My online banking has blocked for no reason . I contacted customer service many times but they not able resolve . After long waiting for hours in call representative tells server problem at their banks, please call tommorrow. Now I fed up calling customer care and sending
Mails to concerned dept. No response from their end. planned to cancel my account..

No message received for transaction but regular fees deduction done from account for msg service. I complained many times but not resolved. Now I left that issue as it is . Fed up calling customer service. Need to speak in hours with representatives.

Poor customer service and no competent staff to resolve Online issues.

Really I will not recommend anyone to open account at IDBI.

Sir, I am s k Gautam, on dated may 31, 2019 I made withdraw Rs 10000 from IDBI ATM civil line mirzapur but I have not received money and same amount has been deducted from my sbi saving account [protected] and didn't get any msg on mobile. Kindly as early as possible same amount may please be credited in my sbi account.

Hi I’m unable to swipe my visa debit card at the restaurant and other shopping places. While swiping the error comes which says’ chip error’. How can this problem be resolved? Do I need to change my card and what is the procedure for this?
