IDBI Bank — Procedure to encash the deep discount bond of 1992 series

Have taken one Deep Discount Bond of 1992 series in the name of P Mala Cariappa with a issue price of Rs.2700/- with a folio No.DD00114378, with a maturity value of Rs.1, 00, 000 by 31st March, 2017. Please inform the status of the bond & payment as on date. I came to know from somebody that the bank was given a call in 2010 for redemption of bonds.
In the above circumstances, what is to be done & whom to contact for getting our money back.

I (Manju Singh), have taken a Deep Discount Bond on 15/5/1992 in the name of minor daughter KARISHMA SINGH, ISSUE PRICE WAS RS.27000/- bearing Folio No. DD[protected]certificate No.[protected] with Maturity Value of Rs. 1, 00, 000 by 15TH March 2017. it is more than 25 years. I am living Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
I went to the local branch office of Industrial Development Bank of India they advised me to go to KARVY Office. The KARVY Jamshedpur Branch has been closed. I called KARVY Hydrabad office they gave me a phone No.[protected] IVRNo.) i did call up but it did not solve my query.

In the aforesaid circumstances, please let me know whom to contact to get my matured Money back.
