rgency but i was wrong even he ignored it and didn't provide me any update.

Lastly, i called on 27th feb'19 and got to know that my debit card has been dispatched.
And the support person told me to wait for 6-7 working days, i will receive my debit card on my communication address.

Here, is again i have to struggle because the type of the vendor you guys are having i. E. Professional couriers are awful, just having a name professional doesn't make them professional.
I never had the worst experience with the support and customer teams but here in this courier partner of yours, are the worst.

No one called and contacted me, and when i am calling to check the status of the courier after 7-8 days of dispatch from bank.
Courier support team is purposely dropping the phone and switching it off.
Updated the status address not available and courier was returned without even trying to contact me.
Worst part is the courier support team member (Lady) from bangalore picked up the phone and when trying to ask why my courier is returned without contacting me she challenged me that we can't do anything here do whatever you want to do and dropped the call.

On11th mar'19 : i have called the idbi bank customer services, it landed to hyderabad phone banking idbi branch someone picked up the call and when i was telling her about the courier issue, she was like i can only raise the complaint and the complaint team will take care.
And in behind she was laughing and making fun of my frustration.
Finally, she raised the complaint and asked me to wait for 2 days the complaint department will look into it. But how thing are moving i don't think there is anyone in the idbi bank who is wiling to provide the proper services and resolutions to their customers.

Piece of advice : please remove the tag "bank aise dost jaisa"
I don't think you guys are serious about your customers. From support people to manager all are like we are working in a bank, sorry for the inconvenience and that's how the customers are empathised.
Secondly, the vendor you have chosen for partnership is like hell.
I don't want to bad mouth myself, but the way i have been given assistance, i have decided one thing for sure.

Never ever, i will go for idbi bank in my whole life.
