IDBI Bank — EMI bounce charges on moratorium | |||
Hi, I have been charged 10 times towards EMI bounce charges on my account-[protected]. My internet banking also disabled. I have been trying to reach to them but not succeeded. I have taken a PL from KOtak & already requested for Moratorium, but they did not stop ecs & the emi got bounced. Later my IDBI account debited un-authorized transactions by the bank. Recently I transferred my EMI amount but the bank debited 1200/- so EMI again bounced. Kotak is asking for bouncing charges. IDBI also charged for that. Very un professional & un ethical practice.
