The same thing was happening to me a few days ago when i tried to modify access rights. It wasn't taking me to step 2 and was displaying error in input data when i was providing correct information. So i searched and found this page

The possible reasons for this to happen are when JAVA is disabled and when IPv6 is ON.
In my case JAVA was enabled so i just turned OFF IPV6 and it worked for me.
Also i tried this on the next day (after 24 hours) but i think it will work right away.

After unchecking Ipv6, things are working fine on my machine.
The above issue is coming in my mobile web login.. Because of which I am not able to use many mobile apps which redirects to web login on internet banking option. It is working fine by disabling IP v6 on computer but unable to do the same for my mobile.

Message while giving the correct customer id and password for internet banking. Please help me to resolve this problem asap as i have checked on chrome browser getting the same error message
