IDBI Bank — non receipt of payment in respect of idbi infrastructure (tax savings) bonds series 2004 & 2005

Folio no. 211fb072323 of idbi infrastructure (Tax savings bond (2204c) & folio no. 22ifba2271303 of idbi infrastructure (Tax saving) bond (2005a).
I am holding the above bonds and have not received the payment even after their maturity. Please let me know me what i am required to do to get the payment.
