Dear sir/ ma'am, Greetings I have made payment to apply passport but it is neither reflecting in payment status at passport site nor refunded yet now in my bank account. Following are the payment details. And request you to please refund it asap. 1. Payment date =17/03/2017 2. Payment amount = rs.1512.75 2. Payment description =rpay-pos/passport_seva_mops_obd sbipg 3. Application reference number= 17-[protected] Have received your mail t provide the details for dispute amount in letter as per format attached in mail but after filling and revert back or reply to that mail, then i received a mail for non delivery of mail, which is mentioned below for your reference.
