IDBI Bank — online fraud and no messaging /alert came on my mobile | |||
There were total 7 online transactions happened on my wife's account in feb 2018. We have lodged the police complant in pune cyber crime branch and submitted the copy iin bank. They did the investigation and told us that it is our fault and we have shared the pin and credentials. So bank is not responsible for this. My only question to the bank is that if the transactions were made then why no message came to our mobile? We got all the messages for our transactions made by us but not for these 7 fraud transactions. I want answer from bank for this? Please let me now if you need any details. I was booking train tickets on 2 feb 2019 from IRCTC website. They have deducted ₹765 from my bank account but my tickets were not booked. I have not received my refund yet. I have tried it 3 times but the bank was not confirming the tickets. It's been cancelled. I have tried to add the money to my Paytm wallet but balance was insufficient.
