IDBI Bank — Housing loan foreclosure letter

Hi Team,
I am chasing this from 2nd Feb, why the Bank has negligence on this, i want to write a complaint.For the foreclosure letter, they updated me as it will take 2 o 3 days, i have raised a request on 2nd Feb but still no response.
This is not the first time I am facing issues with IDBI bank, my ROI is still 8.1%, no changes since I wrote mail and updated the bank 6 months back.my next EMI is due in 12 days.
I have raised a request almost 15 days back for getting my foreclosure letter, i have not received any update from the Bank even after the multiple follow-ups, tried calling up but no response, last time also same thing happened and loan is been cancelled from other bank.

today i got an update from Priyanka as out of office today, what happened to others, today i called again 41603125, Poornima told me it will take 2 days again.
i am asking everyone if it is so difficult to get the foreclosure letter, let me know if I need to pay any additional amount, or whom to contact, provide me the escalation contact.
