IDBI Bank — IDBI deep discount bond series 1

The idbi bond series1 deep discount bond 1992 is in the name of my father and mother..

As per the attached 1bond... My father's name on one of the bond, they have mentioned is kishore maisuria nanubhai

Whereas maisuria is surname and nanubhai is middle name

Idbi official said my dad has to do a name change under dgps. Maharashtra.gov.in but y??

But my dad has never changed any name.. Its idbi mistake that they printed wrongly it should be kishore nanubhai maisuria.

Please guide me what to do as idbi has to give my dad 1lakh rupees each which the face value of this bond.

I have also written an email to the registrar of this bond karby investor services.
