IDBI Bank — dd commission

For dda housing scheme i approched to idbi kamla nagar, delhi branch to prepare demand draft for rs. 2, 00, 000/-. I was shocked when executive asked me to give commission of rs.708/- (Rupees seven hundred and eight only) on desired dd. I have also informed her that other banks not charging any amount for the same and also told that last time when i made request for dd for rs1, 00, 000/- idbi didn't charged any commission whatsoever. However, she was adamant and replied "it is like that only" since last date of submission of form is near, i paid the said unreasonable commission under protest.
Therefore, please look into the matter.
