IDBI Bank — imps/neft transactions getting error | |||
Seems idbi bank has started recovering vijay mallyas money from common man. There have been 4 instances where i used my debit card for purchase and money got debited and transactions shows failed, used imps service and money got debited but beneficiary never received money. Almost 60000+ money is held up with my idbi bank and they have asked me to wait for the reaponse. 45 days to get reversal how sick is that. Feels like idbi is soon coming into fraud list. IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 16, 2018 Anuj kapurwan8's response Again today i faced the same issue again the amont of 2427 has been debited from my account but the transaction got failed

When trying to pay the my internet bill 400rs its shows transaction failed but money was deducted my account please ensure the problem
