IDBI Bank — refund from irctc not credited in my account. | |
Hi respected officials, Greetings of the day!!! Plz find that i booked an irctc ticket (Pnr [protected]) on 20/4/17 with amount 6384.48/-. The amount was debited twice from my account. The second debit was credited into my account on 6/5/17. I cancelled the ticket (Pnr [protected]) against which the amount 6060/- was credited into my account on 6/5/17. Till here the account is clear. Again, i booked an irctc ticket (Pnr [protected]) on 22/4/17 with the amount 6092.96/-. The ticket got cancelled on 30/5/17. According to irctc, they have refunded the amount 5745/- after deducting their charges on 2/6/17, but the idbi says that they haven't received any said amount. Plz find the screenshot of the mail send by irctc. Was this information helpful? | |

Idbi employes not solving customers problems. not giving respect to custmers and problem is idbi app not working in my mobile and bank employee said its not my problem its IT SOFTWARE problem. all employees are giving same answer and its also free time .
