IDBI Bank — home loan closure and documents

I had submitted the documents and foreclosure cheque to the idbi belapur bank on 17th oct and it was advised that within 15 working days i will get the original documents..
But regret to inform that even after 15-20 days they have not returned my original documents..
I have been following up with them but no success..
There was some system issue in idbi... But why should i get effect of idbis system issue..

Even i am facing the same issue with idbi housing loan original documents as they are mentioning system related issue. why should i be bother due to their issue

i think cosumer forum seriously look into this.

Your staff is not at all good no one is reposnding in a good manner and in branch on insta debit card avaiable and as per rbi gudiliance all insta card should avaiable in branch and your staff is shouting like any thing and no branch is present in branch
