IDBI Bank — Net banking or other facility not listed in IRCTC payment method. | |||
Week before I have booked two ticket in IRCTC by my idbi a/c via netbanking. But when I today try idbi bank not in list anywhere in payment method. Why don't know, but if idbi bank withdraw the ty- up With IRCTC than this is totally useless to continue with idbi. So request to take action against this. When I have n a/c & able to pay our won bank than why we use other bank gateway or like paytm & other e-wellet.Or if IRCTC is not added than if they private sector e-wallet (paytm, mobikwik, Airtel or many)than why not idbi bank. IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 27, 2017 Samrat Kausik's response Can't access atm card with any atm machine and swipe machine

‘ On 9th apr. tried to withdraw cash from HDFC ATM machine using my IDBI card but unable to withdraw cash. Message was 'tran declined - 072 unable to process.’
Today i.e. on 10th Apr. was trying to purchase train ticket through net banking, for this I generated the required OSP and after going through all the process, at the last moment when was searching IDBI banks name for net payment, could not find the Banks name in the list. I was not able to do my transaction as I was not having another Bank a/c.
It was very disgusting

I had the same problem. But got resolved by the following.
Use the ""Multiple Payment Service"" tab and choose any one PayTM or ITZ or 3rd one (I Don't remember)... Then Choose Net Banking and you will get all the Banks. Choose IDBI Bank.
In IRCTC Site after you Login : Information and News Alerts Section:
"In case you are not able to find your payment bank under Net banking or Debit Card category, Please visit ""Multiple Payment Service"" tab to get payment bank or getting more payment options."
Use the ""Multiple Payment Service"" tab and choose any one PayTM or ITZ or 3rd one (I Don't remember)... Then Choose Net Banking and you will get all the Banks. Choose IDBI Bank.
